I loved this hotel but got a sour taste when I checked out...NO ONE not expidia or the front desk ..NO ONE told me there was a $38 parking fee...your staying at the hotel you should expect a place to park your car. When i booked this room I was told a price and said that it was the final price (which did include the resort fee so no surprises there) but then to be charge extra?? Really?? Why isn't that included. I can understand if your not staying at the hotel but to charge your hotel guest.This needs to change..

Amazing stay. The hotel was gorgeous with great amenities. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Gorgeous pool and outdoor seating areas. Immaculate grounds. Very convenient to parks.

Easiest to get to Epcot and Hollywood by boat. Have to take a bus to get to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Rooms and lobby are really nice. Several restaurants near by and in the building. The pool next door at the Dolphin is nicer. There's a beach in between the 2 hotels.

Property was gorgeous, water taxi to the Disney parks was convenient and fun and of course staff was very helpful. My only complaint would be that I was unaware that self parking for guests was not free and the added expense felt like a money grab.

Had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony. Loved it. Beautiful property. Great pool. The hotel however needs to install water stations close to all pools. Only one place to get water which is near the bar (not close to the waterfall pool at all) and it wasn’t working.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at The Swan and everytime, the staff and experience gets better and better! From the moment we got to the property, we were greeted by friendly faces willing to help with anything we needed! The rooms, pools, restaurants are always amazing and we really do feel at home!

When we checked in my room had a lot of crumbs on the ground around the window area . On one of the beds the sheets had a large black stain. The shower situation is abysmal . If you want to shower with warm or hot water the water pressure is intense which results in the bathroom getting wet. It was very difficult to shower my toddler because the whole bathroom would be soaked after.

The rooms looked good and looked clean at first. We went to bed and the pillows were a hard flat foam, not like memory foam. We couldn’t sleep, so called and asked for a softer pillow. We were told that they would send up some. Over an hour later we called back to from desk and was told, “Oh sorry we don’t have anymore.” We then noticed a spot on the 2nd pillow and I thought it was chocolate. Big mistake! It was poop! They hadn’t changed the pillowcases! I went to front desk in the morning and told them. They said they should have some of the feather pillows back that others had used and would change the sheets. When we returned to the room they had made the bed and put the same poopy pillow back on bed! I do not recommend this hotel!

The room had a crib in it that we didn't need or order. Housekeeping did eventually remove it. The bathroom was not clean. There were long black hairs all over the shower wall. Glitter all over the bathroom floor The tv didn’t work.

The shower leaked water out into the entire bathroom, hall and common area hallway. It left the whole place feeling dirty after. I had to use all our towels to dry it. Valet was $56 and I wasn’t told before pulling up. Surprise fee. You’re welcome.

Not as clean or maintained as I would have thought, for the price. Looks like mold in the showers, and regular debris left on the interior hotel carpets. No lifeguards at the pools, but I forget that this is not actually a Disney hotel.

I’ve stayed at the Swan Dolphin multiple times. This last trip I was very unhappy. We called house keeping because we found a bug. They said it was some type of insect and not a bed bug. My daughter had 2 bites on her. A few days later they called and left a message to say that it was in fact a bed bug and they found more. I tried to call them back multiple times and have not been able to reach anyone. I’m very disappointed.

The room floors were slippery and not cleaned properly at all. The valet is extremely over priced. They also use very low quality spirits in their cocktails.

Our view of the lake was beautiful, it showed a large amount of space around us, and we could see fireworks. Our room was spacious, and the pools were wonderful. The food was fantastic! The transportation, especially by boat, was really special and we loved it! We look forward to staying here again!

The service was terrible and the cleaning staff didn’t do a good job at all. My son got sick I stayed at the hotel the entire day and asked them to do my room early they came until 5pm and I called about 5 times and they never came I had do stay with him sick in the lobby all day,

When I call to ask for a little extra coffee in the room, it would be nice to be able to accomplish that on the first try instead of having to hang up on an AI bot twice when it redirected me to the wrong place. Another example of corporate America putting faith and responsibility in algorithms at the expense of human beings. I'm less likely to choose this hotel the next time I book because of this, though the stay was otherwise fine.

The rooms were modified by Marriott with a bland pale gray color scheme and the materials look like a cheap motel. We\'ve stayed in better looking rooms in a Choice Hotel. The lobby is small and boring looking, the Dolphin\'s is much better. The deli/coffee shop is smaller than the Dolphin\'s and has shorter hours. The Dolphin also has a better "general" store. It\'s impossible to contact the reception/front desk by phone, you get transferred to a central customer service. I had to go down to reception for help. It was impossible to order room service food by phone or even with help from reception. I needed to download an app! The hallways and lobby were very cold, I would guess about 66 f. degrees when it was 95 and humid outside. I needed to wear a jacket inside the building. I complained multiple times but nothing changed. The Dolphin\'s public places were a normal temperature and comfortable.

staff is friendly overall but poor experience with the hotel management, the manager wont let us check in due to we buy the room from expedia (3rd party) we have to wait in lobby for 2.5 hours to check in due to the hotel error and manager's stupidness .. room is small but its ok the resort fee is expensive and tried to play the paddle boat never open, even in sunny day... however the shuttle and location is wonderful I have to say

Didn’t get a room for 3.5 hours after check in time. Bathroom smelled terrible like mold. Room safe was broken and when I called front desk for them to fix it they said they’d send someone each day and that never happened.

Privileged location, excellent option when going to Epcot or Disney Hollywood studios. Magic kingdom's fireworks can be seen from the property as the park is just 10 min away. Loved the place! And definitely coming back again.

Huge problem not being a part of the Disney transportation (BUS) system any longer. Went to Magic Kingdom on a “swan & dolphin” bus and got dropped off in a vacant awful parking lot at the back of the park where we had to navigate thru some unpleasant security people to find the monorail or boat. Not cool at all.

Location was great. Transportation to parks was poor but that was the fault of Disney.Disney made them use their own buses and they couldn’t leave you off near the entrance. However, it was a short walk to thr nearby Disney hotels to get a Disney bus. There were also water taxis from the hotel to Epcot and Disney Studios.

We feel that the property was delightful convenient to all of our destinations. We enjoyed it. The environment was wonderful. We feel that the restaurants were a bit overpriced and we did not get much for our value. We had a very unpleasant meal at Kimonos. Our take out order was wrong. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. Other than minor inconveniences, we had a very lovely time at your resort.

this resort is amazing. the staff was very kind and welcoming. i had no problem checking in or out. parking is easy to find and there are great food options. we ordered dinner to our room and it was right on time and portions were large and the food was great. can’t wait to stay here again soon!

I loved the resort. At the Dolphin restaurant the staff failed to clean about 8 tables and they chose to seat us in the mist of this. Tables were just left completely dirty, full of plates and left over food from prior guests. I took a video of the restaurant because we were in disbelieve that it was kept so filthy. I told a manager and he stated he saw the same thing, he eventually got someone to clean it but his response and the unsanitary appearance was disappointing. I showed the swan's front desk the video and expressed my disbelieve they apologized but were in shock as well.
