Great for a 1 night or 2 night stay just for sleeping! Easy entry with codes sent by provider so arrival time not an issue. Clean tidy room with ensuite bathroom (no soap dispenser in shower is by the basin) Our room did not reflect the photo!. Reasonably comfortable bed. Was a pity the diner was not open for breakfast. Served out purpose of stopping and sleeping at a great price.

Nothing unique about this property. The room we were in appeared clean and there was a bed. The bed had a very soft mattress. I understand the managers/owners wish to make affordable accommodation available. There's no water in the kitchen/communal area. No soap, neither in the bathrooms. It wasn't soundproof at all. Unfortunately not very considerate fellow guests. No leaks, no mould or anything like that.

Communal kitchen has a kettle but no visible sink to fill kettle or to provide guests with fresh water!!! Probably why no cups are provided. I stayed for 5 nights - no room service for the entire time as stated on door within room. No resupply of towels for 5 day duration of stay, no fresh linen provided. Could easily use the empty vanity (I think it’s a vanity - but it has no doors or draws) with mirror above that is within rooms to provide a small sink for comfort and convenience of guests - but haven’t done so. Had to walk down long hallway just to brush teeth, use toilet and shower. Noise travels easily - could hear other guests in hallway and muffled conversations in other rooms. Inconvenience of no staff availability to answer concerns and assist with access on arrival. Car parking conveniently outside sliding door to room - but sliding door cannot be locked!!! Expected to walk out front entrance and walk around restaurant and across car park to access car on the other side of a sliding door to your room - seems very illogical and inconvenient. There were no cups available in the rec room so couldn't have tea/coffee evening or morning.. Restaurant closed Tuesday morning, no breakfast. Didn't have my dinner choice Monday night, went to Citz club . TV difficult to operate, limited channels. Only one light in room, needed reading light over bed.

O check-in foi bem complicado, adotam uma tecnologia de abertura de portas via aplicativo e bluetooth, porém carece de informações prévias antes do check-in o que gerou uma grande perda de tempo, abodde imenfls e dificuldade para entrar no apgo. Além disso, o hotel não tinha Wi-fi em pleno 2026

Facility was well organised for pin entry at main door and room. Great size shared ensuite bathrooms . Very clean. Very warm and cosy despite very fresh air outside... Bed was a little uncomfortable due to feeling the springs in mattress but bedding was excellent. Fabulous budget stay . I think the kitchen "sink" might still be in progress of renovation.

Rubbish outside windows,,,,, poor reception from diner,, was told on new tears eve that American diner would be open for dinner till 830 pm , I went to door at 7 and no one came .. I had to becon and knock and a lady came and said the kitchen was closed because they had run out of food , I had planned and researched the menu in great anticipation ,, I ate cheese and crackers in my room and was greatly disappointed in my New Year’s Eve there ,,, Donald snook

There were no kitchen sink which is essential in a kitchen. I will not use water from the bathroom for consumption. I am not sure if there were crockery and cutlery, if not, there should be, travellers do not travel with such things and naturally expect the accommodation host to provide them. The filter in both communal showers had to be left out during the shower so the water could drain which is not hygenic. I booked a room for two adults and received one towel and one bathmat. Signage to give directions to accommodation were not visible from the road and signage to give directions to rooms were not clear. We walked around the complex twice to find room 8. Need new pillows and pillow protectors rather than sweat or drool stains on the pillows. Ceiling in the room looks like it could fall down. Cooking smell wafts towards the hall on a warm day was stifling. Bed cover seemed like a sheet. However, the facility seems reasonably clean. The young lady at the diner was prompt to give me a towel. I love the menu at the diner, bottomless coffee and comfty seating.

We stayed 2 nights at this accommodation, it was great nice and clean provided towels and a bath mat. The kitchen was clean and provided tea and coffee for everyone. There was only one issue was the shower was a broken but still able to use. Overall happy with this accommodation:)

The bed was comfortable and great shower in room. Being right next to a truck stop with flood lights on not ideal nor the trucks coming in and out of area. No kitchen sink or anything to cook on. The ventilation was poor as only one window and limited power points where you could not plug fan in. If you are on a budget and travelling it would suit.

Seems to be run by a very friendly SriLankan family,have some very good Sri Lankan dishes on menu. Facilities very basic,.Located in a truck -stop. But convenient and affordable.

