I Residence Hotel Silom

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und direkt an einer Sky-Train-Station, so dass man direkten Transfer zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Centern hat. Die Sauberkeit ist OK. Das Servicepersonal ist engagiert und hilfsbereit. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist bisschen klein aber ausreichend, um am Abend mal ein wenig zu entspannen und sich abzukühlen. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind im Umfeld ausreichend vorhanden, das Hotel hat aber auch eine Kantine, wo man gut frühstücken kann (Mittagessen gibt es auch, habe ich aber nicht probiert). Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

The location and price was perfect for my visit. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The rooftop pool was an amazing relief and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. The only negative for me really was that my card key for for my room failed several times over my stay requiring the hotel to have to get the engineers to help getting me into my room. It was only a minor issue but quite frustrating. I would stay here again though.

Für uns, 1 Nacht vor dem Besuch des sky Walks gegenüber, top. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Parkplatz inklusive. Grenzwertig war die Wasserqualität des Pools, Chlor extrem hoch. Unser benutzter Ball war innerhalb kurzer Zeit farblos und die Haut hat nachdem duschen noch die ganze Nacht nach Chlor gerochen. Zimmer eng ( Deluxe), kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche

On arrival, the parking attendant was very friendly in the parking lot. There was no space in the small parking lot because of a meeting, but diagonally opposite the hotel is a large parking lot for 40 baht per hour. After 2 hours, the parking attendant called that there was space. Check-in went perfectly with a friendly lady. The room is large and has a good bed. The bathroom only had a bath that you can also shower in. The room and especially the bathroom could use a renovation. There was no WiFi connection in the room, which was on the seventh floor. Installing amplifiers would be a solution. The breakfast buffet is large and very tasty. This chef can prepare dishes with great taste. We will definitely come back for the price-quality ratio.

The pool with the view was amazing

The staff have been wonderful, very friendly and hospitable. The area is super close to the metro and markets. It is very convenient to get around. The pool on the rooftop was great too!

We spent as a couple a few days in BKK after a four weeks holiday. The first impression of the hotel was the misleading check in. Four waiting guests overwhelmed three employees at the reception. There were also not able to set the room card to the correct date. Housekeeping was not able to clean the room for three days in a row (first day was on our request). As I have asked for soap at the reception then, the lady came with excuses, maybe not responsible from her point of view. It seems the hotel mgmt is same headless than their receptionists and does not care at all what the employees do. The breakfast was good with local and int food and the restaurant worked like a clockwork, really good. Life cooking is also offered. The room itself was in a good condition and size. We had a premium room with BTS view. Fitness room is with the least necessary equipment. We did not use the pool on the roof. The hotel itself is in the center, a stone's throw from BTS.

BTS駅前でこの単価なら充分のコスパと思う。 不満点としては低価格ホテルによくある、シャワーの温度調整が難しい、シャワーカーテンが短くトイレットペーパーまで濡れて、床はびちゃびちゃ、、 タニヤ、パッポンからもギリ徒歩圏内

Personalet var rigtig søde, men gennemgående noget gammelt slidt skidt. Havde karkelakker på værelset. Udsigten var ud til ledninger og airconditions anlæg😬

The hotel does not fix broken items in room until you report it.

The property is in a great location right next to the BTS station Chong Nonsi. Theroom was cleaned daily and was spacious enough. The only issue I had was with the water temperatures in the shower and thesink tap. There was only slightly warm water coming out of the sink and either scolding hot water or cold water in the shower as the waters wouldn't mix to change the temp. Other than that though, I enjoyed my stay.

The cable and wifi. Was unusable most channels on tv unavailable. Refrigerator not keep water cold. And NO HOT SHOWER. Only luke warm water. Will not stau again

Rummet städades inte bra, unken lukt i reception. Helt okej frukost, wi-fi fungerade dåligt i vissa utrymmen. Personal var behjälpliga vid behov då jag ville byta rum pga kackerlacka i min säng. Fin pool och utsikt. Väldigt bra läge med enkel kommunikation.

I've stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last 3 years. There has always been a problem with water temp. This trip was 3 days of ice cold showers. 3 complaints to management resulted in no resolution....although morning of checkout I did get about 3 minutes of warm/hot water (this was after my 3rd complaint the night before)

First of all, the cleaning is a huge problem. I understand the hotel is old but the repaint dripped on shower rack and bath tub which makes it look quite disgustig. Shower head is very dirty, also not that functional. The day after they cleaned, I found they only made the bed, empty the trash and replace towel (one was ripped). I can still see the stains on floor and my hair on bathroom sink. Fortunately, the shower curtain is not mouldy. Second, the staff is very impolite. My local friend came for meals and drinks. The front desk yelled and asked for ID if we are going to room. We tried to explain that we are going out but she looked very suspected and continued the attitude. We understand it's hotel policy but yell is really unnecessary. Third, breakfast depends on personal preferences, not good as well. Forth, It's quite noisy outside, the AC in room as well, I need to turn off while sleeping, lower the fan speed helped a little. Finally, when I checked out to get my deposit back, the lady (I suppose she's manager?) threw the money without saying anything. I need to ask if it's done, then she turned away and nooded, we barely had eye contact, basically she was talking on walkie talkie the whole procedure and looked very annoyed, maybe she is too shy or tired, I dont' know. After all the complaints, maybe to consider again to choose this hotel, the location is great but for me, it will never be an option.

