Minutes from Ottawa Airport Short-Term

I’ve traveled to many places, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The place looked nothing like the photos and was completely misleading. The moment I walked in, there was a terrible smell, and the room was dirty, gross, and unlivable. I couldn’t even stay there for a single second. I ended up having to book another hotel last minute, which cost me over $600 for just two nights because I had no other choice. To make things worse, the owner took 4 to 5 days to reply, only to say there was nothing they could do. I contacted Hotels.com since I booked through them, and even they had a hard time reaching the property. It took them 2 to 3 days just to get a response, and the result was the same. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Please save yourself your money, time, and peace of mind and do not book this place. It’s nothing like advertised, unsanitary, and the customer service is awful. Horrible, horrible experience!

Quick response to messages. Roomier and spacious clean restful place. Minutes to airport, grocery store, and best Shawarma place in town.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful, new, clean, safe, and quiet area to stay. Would definitely stay here again. TVs are Roku equipped. Only difference I would make is to have more garbage bags available as the guests struggled where to put their kitchen garbage. Bin was too small and over flowing. Also hand towels to dry hands after washing per guest and to bring to bathroom as needed.

excellent stay. Room was cozy, bed was comfy. The TV was not working and my host immediately responded and resolved the problem.

Bathroom door lock was not fixed.. send message regarding door code.. couldn’t open it first later we could fix that.. we order 2 bed ..room was changed later by the owner ..
