The country house Villa Florita is nestled in the village center of Valdelaguna, in the Community of Madrid, just 45 minutes from Madrid. This spacious three-floor rural property accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for family holidays or group getaways in the Madrid countryside. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a room with a sofa bed for two additional guests ensure everyone is comfortable. Two bathrooms are distributed across both floors. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, and pool towels. A games room with foosball, darts, and gym equipment provides extra entertainment. A cot is available upon request. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (approx. 15 May to 15 October), garden, chill-out zone, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue area. Please note that some outdoor spaces require stair access and may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Valdelaguna sits at the heart of a rich cultural landscape. The historic town of Chinchón, famous for its iconic Plaza Mayor and traditional anise distilleries, is just minutes away. The royal palace and gardens of Aranjuez, a World Heritage Site, are within easy reach, as is Warner Park for a family day out. Wine lovers can follow the local wine route, visiting vineyards and the Wine Museum. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Rio Tajuna valley offers scenic hiking and guests can enjoy a unique natural cave bath nearby. The village has two bars, a small supermarket, and a renowned butcher. Public transport is within walking distance and parking is easily accessible outside the property. Families with children and one pet are welcome. Smoking and events are not permitted.
