Private pool ★ Stone villa ★ Sea View

Really pleased by our stay in the house. We had a great time at the terrasse and around the pool where the kids had a lot of fun. House was cleaned once during our stay (8 nights). Easy and efficient communication with the property manager.

A lovely rustic traditional Greek Villa. Located in the hills overlooking the Platanius town area. Good size rooms with pretty much everything you need for your stay. Probably one of the best views from a terrace we’ve had on our villa holidays. A sea view in one direction and sunset off to the other. One of the most peaceful and tranquil places you can be. 1hr 30 mins from Elafonissi beach & 45 mins from Falasarna beach by car, two of the best beaches in Crete. Or 30mins to Kissamos harbour where you can take a boat Trip to Balos beach for the day. Only small criticisms would be is the Villa could do with a little bit of money spent in places and the pool for adults, is very shallow, around 4ft (if that) but for us, it didn’t stop us loving the place. The owner is a nice old chap who lives in a small annexed part of the property at the back. He’s always about if you need him but never in your way. We really liked Lola his dog who spent a lot of time with us on our terrace also. Overall, this villa is located in a great area, is a great size and has some of the best views you can hope for on a Villa holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook it if I were to revisit this area and definitely recommend it to others.

The villa is stunning, the area is beautiful (mountains, beaches, easy access to shops, tavernas within a very short drive) and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful - even recommending car hire, restaurants, boat trips, etc). It lived up to and exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa vasos. The location is idyllic with stunning views of the hills and sea. The villa was spotless and well looked after and had everything that we needed for us as a family. The host was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble Would definitely stay again if we visit the area

We all enjoyed our stay, a comfortable spacious house with great views to the hills and the sea, only a few minutes drive to the coast. Nice pool and great TV. Great communication with the property manager and well looked after by Dimitris.
