Seems like a brand new property. You don’t have to speak to anyone to check-in. Super fast and efficient. Now when I travel I wouldn’t mind staying in these types of hotels. The room was very spacious and there were updated washer and dryers. Food options are hefty it’s in a busy area. I would recommend and stay again.

New and clean - very convenient to the airport. There is only one ice maker and it did not work. Most hotels would have sent someone out for bags of ice but we just got a shrug and a "sorry". Also, the TV was glitchy - it worked after we fumbled with it for a while and finally unplugged it, then plugged it back in. No breakfast - just a coffee machine. It was an ok stay but there are better options in the area.

Parking lot was littered with trash. At times hard to find a parking. Noisy at night

like staff, clean facility, rooms good, new, quiet, good value. don't like tight parking, no automatic doors make it hard to get through with luggage and full hands, doors close on carts, luggage carts suck

Un safe parking people smoking marijuanain the parking lot so there is drugs in the hotel kids playing in the work out room hardly and one at the front desk took me two time to get my trash taken out I’ll be back Sunday hoping my trash and bathroom is cleaned

Staff is friendly and always very helpful. 24hr laundry is clean, quiet and convenient. Thank you livaway!

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Fitness center and laundry on site are clutch. I did find it weird that the common areas (stairways, halls) don't seem to be cleaned often (we stayed 11 days and saw the same dirt over and over). Seems like maybe they need more staff to keep up with everything, which seems to be the case just about everywhere

Parking too tight, luggage carts suck bad, bedsheets flimsy and don't stay on, doors not slam on carts from entry to room, trash outside always full, bedside lamp stand needs 4-6 " wider for CPAP etc. toilet paper holder too far back strain to reach from throne. Staff amazing, rooms great, new towels awesome, kitchenette great, clothes area, bed support great, tv great, bathroom great.

Not clean! Bedding was dirty and had hair on it. Black hair everywhere in the bathroom. Very loud all night.

The staff was very nice and friendly, but the floors in our room and bathroom were really dirty. Visible spills and drips from previous guests were on the floors as well as all around visible dirt and hair. I did some cleaning so I could feel comfortable- including cleaning grime off of light switch plates and brown “bits” off the front (outside the bowl) of the toilet.

When we arrived and checked in we were happy with the ease of check in process. We then left the hotel and went to an event expecting to be able to come back that night after our event to a nice shower and bed. What we got was everything but that. We entered the room and immediately found bugs, fingernails, dirt, food all over the floors which looked like had never been cleaned. It was disgusting. Then my daughter went to shower and I immediately was notified the shower was filthy. I then spent about the next 25 minutes cleaning someone else’s hair, white goop, and things from the shower just so she could use it. I then cleaned the toilet which had someone else’s pee drizzled down all sides and hair on the back, there was hair everywhere. It was filthy. Skip forward to the bedding which hadn’t been cleaned either. Immediately I went to the front desk, but it appears the hotel was fully booked so there was no chance of moving rooms. I took all new bedding and changed it and proceeded to clean the room to a useable space. To say the least I was absolutely pissed. I shouldn’t need to spend 1-2 hours cleaning a room just to be able to use the space when I just paid close to $200 a night to be there. Zero stars. Highly do not recommend.

The floors in the entire hotel looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The hallways were dirty and covered in dust bunnies. The rooms floor had many dried spills and dirt, along with piles of hair from previous guests. There was dirt in the bath tub as well as all over the counter tops. The TV area was so dusty that you could see where people had touched the handles as they were the only clean spots.

Not super clean and could hear neighbors above and next to us throughout the night. Their vacuum was stolen so hallways were dirty with food and dirt.