隔音設備非常差，住9樓都聽到整晚汽車駛過聲音

Bed was not comfortable and the decor very old. The safe was too small and not securely attached to the wall. Charging 800 baht if you want to bring back a guest after 9pm is ridiculous.

Everything it good so far but only one thing I'm not happy it wifi it doesn't work well i have to keep sign in

Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, WLAN hat nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht, Badezimmer klein, Fenster nicht schliessbar und daher laut nachts im Zimmer. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

長期滞在しましたが特に不便はない、WI-FIが弱いのとドアの開け閉めの音がすごくうるさいのが気になるくらい

部屋はそれなりに綺麗　ドアの開け閉めがすごくうるさいのと隣に騒がしい客がとまると深夜まで騒いでいるので寝れないときがある ベッド周辺にコンセントがないのが残念　シャワーは水圧も問題なくお湯も温かい

The Wi-Fi in my room was slow and difficult to connect, making it difficult to work. It was quite stressful. If you're just going sightseeing, it's probably fine since it's close to the station.

The hotel is in good condition, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is great, lots of choice on the buffet. The pool is cute, but fairly small and a was chilly. Good position with transport on the doorstep, walkable to Silom and lots of restaurants nearby. 👍😊 The downsides are the internet was really slow, so not good for trying to steam anything!! There were supposed to be 10 English speaking channels, but only found 2 obscure ones and the walls were quite thin so could here are neighbors which wasn't good particularly as there was a family next door with a young child 😧

It's very noisy. Doors can't be closed properly without slamming.

Staffs’ politeness

Best hotel experience I ever had. The staff was amazing, especially the house cleaning. They taught me some Tai and always had extra towels for me. They so kind. Major thanks to the door staff for always bring my Grab food to me. That’s top tier hotel quality. I hope to stay here again just for that.

The room I got was nothing like the picture and the bed was hard as rocks. Girl on reception wasn’t exactly most pleasant and I felt she showed she hated her job. Wifi is waste of time. Breakfast was a pass but nothing special more staff standing around greeting you at the door than clearing tables and cleaning. I wouldn’t stay here again

I used to stay in this hotel more than a decade when holiday in Bkk. This yr i'm totally upset n unhappy w my stay here. Customer service and integrity has dropped tremendously. Counter staff did not pick up phone calls in middle of the night. Have to call 3 times w long wait. When asked to speak to duty manager, i was informed to self call when manager reports work at 9am!! Counter staff should be retrained in hotel hospitality.Security not tightened. Hotel used to have duty security to assure only registered guests stays overnight. On 17 Aug, i was woke up by noise pollution from 3 plus am where china nationals dia opp invited outside friends into room drinking n speaking loudly till 5 plus am. ( i personally witnessed room guest left 5 plus am from my room peeping hole ) Affected my peaceful sleep. Doubtful cleaniness: Witnessed cleaning staff threw bath towels on the floor n act as floor mat in one of the opened rooms when performing room services.Noise polluted corridors by working staff: There is no initiatives from hotel staff that guests are resting in their room. Staff raised voices anytime they like at their own freedoom along staircase area n along corridor outside guests room. They were like villa shouting over from one mountain to another. Irresponsible attitude : Emailed hotel to follow up noise pollution in above mentioned issues to improve on 17 Aug am during my stay n expecting reply b4 i left 19 Aug, there is no response, even when i checked out at counter.

try to ask the staff to get two key cards but they said only one per room, so if I stay with friends or family and have to out separate, only can leave key card at the front desk, what a ridiculous

Perfekte Lage direkt an BTS Station. Zimmer klein und alt aber ok für einen Städtetrip. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück.

I stayed for 2 nights and I absolutely love the location as it’s just right by the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Not only that, I was literally 5-8mins away from Sathorn Sq where I gymmed. The attendant who helped me with my luggage during my early check-in and late check-out was amazing! The only down sides are: 1) the window latch that can be easily opened is extremely hazardous for toddlers; 2) the furnishings were really old.. However, I’ll be staying at the Sora Hotel during my upcoming visit. However, if the management will refurbish, I’ll definitely stay again!

Good access to train

The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently located near a train station that provides easy access to all of Bangkok. A 10-minute train ride will take you to Sathorn Pier, where you can take a boat on the river. The hotel has an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet, and the parking attendant and cleaning crew are super friendly and helpful.

Very nice location, right next to BTS Chong Nonsi of Silom line. Easy to get around. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Pillows are a bit thick and stiff though.

Check in wasn't good, took quite a while, partly because there was quite a few people checking in, but also because the 3 people on reception seem to be serving the same booking, rather than each of them serving separate bookings! The hotel has good facilities and a great buffet breakfast!

Lo bueno: la habitación idea, el personal de recepción muy amable y el Desayuno muy bueno aunque faltaba más variedad en frutas y panes/bolleria Lo malo: la ducha.l La temperatura del agua nunca se pudo regular, o te quemabas o te congelabas, no llegué nunca a la temperatura ideal. Los enchufes de la habitación estaban en muy mal estado habían pocos que funcionaban
