We chose Miller Apartments for our trip to Adelaide to attend the Metallica Concert, needing a centrally located stay near Adelaide Oval. The location was truly ideal. It's close to everything you need on Hindley Street and only an easy ten minute walk to the Oval. Check in was easy and efficient. We had a rental car and the directions to the parking garage were clear. Just a note of caution: the garage is very tight and has limited spaces (first come, first served). Anyone with a large SUV should be extra careful navigating the entry or look for alternative parking. Our first floor room (accessible via stairs or elevator) was clean and perfectly sufficient for our short stay, though it felt a little small. The bedroom layout is slightly awkward, as the inward opening door creates a small blockage near the bed that makes the space feel tighter. Despite that, I must admit the bed was extremely comfortable. I suffer from back and neck issues, and I was pleasantly surprised—it was soft yet cozy and I slept well. We were not affected by outside street noise, which was a real plus given the location (I do wear ear plugs, but the room itself was surprisingly quiet). We only noticed minor hallway noise when other guests were passing. Overall, the staff were polite and helpful, and the building felt very secure as it is locked after hours and requires a security fob for access. Overall, we had a very good experience and a smooth stay for our few days in Adelaide. Thank you.

Location is superb! only a very short walk to the main shopping street (Rundle Mall) as well as Central Market. Adelaide zoo & botanic gardens are less than 30 min walk away. Tram and bus stop and railway station are all very close by. Around the building, u can find restaurants, casual eateries (e.g. Subway sandwich) and even a 24h mini supermarket. The apartment has good security after 9pm - u cannot enter without your key fob. The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is also spacious with the best water pressure and instant hot water. We had the best shower here during our 2 week trip across south australia! There is a slight funky smell in the corridors though and the carpark is also where the bin center is so there is some smell. The carpark is a little tight to navigate - still alright for a SUV (Rav4 or Haval) but not larger. Reception service was friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend a stay here so you can easily explore Adelaide City.

The apartments here are spacious and well fitted. We had an in room washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The location is amazing to walk to peel st, one of the best areas for food in the CBD. The mall is 100m away and excellent shopping. The only two small things we wished were different was the parking and the air conditioning. The carpark onsite is convenient but extremely poky and crowded. We have a standard Ute and we had difficulty parking especially on the weekend when it was full. There was spaces available but just hard to manoeuvre. The only other thing I wished the room had was a fan or AC in the bedroom area. The wall to the bedroom didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was some airflow but it was still quite hot over it with the 1 AC unit to cool the apartment. Overall though we loved our stay and will be back

Perfect location for our needs. Family staying together for a very special occasion. Price was excellent, especially as we used our 10 room stay discount. beds comfy. The management went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with a few more chairs in Lounge area. When we came back from dinner, the lifts weren't working so had to climb 5 floors and hubby had just had a knee replacement. Just as well they were fixed by the time we left. Apt was excellent, would recommend.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The location was so good with the tram and railway stations only minutes walk and the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. The major mall and shopping centres are also two minutes walk away. We utilised their on-site parking, which was convenient and same price as surrounding public carpark, however the parking spaces were very tight. Overall we were extremely happy with everything about our stay.

Mould in the shower, had to move floors due to garage disposal stinking out floor. Staff rude and and unapologetic. Everything was just a hassle. Worst shower ever, mould, no pressure. Bed was itchy, possibly mites. Tried to communicate to staff at reception the issues, was ignored and treated like scum.

Dishwasher did not work, the dishes and cutlery in cupboard and draws were not clean, window in balcony area did not shut so outside noise was quite loud during the night. Couch was covered in stains. For the price car parking and smart tv should be included.

Good size apartments, clean and comfortable bed. Try and get an apartment that isn't facing the street as there is a noisy pub across the road and is also right above a Subway and other fast food restaurants.

We booked deluxe 2b apartment for two night. The bathroom is too small. I was traveling with 14 months old baby. If me and my baby both in the bathroom, the bathroom door cannot open. And there is no air-con in the bedroom only in the living area, so you have to open the door when you are sleeping, otherwise it is getting too hot in the room as their is no window in either room.

The photo above is what I thought I was paying for what I got was vastly different that what I received. I’m not sure who is to blame but there is no real picture on any website of the room I was placed in.I had a balcony door in the far left corner, a balcony no furniture this was the only window in the whole apt. It was dark and felt like a motel room. The kitchen was at best marginal with the bare basics. I cannot deny that the room was clean but the lack of natural light and windows in bedrooms a problem for me at least.

