There was no one in the lobby, ever. We had to press a doorbell to see anyone. The ice machine was broken and the bathroom just off the lobby, the door was literally off its hinges and was propped in place. Our double bedside lights had only one switch on one light. So the other had to stay on. The wall by the closet was sticky. No face cloths, breakfast had no clean plates, expired milk and VERY overripe bananas and no juice. Only iced tea. The staff were seen hanging out on a room’s balcony over the parking lot, smoking. Do they not have a break room? The chairs in the lobby were lovely. Very pretty and went well with the decor.

Our recent stay at Ramada was great. The check in and check out was smooth and breakfast menu has lot of options. Also, the ambience was quiet and they have lot of parking space available. Will definitely stay again.

The property is 3 stories with no elevator. The staff was able to accommodate us with a 1st floor room even though they had allocated us a 3rd floor room. We are both 70+ and lugging luggage up two sets of stairs would not have worked. Breakfast was good, Ice machine didn't work but they provided us a bag of ice.

We booked the wrong date. But the lady changed it for us. Make sure to get down early for breakfast as the eggs and sausages were all gone. Small workout room with some mixed equipment and dry sauna. Room was clean and nice. No elevator if that matter to you.

Breakfast was great - lots of good options. Staff was friendly. However we had an ant infestation in one of our rooms. It seemed "normal" to them and that was disappointing. They treated them with bug killer and provided a very small discount. That was really disappointing and gross.

The rooms were good, beds, pillows and bedding all good qudlpty…no issues at all, breakfast was fine, better then many I’ve stsued at….a bit above a continental with hot items like pre made mini omelettes, sausages and McDonald type hash browns. The person who checked us in was especially awesome, very welcoming and friendly, and when I couldn’t figure out the remote (more of a me problem lol) he quickly sorted it for me. All in all no complaints, I’ll definitely stay again.

The property double booked our room without letting us know until we were almost there after a 5 hr drive. We booked in Feb and the actual stay is on Aug 13. They had all this time to reach out and didn't. They rebooked us when we got there at a nearby motel that is clearly substandard and cheaper. The new motel room had flaking paints, missing fire alarm in ceiling, missing bathroom fan cover, ant problem, closets without hanging pole...etc. Ramada offer to reimburse 30% of our stay which i talked up to 50%, but there is nothing on paper to indicate that other than their word which is already broken. With the new place even with discount they probably make a profit from my stay and the difference between the price of the two facility. Which mean they could make extra from double booking. We were not the only family too.

During our stay of three nights, we had two major issues (one quite a bit more important than the other). The less important was on our second night, when we returned from our day at family’s, the cleaners had switched the fireplace on and we walked into a room which was over 40 degrees Celsius. We shut off the fire and had to open windows and blast air conditioning to make it even remotely comfortable. Significantly more important was he final night. The fire alarm went off and guests filed outside. We waited for a staff member to join us or tell us anything at all. The alarm stopped sounding, no fire trucks arrived, and no staff told us anything at all. Finally one of the guests re-entered the property and found a staff member who told them all was well, and then that same guest was the one to relay the information to all of us standing outside in the cold night. Nothing from staff, no discussions or apologies or reassurances at any point. I no longer felt like the property was safe in case of any real emergency. For the price we paid, we were incredibly unimpressed.

Unfortunately, other than checking in, there was never anyone at the front desk. Even when I rang the bell, no one came after waiting for a couple minutes. One morning, the continental breakfast wasn't ready/available until 715a, which it clearing states is available from 630a until 10a. When you're on a schedule and the breakfast isn't available at the designated time, it's unfortunate.

I am walking challenged-no stairs. Our room was booked online and turned out to be on 3rd floor no elevator. The only room left was the king bed room on ground floor. They gave that room to us at no extra charge. Room was very clean and comfortable! 😊

I felt very safe with parking on the property due too the police station close by. The hotel it self was decently quiet. I had to have the window open due to air conditioning bad on my arthritis. Even with the window open there wasn't much noise by traffic..Dining close by. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast needs some work. The poor girl looking after it was on the run all the time. They only has one coffee craft, no decaf, that had to be refilled from somewhere in a back room. If you wanted a pancake, you had to get the staff to come out and operate the machine. The eggs and sausages could not be kept warm by the old hot plate. Only half or the double toaster worked. As I said, the breakfast unit needs work.

However, by the time I arrived for breakfast at 8:30 AM, many items were already gone. Refills were slow, and some items—including plates & pancakes —were not replenished at all, which was disappointing. Given the number of guests, they should have been better prepared.

Not a big deal, but breakfast was stale bread and bagels. The bagel broke in half while putting cream cheese on it. The bread, 4 slices in was hard. We ate later at Tim Hortins Disappointing. They shouldn't have bothered. Everything else was what we expect from a hotel in this price range
