Cannot fault the room, pretty spotless and good overall. Only thing I would fault is when we arrived and unloaded into a room I realised there were not enough beds. When I looked through my booking I realised I had booked a bigger room. We then changed rooms so basically had to put everything back in car and unload again in the new room. With kids and after a 7 hour drive this was not fun and was annoying. It really should not have happened considering the size of this hotel.

Disappointing experience with reception staff. This morning I phoned the reception to politely ask if we could extend our stay for a few minutes. Unfortunately, the request was declined, which I understand — however, the way it was handled was disappointing. I was told there was a “big bus arriving at 12:30 PM” and that we needed to vacate the room ASAP. I also asked about the time and was told it was already 10:00 AM, when in fact it was only 9:00 AM. This felt misleading and unnecessary. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor experience with a receptionist. Clear, honest, and respectful communication goes a long way, and sadly this interaction fell short. Please improve your courtesy & customer service.
