Art Hotel Vienna

The room was very outdated, so much so that there was a sign up saying they know this and any suggestions for improvement could be recommended at reception. Heating was very good and easily adjustable and bed comfortable enough, although could do with improvement, especially the pillows. Bathroom had signs of mould and electrical damage at a light in the past. Shower was not clean and had a hair within the shower head however water pressure and temperature were great. Hotel is close to bus route to main centre but nearest recommended restaurant said 45 minutes walk on room info. Would stay again if bathroom and room were upgraded.

The staff was fabulous, location is good (10-15 minutes walk to several train stations). Close to grossery stores and restaurants. Room need update. Bed was not confy.

Staff.. i should improve the hotel with some music. It seems an old hotel. Hotel was clean

das einzige was uns fehlte war ein mini kühlschrank, ansonsten war alles ausgezeichnet

This was a fabulous stay. The hotel was wonderful, the staff were outstanding, and the area was great. I recommend them completely.
