Das Haus ist extrem schlecht zu finden. Es ist kein Schild angebracht; man ist vollkommen verloren. Hätte nicht mein Navi gesagt: Hier bist Du richtig, hätte ich den Eingang nicht gefunden. Nachdem wir endlich eine Telefonnummer gefunden hatte, meinte ein nette, aber sehr resolute Dame am Telefon, ohne unsere Passkopien würde sie uns nicht einlassen. Als ältere, nicht so technik-affine Leute waren wir sehr gestressed, haben es aber dann endlich geschafft. Meine Frau war bereits so weit, dass sie am Liebsten weitergefahren wäre. Danach war alles, sogar für uns, machbar!

The property is very well located for the key tourist sites in Milan, very close to a metro station. It’s very quiet in the property, very clean and new. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary items. We hadn’t expected that it would be cleaned daily, with the used items restocked too! We had a bit of an issue with the instructions for checking in arriving only the previous day. It would help nervous travellers if the info could be sent out earlier. The phone based entry worked every time, but takes a bit of getting used to.

The guesthouse was great location, the staff were very helpful answering messages instantly and we were able to leave our luggage in a secure locker when we arrived and left the property. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone as location was 1 minute from the metro, 15 mins walk to the shops and Duomo and 14 mins walk to canals.

Amazing place, very clean and very modern. Free fridge full of beers, water and fizzy drinks. Little bit awkward to find the door to enter the premises is my only thing I have to say about it but that is nothing compared to how lovely the property is.

nice room, responsive staff. you don’t actually see anyone in person and the way to get in can be a little confusing through a link that opens 3 doors but it’s all good once you get the hang of it and a good location for price
