Lovely location, well kept and appointed property, with parking. Room was clean, a good size, with a balcony and views of the lake. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was good after hours, as reception was closed at 5pm and earlier on weekends.

Simple spacious, clean rooms in a great location. The bed was super comfy. Mainly suited to if you're just needing a convenient place to stay than for a holiday. The hotel operates on an electronic key safe for the late afternoon and night which works well but I don't know how you'd go if you did need to contact someone after hours. Parking is fairly tight (both the number of parks and the layout).

My wife and our 10 day old son and I stayed here for one night to attend a funeral. We flew from Brisbane and the funeral was at 2pm. As checkin was not until 2pm and we were arriving early, we requested an early checkin if available and the staff fully communicated that this is not garaunteed, but they will try to accomodate. When we arrived at 11:30am, they had a room available and we were very grateful for this service. I fully recommend this place and it is very well maintained, parking was easy and secure and the location was excellent. I couldn't recommend this place more given the staff were so accomodating for our needs.

Lovely spot! Leann was an absolute gem! The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a beautiful kitchen. Was a wonderful litttle getaway and would stay there again for sure. Feedback: Would like AC in bedrooms. Pool towels available for swimming across the road.

No sink, no cutlery, no towels, (had to ask for towels because the bathroom had not been set up.) If we have to put up with these inconveniences why don’t you offer a discount as compensation. We won’t be staying with you again. This was our third time with you, and I’m afraid, our last.

Well I didn't like the way the two mattresses were joined together with a strip of material that stuck into my shoulder and hip. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy it competed with the TV for volume I didn't like that the washing machine must have had a tissue left behind by a previous tenant. I didn't like the room not being serviced after my first day. I didn't like being woken up by a 7.00 am TXT on a Sunday morning reminding me to put the key in the key return box. I won't be back

There was no folder of information in the room, no local map or local eateries. Front desk also had no suh information. There was no table near the lounge chair so eating and drinking had to be done inches from the television. No microwave even though it was listed as a studio apartment, no plates or knives and forks.

Stayed here with family during Easter break - room was in good condition and well maintained, with a balcony. Location is great - located next to the lake with walkable shopping and dining options. The reception staff was welcoming and she was very helpful to quickly arrange an extra bed for the kid. Overall, a good experience and will stay here next time I visit Lake Macquarie. Thanks !!

Balcony screen door fell off in my hands. Television only received channels 2, SBS and 9. When I rang up about 10 and 7 I received no assistance and no effort was made to explore or find a solution. Surely you should be able to get the free to air commercial channels!

The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect location not far from cafes, restaurants and the centre of town. Most importantly it was a short walk to the water’s edge.

Stayed one night as we were travelling through. Would have liked to have been able to get a breakfast but none available here. Thought being apartments we would have had at least a toaster in the room but there wasn't. I should have checked more thoroughly before booking. Location was convenient to shops.
