The outside and grounds look fantastic. The rooms however are tired and overdue for upgrades. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool and gym were great

We were very happy with the only problem . Thought it was lovely . Only two things I would mention is a couple of bigger drinking mugs would have been great and we had trouble getting out of the garage. First time fortunately a car entering made our escape pissible and upon leaving for the last time after waiting for a while it eventually opened.

Hotel has been done up to a certain extent that something still need to be replaced. The bedside lamp was rusting close. Error was also rusting in places. The swimming pools were lovely and inviting the grounds were beautifully kept. The parking was a little limited if you had a big car, you had to put it somewhere else and not in the allocated place. I had a medium size car and it didn’t really fit in the place allocated. The staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The hotel is not in the middle of all action. You have to cross a busy road and then walk through some area to get to the beach. Good for the young.

Lovely size three bedroom apartment, big beds and massive en-suite . Good location for restaurants and shopping not to far away. . Pity the heated lap pool was being repaired as the water in the other pool was too cold for swimming this time of the year. Overall enjoyed our three night. Will definitely be back when the weather warms up.

This resort is located within walking distance to everything you need including a small grocery shop, takaway and dine-in food options and the beach. The pool is excellent and because it was so hot outdoors during our stay it was great that the pool remains open until 10pm so you can swim and not get sunburnt. Great place to stay to relax or for work

Easy parking and great food options nearby. The room is tired and the entire level 2 smelt of cigarettes. Was a little noisy being on an intersection and rooms had comfortable beds but hard to sleep in due the window furnishings.

Big, spacious room with everything you needed for cooking, washing etc. but the kitchen was a bit dirty. Two very lovely pools and a hot tub which were great to use and never too busy. Property right by the beach with good transport links into town and to Australia Zoo. I would stay again.

Great amenities, pools are very nice on a hot day but the unit we were in was dated, smelly and the bathroom had mould everywhere. I’m not sure if these are privately owned but u can tell they spend nothing on them. For 287 dollars a night I would expect a nice clean tidy unit.

We stayed 5 nights over Xmas in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Friendly staff on arrival/departure. Good size bedrooms and two large bathrooms gave us a good amount of space for our family of 5. The two styles of pool in the complex were great and we visited every day. Loved walking across the road to the beach too. Unfortunately the kitchen was not well equipped for 5 days of cooking meals over Xmas and we had to buy our own chopping board, tea towel, peeler, oven mitt etc. We made it work though. Our apartment was above a sports bar at street level — patrons got a bit rowdy some nights.

Advertised as 2bedroom penthouse. Second bedroom has no air conditioning, gets no flow from main, and has a slide limited fixed window that allows only small air access.nil if blinds are down for privacy,lights. General state of “ penthouse” is “ mean”. Trip hazard in different levels from 2nd bedroom to lounge and to bathroom. Design fault- needs mini ramp for safety as per entry from lounge to bathroom. Not returning. No smile as I left although staff are very pleasant. PS. Wifi did not work.

Friendly, helpful reception, a few apartments surrounding a tropical looking pool, across road from the beach, easy access, shops and cafes around the corner. Big bright rooms, only issue with the 3 bedroom we had was the air con is too far from the two end bedrooms, especially in the afternoon on hot days. All good otherwise.

Reception staff were amazing, we had issues with the AC on the first day reception tried to rectify but was not successful but we had Bedroom AC so was satisfied, then on the second night all AC stopped and was continuing issues all stay, after hours support were rude and pretty much said if your not happy just leave, once again the reception staff were great and tried to sort our issues

Came for night due to a family member being in hospital and had to extend to 4 nights. The staff were incredible!! We moved rooms after the first night due to a few glitches and ended up in a fabulous room for the remainder of the stay. The girls went above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation. The grounds and pools are gorgeous.

We were very happy with our stay. So friendly staff. We should have checked out 10am but the let stay for free in the room until 11am. After that we were allowed to use the pool and towels and to take a shower in the fitness room. Great service and amazing pool area.

We had a great check in experience. When we got to the room it was a bit tired and the kitchen light and hob weren’t working. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us a new room, with upgrade and complimentary wine. Incredible service. The hotel is in a great location and pool is fab.

From the moment you walk in, your greeted with a smile. Kimberley was above awesome. She was friendly and proffessional. We got upgraded and staff left us wine and chocolate as we were celebrating our birthdays. The hotel is immaculate. The facilities top knotch. Absolutely fantastic and will reccommend and will stay again

We stayed 5 nights over Xmas in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Friendly staff on arrival/departure. Good size bedrooms and two large bathrooms gave us a good amount of space for our family of 5. The two styles of pool in the complex were great and we visited every day. Loved walking across the road to the beach too. Toppenfin lägenhet med två sovrum och två badrum samt en stor balkong mot poolen. Finns ett minilivs runt hörnet. Inte så många restauranger på gångavstånd och de stänger redan vid 8-9 på kvällen. Fin och lång strand på andra sidan en lite större väg.

oaks seaforth is in a great location walkable to all the areas around you to bars and clubs nearby small supermarket, bottle shop etc. . straight across the road to the beaches, the units are large and very clean has everything you need for the stay, the outdoor areas are brilliant . very friendly staff

It was a great weekend for my partner and I. They were very accommodating with late check in on a Friday and late check-out Sunday. The staff let me leave my baggage with them for a few hours while I explored after checkout. Store, bottle shop and a few nice restaurants a walkable distance away. Definitely coming back. Stayed room 314 and could see the water and listen to the waves crashing. Fantastic stay. Definitely recommend
