Stayed 2 nights

This was my fourth stay at Marina Palace Hammamet, and once again, it did not disappoint. Each visit brings back wonderful memories, and over time, this place has started to feel like a second home to me. What makes it truly special is not just the beautiful setting, but the people—I’ve built genuine friendships here, especially with the front desk and bar staff, who always welcome me with warmth and professionalism. I would like to give special recognition to the front desk team, particularly Housam and Mohammed, who were always helpful, attentive, and professional. A special thank you as well to the two hardworking girls at reception, whose dedication, friendliness, and positive attitude truly stood out. Their efforts made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel is consistently amazing. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to help at any time make a real difference to the overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent in every aspect. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities are also of a high standard, providing everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. From the cleanliness of the accommodation to the quality of the facilities, everything reflects a strong commitment to excellence.

The main issue was the room. It felt neglected and not well maintained, which affected overall comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved. Staff interactions were limited, but when needed, support felt minimal and not very proactive. It was mostly the condition of the room and the lack of attentive follow-up that made the stay less than ideal.