I arrived late at 8:00pm, room not ready yet. :( Had to sit there and wait until room is finally ready at about 8:45pm. The room was not cleaned well at all. Floor needed to be swept and mopped, kitchen sink filthy, makeup on the 1 towel in bathroom, no soap or shampoo or anything in the bathroom, bed did not look professionally made (this made me nervous the sheets were not changed - but they did look clean so I will assume they were). I chose this hotel because a kitchen was advertised. There is a kitchen, however there is absolutely nothing in the kitchen - no pots/pans, utensils, not even a coffee maker. The kitchen is useless. Wifi did not work. I had booked two nights, but cancelled the second. I won't be back.

Smelled weird and you could hear the people upstairs stomping all hours of the night. It sounded like they were playing soccer! I even turned the TV on and a little up and I still couldn’t drown out the noise! Needless to say, I had two very bad nights of sleep! I would not recommend unfortunately.

Very basic but also very effective and well priced for a stop over. Large well appointed room with kitchen area. Two major negatives though. 1. There are no blockout blinds, only a Venetian so no sleeping in and 2. Rooms are extremely noisy with hard floors are a lot of moveable furniture meaning anyone simply walking in the room above will have you searching for ear plugs.

There was no coffee pot even just a single serve in the room no garbage can in the kitchen area only a garbage in the bathroom also someone else’s leftovers were left in the refrigerator so they didn’t even clean that out.Very noisy could hear everyone up and down the hall. So totally here to the people above us walking around and slamming things. Definitely not a quiet place to stay when positive was the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice room. Good size refrigerator and decent kitchen. The motel was clean, in good repair, grounds were well kept. Travelers should be aware that they do not supply any coffee, coffee maker, or any other utensils. We were not able to connect to the internet and were told , by the hotel employee, that this happens often. They are also difficult to find on maps.

The hotel is conveniently located right off off the interstate & Reserve. Very easy to find. Self- check in qas a breeze. Very clean. Bed was comfy. Our room was on the 1st floor facing the parking lot & this was a disadvantage since there were not blackout blinds. We had a car directly outside of our room with their brights on for over 30min late at night which lit up the room. Then, at about 3am, another car decided to play music at concert levels for about 45min in the parking lot. So, not not most restful night. However, despite those things I would still say for the location abd price, the hotel was worth it.

Excellent value brand new hotel. The railway nearby was occasionally noisy, but not throughout night which was good. The TV didn’t work properly (no signal). Room was very large and comfortable with nice kitchenette.

Property was obviously brand new. The experience is very stripped down, which I understand for the price point, but at the same time I didn’t feel it was well disclosed that the kitchen had no eating or cooking utensils (you can buy a kit from the front desk). There were not even facial tissues in the room. Beds were comfortable, but the window has blinds only which did nothing to block the early morning sun. Some curtains would be a huge improvement. Charged extra taxes at checkout that were not disclosed at check-in or at booking with Expedia. Tried showing my receipt showing taxes and fees already paid to no avail.

This is a new unit just opened in November. It was a very large room with a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator. However, it did not have any utensils or pans. But that is easily solved by bringing them. The price was very very reasonable. I would stay there again if I get to Missoula

It’s a great quick night away and rooms nice and comfy for being new. TV and Wifi did not work and no smart TV so we couldn’t watch TV and it was very noisy being on bottom floor. very reasonable, very reasonably priced considering the accommodations.

I reserved a room with 2Q beds early through hotels.com and received confirmation. At check-in we were given one bed. I showed my receipt, but they said that was the only available room. Spent well over an hour “chatting” hotels.com and getting escalated (to Expedia?) only for them to blame the hotel. Of course, the hotel blamed them. Huge waste of time. I managed to get a small credit, but done booking with this app and don’t recommend.

The Kiosk didn’t work for me. Shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to check in. Had to wait for someone at the front desk to help me and another gentleman check in

Nobody on hand to check out was disappointing, because I was unable to check out via your terminal in lobby.

