Best Western Plus Regency Inn and Conference Centre

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable. We would have liked a water station in the building we were in. There were a few random hairs around the bathroom area when we first got in. (not ours) The traffic noise was loud being by the freeway. Staff were helpful.

Room was clean and fair size, sink outside of the bathroom. Cabinets were a bit outdated but wing chair was pretty clean. Could hear some noise from upstairs, not enough insulation and the plumbing was kind of noisy when someone is taking a shower. The property has 2 buildings so you have to cross from the main building to the breakfast room. Overall it was an ok stay! Also it would be nice if someone would greet you, every time we come to the front desk no one was there. I dont know if it was just during our stay but it would have been nice is someone is there to greet the guests. Breakfast was ok too!

The hotel is located right off the highway. The hot tub and pool were very nice. Room was a good size and had a tub. I hate to be negative but the breakfast offered was really not very good. Little round egg discs that were tasteless, sausage rounds that were so salty I couldn’t eat them, no straight orange juice and not too much else other than French toast (didn’t try it) and a machine dispensing plain yogurt.
