Handicap room needs an upgrade. No way could this room work for a handicapped person. Shower hose could not reach bench, curtain did not hold water in shower and water ran all over the floor. We had to keep mopping up the water. Plug did not hold water in sink.

The listing said it had a pool and breakfast. They lied. The pool is no longer workkng and they lied about breakfast. The room was atrocious. The bathroom door was all messed up to wear you couldn't even lock it and would not even shut. The upgraded room didnt have anything special. This was a terrible experience. This property is not in safe repair and should NOT be available for rent, nor in a good area. The ceiling plaster in the bathroom was flaking into the tub as I was showering, the flooring throughout was split and peeling, the room's fixtures such as lamps and electrical receptacles were caked with gunk, some of the sockets I would not use for fear of getting shocked, the stairs to the third floor were wobbling and handrail was sticky with years of filth, parking area is dark and creepy, as several guys were always hanging around in dark areas of parking lot. This property has numerous piles of what looks like re-purposed construction debris lying around, parking lot in poor condition. I could go on and on, but I won't. I cannot believe Red Roof Inn would allow their name to be put on this property, or that Travelocity would be offering it on their site. I have never felt a need for a review like this, and I have stayed at some rather sketchy lodgings in my years.

It wasnt to bad we arrived around 2ish a little after 2, greeted politely and handled very well. Now we had a room on the 2nd floor and the room above us sounded like it had elephants running around till around 7ish. Had to use restroom around midnight walk in see a bug.... forgot to mention the ice machines didnt work which made us have to use the vending machine kinda odd but whatever. The room was great for the moat part. Water in the bathroom whole different story hardly any cold water at all for a 95° day.

The room it's self was clean but the floor sloped so bad in the room the chair would roll away from the desk. The TV remote stopped working and after replacing the batteries and it still wouldn't work they said there was nothing they could do. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The property was full of cigarette butts and trash. Before booking this room we called to verify that they had a pool and offered breakfast, but upon check in i was informed the pool and breakfast have been closed since 2020, which these were 2 of the main reasons we booked here since traveling with children. The customer service was less than to be desired. We are very disappointed with our stay and definitely would NOT book another room here and strongly advise others to stay somewhere nicer considering the cost of this room was over $100.

For the price it was OK but there's no breakfast, parking lots is kind of broken up, and temp construction workers staying there. Kids in room above stomping around the room both nights I was there.

We knew this was a budget hotel. We just needed somewhere to sleep to catch an early morning flight. However, it was worse than we could have imagined. As soon as we walked in the room, we were greeted by a giant cockroach. It was not the only insect we encountered either. There was someone’s hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, and mold and dust all over. It was just generally filthy. Everything was also in disrepair, from the furniture to the shower curtain that was almost coming off the rings. We seriously considered just sleeping in our car instead of staying in the room. The staff was friendly so I’ll give them that. But we will certainly never stay here again!

The first day I arrived, even before it got dark, I observed at least a dozen cockroaches scurrying around the room baseboards, in the bathroom, and in the dresser drawers. I 'captured' a couple to show the front desk the next morning and strongly suggested that they call an exterminator to solve this problem. I didn't see any the next day, but the following day, I realized that I'd shared the bed with a big cockroach that night. To say the least, I was not impressed. Also, the laminate flooring in the room was damaged in the main traffic area and I was worried that I'd cut my feet or get slivers if I happened to step in this area. I kept my shoes on throughout my stay. It's obvious that routine maintenance is not high on management's list of 'things to do'.

The place was adequate. It was remodeled some time ago, and although it is pretty clean, it looks it. The first room we checked into, supposedly non-smoking, smelled of smoke. The second room was better. There is no carpet on the floors which I think is a good thing. It is easier to keep it clean. The back of the building is theoretically the "quiet side" but the interstate runs behind it and is pretty noisy.

This is clearly an older property that they are gradually upgrading. The sink was new, the flooring was a mess. Room was on 3rd floor (elevator) at the rear so very quiet. Nice shower, good towels. Comfy bed.

Clean comfortable room. Front desk service was very good. It is an older hotel and some flooring and bath fixtures could use an upgrade but nothing too bad. My only problem is that it is right next to train tracks. The trains coming by VERY early in the morning woke me up before I had planned to get up. The bright side is it did get me on the road to Ohio early so I arrived early.

Ok, so the pros and cons... Pro: nice quiet area, not a lot of traffic or noise. It was close to our venue: Barber Motorsports Park, but not so close to have been crowded. The room was clean and well supplied, minus a hairdryer that didn't work. Cons: The beds were VERY firm, like hardwood floor firm. The pillows were like 50 layers of compressed cardboard stuffed into a pillow case. They were brutal. Also, and not directly caused by the hotel, but the entire area, within 5 miles, of the hotel smelled like marijuana, reeked of that horrible weed/body odor smell. It was a room and it was quiet, but I doubt I would stay there again

We didn’t get any sleep at all! The trains passing by blowing the horn on an hourly basis and you could hear every conversation being had outside and from neighboring rooms. The area is very sketchy and unsafe. The room was dirty especially the floors and the room and building were also very run down! Don’t stay there! Pay the extra money and find a better location with clean rooms!

The hotel's front desk clerk was not customer friendly! The hotel asked for an additional $100 for a deposit! The rooms were not clean and there was no staff available to clean the room! I asked for an early check in for a business call and I was told no! The front desk clerk was Very rude! The hotel is not for business professionals! The hotel's appearance is not the same as a seen on this website!

Check-in was pleasant enough & the front desk clerk assured us it would be a quiet stay. It wasn't. The night desk clerk had to be contacted at about 04:00 to address loud carnival-style music that had been playing for hours coming from a truck parked in the hotel's lot. The employee said he wasn't aware of loud music, he couldn't hear it. Apparently his duties do not include walking the property. The floors were sticky, the bed was bad, it wasn't clean.

The lady in the front office was very rude. My kids are on special medicine, which causes me to use my own cleaning product for the health of the kids. She told me that I had to let her clean my room. I stated to her that I will clean my room and if it makes you feel better, you can watch me clean my room, the chemicals are too strong for my kids. She told me That if I don’t let them clean my room that me and my kids will have to go from Indianapolis, Indiana. We’ve been traveling on the road. I was very tired and she was very unprofessional not booked this hotel.

Just say NO - This is not a good area. PROS - Shower had good pressure and the water was hot. The fridge and microwave worked. The staff was nice. CONS - This is a bad area, do not stay here. The property says newly renovated, it's not, it's gross. It says it's completely smoke free which just means that you can't smoke in your room so everyone smokes cigarettes and pot right outside the room and then the air conditioner brings the smell into your room. We saw drug deals in the parking lot, at one point 3 cop cars were at the hotel.

No drink ootions. Coffee mediocre at best. Are at kitchen not clean. No where for guests who aarive early to leave luggage aside from in dining area in pu lic view and access. No shower curtain in room but soap and shampoo dispenser up high out of teach when sitting in tub. Lots of people just hanging around back of hotel. Staff not friendly or knowledgeable. Un caring
