I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Miragem. This is a beautiful place and a true 5 star hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools are breathtaking as are the views from the rooms facing the front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. It was included in our room rate which was important since the individual price was expensive. The bar menu was reasonable for a hotel of this kind. We did not eat in the main restaurant as it was very expensive. The hotel is about a half mile walk away from central city shops and restaurants. Uber was readily available and most local rides were under 5 euros.

Great hotel with amazing views. Staff were really friendly and the service at the breakfast buffet was great. Pool side staff could be quicker with orders. Gym is very well equipped although the staff can be quite pedantic, but understand it’s run by a separate company .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room on the 8th floor was top notch with sea view. Excellent breakfast service. Not problem to eat there every morning even on the longer stay. Good food at the bar and also on the buffet dinner service (45€(incl. water, coffee)+drinks). Actually, the buffet was positive surprise. Would definetly eat there again. Nice pool area. Only drawback on the pool area was that quests seem to try to reserve "best" places by placing their towels on to the sundecks. Reservation is against hotel policy and the staff try to guide quests by placing notes to the places where towels have been left. However, the enforcement of the policity seems not to work. One morning we saw small argement between some quests on the topic of towels being removed. Hotel should come up with better process on how to handle places on the pool. Indoor pool/spa was also nice. Smooth access from free parking garage. This hotel is one of those places where you do not necessarily need to leave the hotel at all during the stay, if you do not want.

Eighth floor room gave us splendid views towards Estoril. Would definitely stay again and for longer. On arrival we were asked for a €150 refundable deposit which took us by surprise. Fully refunded on checkout.

The property was very clean and had a lot of internal space to walk around, open plan design, a very elegant feel and very well maintained. All of the staff we came into contact with were quite simply....exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay - a huge credit to the hotel. If we have to give any negatives, it would be the room amenities i.e.. mini bar and refreshment facilities appeared limited for a 5 star hotel. The bar menu for food was very limited on choice although what we did have was very tasty, healthy and filling. We would definitely return to this hotel,

Adoramos nossa experiência no Cascais Miragem! Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, está extremamente bem mantido. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e gentis, o quarto era grande, com uma vista incrível para o mar. Café da manhã excelente também. A área da piscina externa é ótima, espaçosa, com muitas espreguiçadeiras. Tb tem duas piscinas internas muito boas além de uma área de spa completa. A repetir com certeza!

This was a great hotel to stay at, great service, good food, nice rooms, fantastic facilities. That said we asked to change our room as the bathroom only had a shower over the bath which is never ideal. Made to order omelette in the morning was good as it was better than most of the other not food. Best part of the continental side of breakfast was the freshly cut pieces of various types of fruit which was always fantastic. Only gripe about the hotel was the price of drinks at the bar. ☹️

Dinner at restaurant was AMAZING. hotel common grounds were beautiful…. BED AND PILLOWS WERE HORRIBLE. Didn’t sleep for two nights. For how nice it is…. Like upgrade your beds. It was not even level. I couldn’t even sleep next to my boyfriend without rolling almost off the bed constantly.

Despite the staff in training doing an amazing job and treating my family with kindness, our experience was overshadowed by the rude and condescending attitude of the supervisor (Paulo) overseeing them. Excellent hotel. Check in was simple and quick. Staff are very good and courteous. Guys at the pool/sauna were very helpful and courteous too. Any minor issues were resolved quickly. Only point of improvement in a good buffet breakfast would be addition of some hot veg options. Would recommend highly if visiting Cascais/ Lisbon.

Really nice property close to the village of Cascais, and a 10 minute walk to the train station if you’re going into Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us happy. Breakfast was also great, but the coffee could use improvement. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a upscale accommodation away from the city.

The staff, the staff, the staff.....we enjoyed the hotel immensely! The amenities are top notch and everyone was so kind. It was important to them that we be happy with our stay and it showed throughout our visit! The Turkish Baths are incredible, the outdoor pool is amazing and morning breakfast is the best we have had. Our room placement would not have been our top choice and it seemed that they could have been more central of a room, but we loved our stay!! Icing on the cake...the Pope was visiting Cascais and passed directly in front of the hotel, to and from one of his events!

It was a beautiful hotel. The pools were fantastic. Any request was handled quickly and efficiently.. Just be aware it is a distance from Lisbon so you'll need transportation to go into the city. I would absolutely stay there again

Have to say the location is great one way to estoril beach and the other to cascais . Huge reception but I guess they need it for conferences. Breakfast had everything you would want cereal to eggs station and was well organised . Staff well trained courteous and efficient . Nice balcony on 6th floor near ineternal pool . Would recommend this place

Really loved this hotel! We stayed in Lisbon for a few days, and then came to this hotel for a beach view and different scene. The view from the terrace rooms and guest lounge are breathtaking! This hotel has a gorgeous lobby and outside property, the rooms and bathroom nice, great hot water and shower pressure also a huge plus! The central Cascais area is a short 10-min walk, where all the shops and restaurants are, and it’s a great, easy walk! We did this walk every day and loved it!! The breakfast was also 5 stars- so many options, fresh fruit, omelets, outdoor patio area to eat.

Großartiger Service, das Hotel war wirklich top. Das einzige, was nicht so gut war: als Halbpension Gast hatte man nur eine eingeschränkte Speisekarte im Gourmet Restaurant. Zudem war diese Karte jeden Abend gleich.
