Clean room. Pull out on couch was horrible

The rooms are in need of a refresh. Mildew in the shower the shower pan was stained. All the switches and outlets were a brownish yellow. The toilet was very low and chipped at the bottom. The TV was at a weird angle I had to move it so I could actually watch TV. The store by reception had very few options. I only stayed 1 night.

This room was horribly filthy. Do not stay here. Even though I sent pictures of the room's filth there was no compensation. "They couldn't do anything" other than offer a 50% off coupon. The bedding smelled so heavily of urine that we couldn't have it on the bed. Be warned, this place is gross and the management is worse.

It was an overall good but the rooms are lacking appeal. There was patches of drywall fill on the walls that were left and not painted over, the centre table was also missing a strip of laminate which exposed the partical board on the one side that was facing the door so it was visible when I walked in, and the usb plugs don't exist anymore as they had been shoved so far back in the wall you couldn't plug then in. The appeal in the online photos look great but doesn't reflect the same in person. However the breakfast was good and it was clean but wearing down. Could be time for at least a surface reno.

We enjoyed our stay with a great breakfast and friendly staff.
