部屋は文句なしに綺麗。 案内も分かりやすかったです。 1回のコンビニがあり便利。 無料駐車場はありませんが、有料駐車場があるので問題なし。 強いてあげるなら、入口が分かりにくかった程度です。

If you’re traveling with luggages and need a cart, they only have a small trolley that is smaller than a regular luggage so it didn’t help and the hotel is on the 7th floor on the other side of the building while the parking is at the other end.

Spacious rooms. We could use our suica cards as room keys which was super handy. Laundry easy to access.

It's a wonderful new hotel located atop an office building with modern architecture. The surroundings are pristine with 2 soccer fields adjacent to the building (it seems that they're reservation only) and Tsurumai park. Check in is fairly simple, but a pre-check in is required online. My favorite part is the terrace open to hotel guests that overlooks the park and soccer fields.

Enjoyed our stay! This hotel is sharing a new mixed-use building. There are four restaurants and a Family Mart on 1F, two nice football/soccer fields outside, start-up style office spaces, labs, and meeting rooms in the middle floors and the hotel on the top floor 7F. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist kitchen and larger than average mini fridge/freezer. 10 minute walk through the park to the train station.

施設や部屋は全体に新しく清潔で、一階にはコンビニもありとても満足でした。 ただ、テレビが地上波が映らなかったこと、最低限のアメニティ（歯ブラシなど）があればなおよかったです。あと、コインランドリーの乾燥機を使用した際、扉を開けた瞬間に埃が舞い、不衛生でした。 総合的には、格安で良い宿に泊まれ満足でした。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

It was my family and I’s first time staying in Nagoya. The property is located on the 7th floor and shared as a shared business space for the floors below. Upon check we were greeted with a staff member that helped us with using the tablet to register our IC card (in this case our SUICA). This surprisingly became our room key. When we finally made it to our room, we were shocked how much room we had for the 3 of us. The bidet was immediately behind a door to the right, the sink and shower in a separate area to the left, and further away we could see the 2 bunk beds, the sofa bed, and the mini kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The sofa bed also surprisingly comfortable from others I’ve sat/laid on. There was the flat screen tv in which offered Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. However to use these services, you need to log into your own account. Overall everything was very clean. There was also a coin laundry located just across our room which was great. It costs roughly 500 yen (300 to wash and 200 to dry). All in all we quite enjoyed the spaciousness of this facility and the fact that there was a Family Mart right downstairs. If I had to make any cons to staying here is that it is quite far from places that we wanted to go. Food places (besides what was downstairs) were at least a 10 minute walk away. Train station was about 9 minutes away. With all that said, I would still recommend staying here.

広くて清潔で最新の感じがして良かった。 テラスもあって、そこで朝食を食べることができて1番気持ちよかった。建物１階にはコンビニもあり、公園を含めて周辺施設の雰囲気もよく落ち着くことができた。 スタッフの方も親切で良かった。

エアコンの調整も出来て、快適に過ごせました。 洗面台の上の換気扇の埃がちょっと気になりましたが…それ以外は、大満足‼︎ また機会があれば、利用したいです。

管理不足なのか洗面台のお湯が出なかった。 またビルの漏水工事の影響か洗面台が下水くさく時間が経過しても改善しなかった。 その割には値段も安いわけではないので、少し居心地の悪い滞在となりました。

設備が新しく清潔。ベッドの他、テーブルやソファーがあっても充分快適な広さでした。受付の方もとても丁寧に説明してくれました。

とても施設がきれい、スタッフのトラブル対応も良かったですが、シャワーがチョロチョロしか出ないのと、洗面台からの臭いがあったり、シーツが1枚たりなかったり、テレビが見られなかったりしたのが残念でした。

房間很大，設備東西很新 沒有有線頻道，但網路影音應有盡有（例如Nextlex(要登自己帳號）、youtube…) 全部房間都在7樓，房間內無洗衣機、但該樓層有投幣式洗衣機及烘衣機可使用。 飯店服務很好、插頭很多、設備算齊全，但： 房間內的窗簾無法完全遮光，淺眠的人可能會因為微弱的陽光而提早醒來 廚房用品欠缺保鮮膜、也沒有大盤子、碗，湯鍋很小，只能煮一人份，很不方便…

施設が新しくて客室はとても清潔。 チェックインが少々面倒。タッチパネルの感度が悪く文字変換が大変。 TVではなく天井吊り下げプロジェクターからスクリーンに投影する方式。一般のTV番組は何も見れない。 照明スイッチがベッドのヘッドボード部分にしかなく、操作のためにベッドに乗らないと手が届かない配置。 アメニティが全くなくてちょっと驚き。せめてハブラシは欲しかったところ。

房間非常大, 設施新穎, 附近的環境很好。而且住宿下方就有一間全家, 早餐宵夜零食飲料都不是問題, 非常方便! 本次住的房型是有上下鋪的, 孩子們爬上爬下的覺得新奇非常開心, 整體來說是一個適合家庭住宿的旅館!

鶴舞駅からも近く、一階にはファミリーマート 周囲にもいくつか飲食店があり、買う場所には困らなさそうでした 入室直後に少しだけ隣から子供のはしゃぐ声が聞こえて来ましたが、それも耳を澄ませて聞こえる程度なのでおそらく遮音性も悪くないです ただお風呂に湯船がないので、ゆっくり入りたい方はご注意ください

室内が清潔で良い時間を過ごせた。 しかしテレビが見られないのとWi-Fiの接続ができない、浴槽がなかったのが少々残念。

受付不在でチェックインに時間がかかりました。その際もあまり気持ちの良い対応ではありませんでした。しかし、部屋の清潔さ、新しさ、浴槽はありませんでしたが、その他の設備の充実、価格には大変満足です！

チェックインの際に、前のお客様が事前チェックインをされておらず、かなり待たされた。 受付の機械が2個とも占領されていたので、1つはフリーにしておくべき。 きちんと事前チェックインまでしておいたのに、意味がなかった。 スマホの操作を機械の前でさせて、機械を占領させるのはどうかと思う。 ほかは良かっだけに残念です。

従来のホテルの形態と異なることを確り伝えるべき。

部屋もとてもモダンで清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせました。 特によかったのは、チェックアウト後に荷物をロッカーのような場所に預けられたことです。観光の間、手ぶらで動けてとても便利でした。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で凄く気持ちよく利用出来ました！腕時計の話も嬉しかったです。

WIFIがつかえない 店員は、カウンターでおしゃべり 客がいても無視 風呂は、ない　シャワーのみ スープをのむお椀は、ない

飯店很新 但服務人員常常不在櫃檯 自動辦理入住手續卡住 呼叫人員大概15分鐘後才出現。連續住兩天浴巾卻只給一天的份。枕頭很難睡

Friendly service and rooms were decent - a lot of space with several beds that can very well accomodate a group of travellers. Locatio-wise not the most convenient.

깨끗하고 근처 지하절과 철도가 있어서 이동이 편리함 가족단위로 머무르기 좋음

Very good location, good service, good hotel

全てが清潔で本当に快適でした！ ベッドも気持ちよく、爆睡できました。 子供達が２段ベッドを気に入った様で、またここに泊まりたいと言ってました。 朝食のバゲットサンドもスープも美味しかったです！！ 使い捨て歯ブラシがあったら完璧！
