We were there just for 1 night specifically so we can be close to the airport to catch an early flight the next day. My kids were a bit disappointed they did not have a pool. But it was my fault, I overlooked that when I booked the room. Other than the room, service, and overall experience was nice.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it having a 24 shuttle. I was very pleased with everything I expect in a mid-priced property. It had modern and pleasing decor. It was very clean. Staff were efficient and pleasant. The shuttle was quick and the driver helpful. Food was a problem. Restaurants in the vicinity are not walkable. The Bistro is in the lobby, has a bar and a limited menu. We ended up ordering through GrubHub, eating in some nice booths along the side. My husband did buy a beer from the bar. $12.

The hotel charges $18 per day to park your car. Kind of a rip off really. It is close to the airport. That is nice. But it is loud. There is one of those fake Starbucks coffee shops in the lobby. They serve Starbucks coffee, but the employees really did a bad job of actually making the coffees taste like they do in an actual Starbucks.

The elevators weren’t working on the side of the hotel I was staying on. I was put on the third floor. The ice machines weren’t working on my side of the hotel. The stay wasn’t bad it was just the inconvenience.

1.The carpets in the hotel smelled terrible and to mask the smell the staff sprayed air fresheners that was very strong. 2. The hotel itself is dated. 3. There was only one person taking orders at the restaurant in the hotel and she was so overwhelmed that it took her an hour to even take my order and an extra 15 minutes for her to give me the order and to top it off the food was cool.

The property looked nice but was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hall, hair in the bed and they refused to refund so I could change hotels. The staff was not friendly, but the Bistro staff was amazing. I would NOT stay here again.

I travel for work and find a clean hotel room these days is a miracle. The cleanliness of the room in this courtyard was in my top 3 so far; because of that, I slept like a baby before catching my morning flight to work the following day. Bonus point to the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. Hats off to the housekeeping of this hotel. I will be back.

Everything was great until I tried to take a shower this morning. There was hair in the tub. Two hairs in the tub. Ok. I could almost get past that but then. The tub wouldn’t drain!!! So, I’m showering while the tub is filling (rapidly, I might add) with water. The tub was FULL by the time I was done. Gag. It took about fifteen minutes to drain. Disgusting. Would not stay again.

I didn't have an opportunity to tour the property. Not much to tour. I also experienced roaches in the bathroom. When I checked out, I wasnt even asked how my stay was from the desk clerk. I would have informed her of the bug issue. Also, my room was across from the maintenance closet and the door left open all day, even after the staff had gone for the day.

This hotel looks very nice from the outside and is a good price. Pros for me were that it was very close to the airport, without hearing any planes. It was very quiet and it was clean. Cons, I would say this hotel is outdated and the rooms are pretty small. The bathroom lay out was a bit odd. Windows are not tinted. Cars literally have to park right infront of the rooms, where the sliding door is so anyone can see what you are doing. I didn’t really feel safe there. If I had to stay for more than a couple nights I would have checked out early to another hotel.

Pictures are made to look better than what you get. Rooms will be smaller and the bathroom shower was not in working order. They gave a handicap room to us when that was not advertised at purchase. We signed up for a queen suite. Bedding was nice and grounds were decently kept. Is right next to the airport. Can see airport from room. Shuttle runs every hour to airport.

Hotel was good on all accounts but upstairs and the floor I was on walls then. If the hotel wasn’t booked I would suggest not to fill that room next to the elevator or ice machine microwave

The staff were amazing from the get go. We were greeted with warm smiles & fun conversation at check in. They really made us feel welcomed so much so that we tried to book them again for our return trip home but they were full. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area. The rooms were nice & clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel smelled great too. Definitely recommend

I did not use mobile check in but I checked in at the front desk. Around 4am, someone using mobile check in, tried to enter the room. It was a bit scary to be honest. I called the front desk to inform them and they apologized. I was assigned the wrong room at check in. Additionally at check out they apologized but they were not the same workers as those that checked me in. I was told that I should receive a phonecall about what happened as well as free marriott points. I did not receive either so I was a bit disappointed.

Airport shuttle was of no use. Waited on hold for over ten minutes with no response to schedule an airport pick up. Used Uber instead. Waited with 15 other people for a ride to the airport which didn’t show up and took an Uber. Very disappointed. Should not advertise air port shuttle.

Was a beautiful lobby and a great room but once out the front entrance beggars and addicts everywhere. I didn’t feel safe enough to go out for dinner or past 5pm on foot. A shame as the hotel is lovely.

This was perfect for our extended trip. We were able to park our car here and fly out to NYC. Staff was friendly and location was convenient. Airport shuttle was very easy to use.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was super busy during Memorial Day weekend but all the staff remained cheerful and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and were impressed especially considering the great price. The cafe is a bit limited but the food was good. I had their Caesar Salad twice!
