The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The parking cost extra but at least they offered it. The restaurant was really good as was the breakfast which came with my room. So much food! My only negative would be the room was on the small side compared to what I'm used to in the US.

Excelente custo benefício comparado a outros hotéis da região. Perto da praia, 200 metros. Café muito bom e farto. Quartos bons, com armario, frigobar e cofre. Bem confortáveis. Recepção e Staf simpáticos e compreensivos. Voltaria a ficar no Prima ! Problemas…ar condicionado no modo refrigeração não funciona em algumas épocas do ano; ficamos 4 dias sem o uso do ar refrigerado, o que nos deixou bem chateados. Reclamamos até que liberaram o ar…tudo isso pra economizar para o hotel, mas no momento da reserva a opção de ar condicionado existia… Dois elevadores pequenos, em três dias um deles não funcionava. Demoraram 4 dias pra consertar.

Elevators were regularly broken, it's so narrow that we saw a disabled person on a wheelchair unable to get into it. It barely fits 2 people. Our room was so small that we kept tripping over luggage, to make things worst they put a pole in the middle for the TV taking even more room space. Another room was a little bigger b

Prima City was a home away from home for my family during our stay over the Passover holiday week. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast and so convenient to have a great restaurant (not owned by the hotel) on the premises in the evening. AND,,.a few minutes from beautiful beaches! Really want to thank Ksenia, Sudani, Gal, Luba, Hadar and the manager. They made the stay even more spectacular and special.

Small boutique hotel. The room & beds were fine. Cleaning more than acceptable. The bathroom is "TINY" as are the elevators. The shower & water temp are fine. We appreciated the upgrade to an updated room on a high floor with a view. beach towels are ok for the offering. Great location! most staff were accommodating, helpful and generous with their time and suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prima City. I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and they truly offer a unique service. The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, with the floors cleaned daily, towels replaced, and everything kept spotless. In addition, the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options (eggs, salads, toasts, juices, etc.), and the Shabbat meal is simply divine. A big thank you to the entire team – Shaul the manager, Sudani, Sahar, and all the others – you are all so caring and truly amazing! I am deeply grateful for the high quality of service and the kindness of everyone.

This is a nice hotel. It's not a 5-star property, but it is clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping crew were inconsistent, not in their cleaning, but in their leaving the bath linens and coffee supplies.

The closet was old and noisy during opening and closing; the pillows were uncomfortable for my neck. Toilet cleaning was not completed on my second day. In the bathroom, there was no place to put the used soap. Breakfast was good enough, and the employees were friendly. The location was OK, but the landscape was poor, and the windows were tiny.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and everything else, very attentive staff, housekeeping also wonderful. Rooms are very quiet, despite being in the middle of the city. It wasn’t my first time at this hotel and I will definitely come again.

хорошая гостиница, совсем рядом с морем. комната небольшая, но уютная. ванная комната очень удобная. большая, с небходимым набором мыла/шампуня. дизайн холла элегантный, завтраки очень хорошие. недостатки небольшие, но есть. главное-невозможно регулировать температуру в комнате. если кондей работает, то он работает, нельзя выставить желаемую температуру, не могла спать ночью от холода. второй минус-отсутствие возможности повесить купальники. ванная комната большая, можно или сделать вытягивающуюся веревку в душевой кабинке, или на полочке под раковиной добавить места, чтобы повесть что-то, есть такое для полотенец , прибить еще 2-3 такие несложно.

Les chambres sont très rudimentaires. La salle de bain très petite et la chambre dans son ensemble l’est également. Nous avions demandé un lit double nous avons eu deux lits simples. De plus les fenêtres sont minuscules ça ne laisse pas assez passer la lumière la chambre est très sombre même en pleine journée. Nous avons été très déçu de cette hôtel. Le seul point positif a été l’emplacement. Pour les équipements en eux mêmes et le confort de la chambre c’est très décevant pour un prix pareil (250€ la nuit).

The hotel has a great location, couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to most places to see and eat, and very secure area. Plus, is two minutes from the Sheraton, a pickup spot for most tours. The room has all that is needed and is comfortable. The staff is great, specially Tehilla, she is outstanding: helpful, fast, very friendly and always looking to help. All employees should be like her. I would stay there again without doubt.

The hotel has a great location, couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to most places to see and eat, and very secure area. Plus, is two minutes from the Sheraton, a pickup spot for most tours. The room has all that is needed and is comfortable. The staff is great, specially Tehilla, she is outstanding: helpful, fast, very friendly and always looking to help. All employees should be like her. I would stay there again without doubt.

This fairly small mid priced hotel in Tel Aviv was really excellent --staff was great especially Natalie at the front desk--location was great near the beach & shopping in Dizengoff St. i would highly recommend staying at the Prima City

Prima City was a home away from home for my family during our stay over the Passover holiday week. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast and so convenient to have a great restaurant (not owned by the hotel) on the premises in the evening. AND,,.a few minutes from beautiful beaches! Really want to thank Ksenia, Sudani, Gal, Luba, Hadar and the manager. They made the stay even more spectacular and special.