Had difficulty accessing property. Callee thr contact number multiple times calls were not answered or returned and noone onsite t t to o help. This meant me and 12 year old daughter had to sleap in car. Management has been notified and they refuse to issue me a refubd in a reasonable timeframe if at all. Would strongly advise against staying in this business unless you enjoy sleaping in a carpark.

This is a basic type of accommodation but good value for the price. There is no front desk, it is check in my text and given a code. That ended a little bit of a hiccup but overall would stay again. 8/10

Communal kitchen has a kettle but no visible sink to fill kettle or to provide guests with fresh water!!! Probably why no cups are provided. I stayed for 5 nights - no room service for the entire time as stated on door within room. No resupply of towels for 5 day duration of stay, no fresh linen provided. Could easily use the empty vanity (I think it’s a vanity - but it has no doors or draws) with mirror above that is within rooms to provide a small sink for comfort and convenience of guests - but haven’t done so. Had to walk down long hallway just to brush teeth, use toilet and shower. Noise travels easily - could hear other guests in hallway and muffled conversations in other rooms. Inconvenience of no staff availability to answer concerns and assist with access on arrival. Car parking conveniently outside sliding door to room - but sliding door cannot be locked!!! Expected to walk out front entrance and walk around restaurant and across car park to access car on the other side of a sliding door to your room - seems very illogical and inconvenient. Only plus side is cheap room and free parking.. also bed was reasonably comfortable. Needs to provide room service for hygiene for guests staying several days - I stayed 5 nights.

The steps into the building. There was no ramp. No rail to hang on to. As i had a walker i found it quite difficult to get up and down the steps. Could not get to our room easily. Could not go thru restaurant either everything locked. The manager was very good assisting us with our questions and resolved them quickly.

Rubbish outside windows,,,,, poor reception from diner,, was told on new tears eve that American diner would be open for dinner till 830 pm , I went to door at 7 and no one came .. I had to becon and knock and a lady came and said the kitchen was closed because they had run out of food , I had planned and researched the menu in great anticipation ,, I ate cheese and crackers in my room and was greatly disappointed in my New Year’s Eve there ,,, Donald snook

The bed was comfortable and great shower in room. Being right next to a truck stop with flood lights on not ideal nor the trucks coming in and out of area. No kitchen sink or anything to cook on. The ventilation was poor as only one window and limited power points where you could not plug fan in. If you are on a budget and travelling it would suit.

Great place to just stop and sleep. No need to worry about how late you get there - and all you need is a bed and a good shower in the morning. I am sure there are other amenities, but thats all we needed. We arrived late and left early.

There were no kitchen sink which is essential in a kitchen. I will not use water from the bathroom for consumption. I am not sure if there were crockery and cutlery, if not, there should be, travellers do not travel with such things and naturally expect the accommodation host to provide them. The filter in both communal showers had to be left out during the shower so the water could drain which is not hygenic. I booked a room for two adults and received one towel and one bathmat. Signage to give directions to accommodation were not visible from the road and signage to give directions to rooms were not clear. We walked around the complex twice to find room 8. Need new pillows and pillow protectors rather than sweat or drool stains on the pillows. Ceiling in the room looks like it could fall down. Cooking smell wafts towards the hall on a warm day was stifling. Bed cover seemed like a sheet. However, the facility seems reasonably clean. The young lady at the diner was prompt to give me a towel. I love the menu at the diner, bottomless coffee and comfty seating.

Great for a 1 night or 2 night stay just for sleeping! Easy entry with codes sent by provider so arrival time not an issue. Clean tidy room with ensuite bathroom (no soap dispenser in shower is by the basin) Our room did not reflect the photo!. Reasonably comfortable bed. Was a pity the diner was not open for breakfast. Served out purpose of stopping and sleeping at a great price.

There were no cups available in the rec room so couldn't have tea/coffee evening or morning.. Restaurant closed Tuesday morning, no breakfast. Didn't have my dinner choice Monday night, went to Citz club . TV difficult to operate, limited channels. Only one light in room, needed reading light over bed.

The room is clean and tidy but there is no soap, hair dryer anywhere in the property including the common bathrooms, the shower in the ensuite is blocked, more heating should be provided in winter as the wall panel is not sufficient, duvet inner was a bit dirty, no WiFi, no wall socket to plug medical device or phones laptops to near the bed and there is no one to contact on site as the phone number provided goes to Auckland.
