Where to start... When making a reservation you'll note that they list in room amenities like iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee/tea machine, microwave and mini fridge. 1. No coffee/ tea machine. When I asked front desk they said they don't have those. 2. Microwave did not work. When I told front desk I couldn't cook my purchased meals in the broken microwave they said "I don't know, bring your food down stairs and use the microwave in the breakfast area." 3. There was no iron and ironing board in the room. Again they don't have those. 4. There was no hair dryer. When I asked the front desk he said they don't put them in the rooms and turned to a moving box to give me one. There was only 2 washcloths and two bath towels in my room for 2 occupants, no hand towels or bath mat towel. When I asked front desk for a bath mat he said people just use a hand towel. Great but I didn't have any of those. Took a few minutes to convince him to give me a towel to use. The whole place smelled like marijuana indoors. I get that they have smoking rooms but smoking stinky weed indoors is disgusting. It gives me headaches and just reeks. Carpets were badly stained, sofa was stained, bed sheet and pillow case were stained, towels were stained, bad leak looking stains around mini fridge, mold/mildew stuff growing on ac vent, lampshade was badly stained, peep hole in door was missing so anyone outside your door can clearly see whole room even bed where you were sleeping.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the room provided during my stay. Frankly, nothing in the room was functioning properly, and the state of it was far below any acceptable standard. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: • All drains were completely clogged • The television did not function • There was no working internet connection • The hairdryer was non-operational • The carpet had multiple areas of visible damage and missing patches • The air conditioning was not producing cold air • Unidentified stains were present on nearly every surface and item in the room — including the bed sheets The condition of this room was not only deeply disappointing, but frankly unacceptable for a paying guest. I expect this to be addressed seriously and look forward to a prompt response regarding appropriate compensation.

Not fresh and there was barely anything to eat

This place was terrible. Toilet paper in the toilet. Hair stuck all of over the shower walls. Numberous big stains on the sheets. Pillows were yellow and stained. Smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke, weed smoke, cleaning chemicals and a touch of mildew. We pulled up the second day and another tenant stuck his head out and asked if we had already checked in. We said yes and he responded that he was gonna tell us to run away. It didnt appear the location used any kind of bleach product on anything white and i can safely say the blankets we had would blend in as shop rags. We slept fully clothed.

Stain bedding sheets n all plus there were holes in the sheets the bathroom sink wasn't clean
