Southern Comfort Cabin

The guest before us had a pet and the property wasn't cleaned well. There was dog hair everywhere and our 2 year old grandson found pieces of food and a beer bottle top on the floor near the sofa.

My family and a few friends stayed the week. The house overall is great. The location, the set up everything. There were a few minor issues. The outdoor toys were not as represented but it was addressed with the manager and she was promptly on taking care of it. The house could use a deep clean especially in the living room area. The couch has definitely seen better days. The dock and the property were perfect. We were glad to have a private boat ramp and there was enough room for 2 boats on the dock. We will definitely rent again.

The property was clean and presented well. Communication was great on check in. The main level sectional seating could use an upgrade. Everything else was easy and excellent.

My friend group loved the house. We utilized the grill and loved the dock and back deck.

The property has lots of potential but needs a substantial renovation. We enjoyed the location and the dock but struggled with ants entering all our vehicles and covering the back deck and grill.