The apartments here are spacious and well fitted. We had an in room washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The location is amazing to walk to peel st, one of the best areas for food in the CBD. The mall is 100m away and excellent shopping. The only two small things we wished were different was the parking and the air conditioning. The carpark onsite is convenient but extremely poky and crowded. We have a standard Ute and we had difficulty parking especially on the weekend when it was full. There was spaces available but just hard to manoeuvre. The only other thing I wished the room had was a fan or AC in the bedroom area. The wall to the bedroom didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was some airflow but it was still quite hot over it with the 1 AC unit to cool the apartment. Overall though we loved our stay and will be back

The loft we stayed in was lovely however has a large spiral staircase to the bedroom so if you struggle with stairs not for you or if you need the bathroom it’s downstairs!! Other thing was terrible views from windows. All car parks or rooftop. Otherwise a lovely stay. Staff were friendly helpful and very customer focused. I think lovely female staff member called Kelsie was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. She’s definitely a 5 star rating. Thank you for looking after us 🙏 Close to everything

Miller Apartments are centrally located in Adelaide city - close to transport and shops. There are plenty of food options nearby and it's a great base for exploring the city on foot/via public transport or using as a pick up/drop off point for day trips out of the city. When I stayed there was work going on and the lift was out when I was due to check out which was a bit of pain but staff assisted me with my bags. There was a burn mark on the kitchen bench but the apartment was otherwise in great condition and very clean. All expected utensils were supplied. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was spacious. I'd happily stay here again.

Although I like this place the cleanliness was lower than usual and they charged us for the sofa bed then forgot to make it up for us. The staff are nice too but there’s obviously some communication issues between housekeeping and the desk.

We stayed for four nights over a long weekend. The apartments were central to everything, and very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. They were very informative, as well as being friendly and welcoming. We'd certainly return here on another visit to Adelaide.

We had an excellent stay at the Miller Apartments in Adelaide. Checkin: Excellent and friendly welcomed, even got to check in a little early. Building - well located on Hindley St next to some bars and esteries and a short stroll to shops and more bars. Room: Excellent, super clean and lots of space.

Leaving this type of review wasn't my intention, but given the ongoing issues during (and after) our stay, I believe it's crucial to caution others before booking here. It's been 15 days since we checked out, and yet the $200 bond has not been released to my bank account. The property has attempted to blame my bank, but my bank confirmed they haven't received any notification from the property to release the hold. This hold is set to expire on the 18th of May, a full month after check-out, which is unprecedented in all my years of travel. Furthermore, our bath towels were stained with brown smears. Despite requesting replacements, the new towels also had similar stains. Depending on the room, some windows have frosted glass, completely blocking any view outside. This could be problematic for those who are even slightly claustrophobic. Lastly, the elevator broke during our stay, forcing us to carry our bags downstairs. Given our experience and the ongoing issue with my $200 hold, we will not be returning to these apartments.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The location was so good with the tram and railway stations only minutes walk and the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. The major mall and shopping centres are also two minutes walk away. We utilised their on-site parking, which was convenient and same price as surrounding public carpark, however the parking spaces were very tight. Overall we were extremely happy with everything about our stay.

We chose Miller Apartments for our trip to Adelaide to attend the Metallica Concert, needing a centrally located stay near Adelaide Oval. The location was truly ideal. It's close to everything you need on Hindley Street and only an easy ten minute walk to the Oval. Check in was easy and efficient. We had a rental car and the directions to the parking garage were clear. Just a note of caution: the garage is very tight and has limited spaces (first come, first served). Anyone with a large SUV should be extra careful navigating the entry or look for alternative parking. Our first floor room (accessible via stairs or elevator) was clean and perfectly sufficient for our short stay, though it felt a little small. The bedroom layout is slightly awkward, as the inward opening door creates a small blockage near the bed that makes the space feel tighter. Despite that, I must admit the bed was extremely comfortable. I suffer from back and neck issues, and I was pleasantly surprised—it was soft yet cozy and I slept well. We were not affected by outside street noise, which was a real plus given the location (I do wear ear plugs, but the room itself was surprisingly quiet). We only noticed minor hallway noise when other guests were passing. Overall, the staff were polite and helpful, and the building felt very secure as it is locked after hours and requires a security fob for access. Overall, we had a very good experience and a smooth stay for our few days in Adelaide. Thank you.

Location is superb! only a very short walk to the main shopping street (Rundle Mall) as well as Central Market. Adelaide zoo & botanic gardens are less than 30 min walk away. Tram and bus stop and railway station are all very close by. Around the building, u can find restaurants, casual eateries (e.g. Subway sandwich) and even a 24h mini supermarket. The apartment has good security after 9pm - u cannot enter without your key fob. The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is also spacious with the best water pressure and instant hot water. We had the best shower here during our 2 week trip across south australia! There is a slight funky smell in the corridors though and the carpark is also where the bin center is so there is some smell. The carpark is a little tight to navigate - still alright for a SUV (Rav4 or Haval) but not larger. Reception service was friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend a stay here so you can easily explore Adelaide City.

Ok for a short business stay in central Adelaide. Quite noisy on Fri & Sat nights as it’s located right in the entertainment district- if the balcony windows were able to be closed this would have helped with noise. Kitchen facilities were good, just missing a coffee plunger which is pretty much standard in most similar places these days.

The Miller Apts was in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the grocery story, mall, restaurants, and public transportation. An ideal location for families/individuals staying for a long period of time. I would definitely book this property again if I am ever in Adelaide.