Arrived at hotel and was told that they did not have a room available. Was told there were rooms but housekeeping had not cleaned them so they were not available. Had to go to different hote

Will never stay at a Livaway again. Check-in was at 3 showed up at 3:15. Advised cleaning ladies behind and they have overbooked. Told cleaning lady working on my room be 30 min. Wasn’t able to get a room for another 3 1/2 hrs. After I lost my temper.

Check in process was silly! The self service kiosk wasn’t working and the doors were locked to get into the main lobby. Had to call the help number so they could call the front desk worker to open the door and check us in. She wasn’t very friendly. Barely greeted us at all. Just handed us our room key and that was it. The room was a little sparse, but nice and everything looked new, but the bathroom was missing a shower curtain and the bed linens were basically sheets, not very cozy. The price was good though

Bed, fab! Room, great! Hotel in general, new and wonderful. However, if you are arriving late, know that the front desk will be closed, you have to check yourself in via an automated system which needs to scan your ID, take your card and will print room keys for you. If it goes wrong (it did for me) and the staff on site ignores your calls (they did for me) you could be stuck. Once you are in, this place is a great place to stay. Just be careful if you know you’ll be later than 11pm.

The WORST! They have our room away with 2 beds and 4 of us were meant to sleep in a king bed or sleep on the floor with a $40 discount. Unreal. NEVER BOOK HERE!! So wild they would strand a family on a holiday week.

This property is difficult to find and get to for first timers. The check in was difficult. Multiple texts saying check in at kiosk but had to go to the desk to finish checking in. Staff was going to have me pay again until I told them that I thought I had prepaid through Expedia. He did correct himself. Room is very Spartan and could hear rooms above and next door.

Kind of way out of the way but it’s a new building so it’s pretty up to date insider. It was affordable at the time I imagine the prices will go up as it grows in popularity. But worth the money for sure.

Clean and super clean and close to the airport

The address listed on the website did not work with Google Maps, so it took some time to locate the building. Everything else was good.

The location was a bit odd and the hotel in general had a very utilitarian vibe, but it was clean and comfortable.

Advertised as being able to make meals then I got there to learn you have to buy pots and pans. O ly appliances were provided. It is bare bones and I mean absolutely nothing that’s not necessary other than a towel and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No curtains or anything. Location was right beside a railroad track so we heard that all night. Along with another guests dog barking and kids running up and down the hallways. I got a message the room was ready. Got there and the front desk staff had no clue if they even had a room for me even though I booked this room 2 months ahead. I will NEVER stay at a LivAway again anywhere. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed and 99% of it was because of false advertising.

Great hotel, clean room. Looks new, feels new. Kiosk check-in, no need to wait at front desk. Shower weak but expected. Only need to have a few kitchen utensils and toiletries on hand- nothing provided in room but shampoo

No hair dryer, no kitchen amenities like napkins, silverware, plates, cookware…inspite of a full refrigerator, cooktop, microwave etc.

Very clean, great customer service. But. . . It advertised a kitchenette and indeed had fridge, microwave, & cooktop. However there were absolutely no kitchen items: no utensils, bowls, plates, coffeemaker, etc. There were only two plastic cups in the bathroom. So I feel kitchenette was misleading - I have never stayed in a property advertising such without some basics included. Instead, guests are able to buy these items at the front desk. At the very least this should be described in the listing so guests are not surprised. I do note that coffee was available in the lobby,

Really liked the room. Our Maps app had a hard time finding it and giving us good directions. I think because it’s a new property and the app just hasn’t caught up. Also glad that I read the reviews to learn that the room comes with NO appliances: no toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils or hair dryer. Apparently some of these items can be purchased. Since we caught on before we left home, we were able to raid our camping supplies so we had everything we needed. Would stay again and remember to pack kitchen stuff.

I was very disappointed in the lack of amenities in room. Our main hotel could not book my employee for his extended stay and so we tried it out. I had to apologize to employee as there were no plates or anything and there was a 3 day wait on hair dryer and iron. When I mentioned this they said I could buy packages?? Wanted to make this our new corp stay, but I don't know now.
