Only 2 star hotel and very old Day 1 fridge didn’t work so I reported to reception day 2 reported again Stayed for 5 nights but never got sorted very bad management Lifts had buttons missing never got sorted Management need to sort the hotel out Filthy conditions Pool is shared between 2 Al mouradey hotels so it’s very crowded by the pool Life guards always on phone & smoking not looking at people in the pool

When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that we’ve booked only for 2 adults whilst I’ve booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. That’s why we got a room with one kingsize bed and one single bed. I didn’t wanna argue as I we were tired because our flight was delayed and we didn’t catch the connecting flight. Anyway, I was supposed to pay at the hotel, 4.006,- (1.157,- TND) + taxes for the stay (3 TND or. Night or. Person) so I ended up paying 1.480,- TND as I paid extra for the 3. Adult person. First he tried to tell us that we didn’t pay for an all-inclusive stay, so we need to pay more if we wanted to have it. I argued with the staff about that and they gave us all-inclusive as a “goodwill”, said one of the staff behind the desk. The facility hasn’t been taking care of for decades, and things start to fall and are broken. The elevators are horrible, and you have to guess which floor you are on because no displays work properly. The ventilation is horrible and the smell of the food would stay for hours after the meal. They don’t clean the rooms properly, everything was dirty, and even the bed you could tell how they clean it (By hands). When we finally wanted to check out, the said we haven’t paid for the taxes. And we ended up paying 43 TND extra. Some of the staff were amazing, and I even gave them tips for the service, but the hotel is overall horrible to stay at, at least as a family. I wouldn’t care if I was alone or with my boys.

The entertainment was amazing. There was lots of different facilities to utlitse if choosing all inclusive such as pizza bar, ice cream stand etc. There were lots of opportunities to do activities.

Old style hotel Some rooms better, some worse. Staff not very dedicated to the job. We asked few times about mini fridge, they promised to bring, but it never happened. AC very mouldy, black. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses. Only lady waitress so nice and polite Swimming pools nice, snacks nice. Cleaning lady very nice

The hotel is old and need a renovation. It is also over crowded so you need to que a long time for everything like food, elevator and drinks. Also there is no room in and around the pool.

The hotel was filthy. All the sheets and towels were stained. Not sure if they were washed properly. There were cockroaches all over the hotel. The elevator was broken. The phone in the room was disconnected and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms 3 times and we had to pay the maid to clean the room. There were not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas at the pool. We had to pay extra to get chairs. We had such a bad experience that my wife had multiple panic attacks.

Leider war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel absolut unzumutbar und entspricht in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder den Erwartungen an ein familienfreundliches Hotel.Die Zustände vor Ort waren katastrophal und stellen nicht nur einen erheblichen Mangel an Komfort,sondern auch ein Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiko dar – insbesondere für unser Kleinkind.Zimmer unhygienisch und beschädigt:Blut auf der Bettdecke (auch nach Zimmerreinigung),schimmelige und verschmutzte Zimmerdecke,defekte und verdreckte Möbel,Gardine kaputt- nicht abdunkelbar,Kabel lagen offen im Zimmer –akute Verletzungsgefahr für unser Kind.Ausstattung defekt:Fernseher funktionslos(nur Deko),Föhn kaputt,Klimaanlage defekt (tropfte und verursachte Wasserschäden),kaputter Klodeckel,lautes ständiges Nachlaufen des WC-Spülwassers,keine Minibar oder Wasserkocher– absolut ungeeignet für die Zubereitung von Milchnahrung.Sicherheitsmängel:Versplitterter Türrahmen mit Verletzungsrisiko,kaputte Möbel auch auf dem Balkon.Unerträglicher Lärm:Zimmer direkt zur Pool-/Animationsseite.Schlaf vor 23 Uhr sowie tagsüber (15–17 Uhr) unmöglich –mit Kleinkind ein Desaster.Lange Wartezeiten & chaotische Verpflegung:Beim Buffet ständige Wartezeiten,fehlendes Geschirr,verdreckte Tische,verspäteter Beginn der Essenszeiten.Eine Schlägerei im Speisesaal sorgte für große Angst bei unserem Kind.Aufzüge teilweise außer Betrieb:Nur ein funktionierender Aufzug über mehrere Tage,extrem lange Wartezeiten.
