Very big room looking out onto the pool area. Loads of parking spaces everytime. Easy access to interstate at top of road. Lots of room at breakfast time even when busy. Note that road at bottom is shut off when baseball game finishes, had to divert round top end over interstate to enter hotel car park. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. About 20 to 30 mins to downtown attractions, depending on traffic (of which there is always loads.)

Staff was very accommodating friendly. The only suggestion I would have is around the pool put some kind of slip guard while there my daughter failed three times and was not running and another ladies child fell while walking.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was polite and kind. The room was just fine, nothing fancy but it did the job. My only sore point was the pool and hot tub. They were clean and easy to use but there is no staff checking in there and we encountered a group of VERY drunk dudes and bud light cans everywhere. We just picked up our stuff and went back upstairs. I would definitely stay there again, we just happened to stay at the same time as people who don’t respect public space. But I’ve also never stayed at a place where a staff member on a Saturday night didnt check to make sure everyone was at least attempting to follow the rules.

Bed was good, as was the breakfast buffet. Usual options like waffles, yogurt, cereal, juices, lots of fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, bagels, muffins, bread for toast and biscuits. Coffee and tea available all the time. Room needed more lighting. We asked for a roll in shower room so I wouldn't fall getting in/out of the tub. Bathroom was nice with plenty of soft towels and lots of room. A/C was set on stun when we arrived, and it was very cold. Turned thermostat up to 75, as it was set on 64, and the heat came on. Microwave was very small, as was the freezer in the minifridge, but we only stayed one night. Pool was beautiful and they had towels. Wanted to go to the hot tub later on but it started thundering and lightning so that was a no go. It was very quiet considering it was right off of I 75. Great price and lots of parking. Would stay there again if ever in that part of town. Staff very nice and helpful too.

Don’t fool yourself with wonderful ratings! Odor in the room was horrible. Carpet felt wet and dirty( The AC super noisy and the stay over service by request only. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room, we noticed a horrid sour smell that was most likely coming from the soaking wet carpet under the air conditioner. We had to go buy air fresheners and baking soda to help with the smell. The ceiling was peeling and there was used soap and a big wad of hair in the bathroom. The hallways and stairwells were very uncomfortably warm. The breakfast was pretty good. Well stocked with a nice variety. The hours were also very reasonable. One of the elevators safety expiration was in October 2023.

Very clean hotel! We stayed one night to go to Better Baseball the next day. Had kids with us too. Beds were not terrible but they could use an upgrade. Would stay here again if in the area and couldn’t afford to try another one with better beds.

Older property. Friendly front desk staff. Average breakfast, more variety would be nice. Close to the ballpark. Be careful of the electrical outlets. I had plugged my dying iPhone in to charge, only to find out that the outlet didn't work correctly.

It was very nice. The only issue was the bed that I was sleeping in was not very comfortable. It had a huge intention on the side where I couldn’t really get out of the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again.

We returned our key a mere 2 hours into a 2-night stay due to a possible carbon monoxide warning around 1 or 2 am which forced us outside. We had only been in our room a little over an hour. We saw an ambulance and two fire trucks in the parking lot. It was unsettling as they were trying to rule out the presence of an odorless, deadly gas. After patiently waiting outside for an hour, the firemen could not give us a timeframe for when the building would be cleared to stay safely. We had just driven 6 hours after school and work, arriving around midnight, and had early morning ballgames. We had our daughter with us and checked out to find safe, alternate lodging, rather than potentially stand in the parking lot all night or sleep in our vehicle...I spoke with Manager Duane Sherman three times over the next several weeks. He seemed professional, nice, and understanding over the phone, and assured me each time that a refund was pending/would be issued for both nights through hotels.com; however, he denied a refund according to hotels.com representatives. Three months later I still have not received even a partial refund.

The employees with whom we interacted — Gigi, Kim, the lady cleaning the breakfast area, and the lady maintaining the food selection — were all friendly and professional! So were the maid staff. We have one complaint: Duane, the manager, needs to update the time lock on the room key cards! Checkout is 12 noon; however, we were locked out at around 11:30. VERY inconvenient! Was not appreciated. Excellent buffet!

We chose this property due to its location. It was an easy walk to Truist Park/Battery and very safe. Plus it has free parking which isn't that common in the area. We were impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. A special shout out to Gigi who checked us in and answered our multitude of questions without batting an eye.

Excellent experience at this hotel! Staff is very professional, friendly, and kind. It is very obvious that the people who work at this property take pride in their work. Hotel was clean, has nice amenities, and is a close walk to Truist Park for a Braves game.
