Overall the stay was just fine. I rated it a 3 because there were certain aspects that were important to us that were an issue. Some may not see these things as concerns. Pros: Great location walkable to nearly everything you'd plan to see and a quick taxi or bike ride to other locations. Restaurants nearby were amazing. Staff was fantastic and 24 hr service that got us espresso at 3:30am waiting for our taxi to the airport. Breakfast included and even offered a breakfast to go for us on our last day. Very quiet soundproof windows as it is on a busy street. AC worked well. Cons: initially upon walking in there was a strong mildew smell that put us off. We couldn't find the issue as the bathroom looked new and spotless. Then in the shower we saw the hose to the shower head had black mold all in the grooves of the hose. It was just so disappointing - especially because the shower is very small. No Kleenex which usually isn't a problem but would've been nice. Bed was made with a sheet only and one pillow each. Very basic - but had twin duvets and extra pillows in cabinets. Key is a physical key with large key fob that is charming, but slightly annoying these days. No elevator but was good for the exercise. As a note I didn't complain while we were there either as it was such a short stay. I felt if we would have said something the staff would've supported as they were very kind. I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it, so that is also something to consider.

Quando ligava o ar condicionado saia um cheiro de esgoto. O box do meu banheiro era extremamente apertado. O pior de tudo é que tinha uma excursão escolar em que o adolescente estavam transformando o hotel em festa e ninguém do hotel se importava.

Mycket trevligt hotell i äldre stil mitt i stan, nära till härliga restauranger och kaféer. Bra AC och fräscht städat. Inga starka moderna parfymer som nu är poppis utan helt enkelt fräscht. Bodde där med min dotter och lilla dotterdotter. Babysäng fanns. Tyvärr inte hiss så vi fick bära vagnen och väskor, men hotellets karaktär och läge gör att vi kommer återvända 100%.💯 Trevlig och korrekt personal!

We had a really enjoyable stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choice with something for everyone. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the main sights, shops and plenty of great restaurants. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were also happy to arrange a taxi for us, which made things very easy.
We had a really enjoyable stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choice with something for everyone. Well, situated hotel. Walking distance to ruins and shopping and local eateries. Breakfast was great. However, there is no elevator.
