The front desk clerk at check-in was extremely professional. On point with the rules and regulations of the hotel. The room itself was below average. The bathroom door was broken, there was a roach in the bathroom the tablle lamp was in POOR condition at best. Definitely not for me! The pool was decent but closed too early.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean but needed general maintenance, noisy area next to busy intersection. Heard doors closing all night long and cars racing at the intersection. Pool was in need of a vacuum.

This appears to be an older building that has had the rooms updated. The rooms looked nice. They let us check in about 4 hours early for a small fee. There is no elevator to the upper floor. We did not have any hot water in the shower. There was an old bar of soap in the shower and trash in the bathroom can.

Hardly the worst place I've stayed, but the property is in pretty rough shape. There are only like 6 or 8 parking spots, then some additional "parking" around the corner in some grass, but still not nearly enough for all guests. My room's smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and in a plastic bag. Staff was a little cold, not very welcoming...possibly understaffed. For sure a budget hotel, but even so it needs some changes to be worth the current rates.

The room itself had a cockroach playing house right when we walked in, and then the bathroom curtain for the shower literally had old blood stains on it. Once you checked out, you realized most of the tenants staying there were on drugs. You could see them leaning over and slurring their words. Late at night when we arrived we witnessed someone come out of their room and kick a stray cat for no reason. It was sincerely a strange environment, and I hope the staff stays safe. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. None of this was their fault as we didn't put in any complaints or advise them since we were on a time crunch and just needed a place to rest from the airport.

I like how everything was close by but the hotel did smell like Clorox as soon as we came in and the sheets and curtains had holes so we didn’t use it. But mainly the floor was really dirty and our feet’s would turn black if we walked around barefoot. Also just smelled like Clorox and abit sticky.

The floor in the room appeared clean, but after walking around a bit, the bottoms of me feet were black. I was there three nights, and there was no maid service. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I'd give it 3.5 starts out of 5. If it had been cleaned better and service, I'd rate it higher.

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it smelled like some has smoked in there. Also, the bed lines were dirty, both beds have some stains of some sort of glue or something. The room floor was all dirty, I even found a nail next to a bed, and the bathroom did not have lights.

The pictures are very misleading! The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very run down. Bathroom cabinets were chipped and in bad shape. Bed was ok. Exterior door was not fitted well, and you could see light from the street on the edges of the door. I want actually convinced that it was locked. Had it not been midnight, we would have left.

I love the area of where this is located. It’s walkable it had dollar general, dollar tree, Wawa, Burger King, among other places. Check in was a breeze. The room was big and had a microwave and a mini fridge. However they don’t offer a shuttle to the airport like they mentioned. The room smells dingy and the bathroom although it’s clean it doesn’t smell too clean. Upon check out it took them forever to find my paperwork and my cash deposit. Over all I would use if I’m in a pinch for no more than 1-2 nights but that’s it. My daughter has chronic asthma and the smell was triggering her asthma.

This was a clean motel, however next to parking lot and street noise. TV did not work neither did phone in room. We had to use office phone. Staff was very nice and helpful. Too far to walk to stores or restaurants. I would say this was a clean No-tel motel. Spend the extra and get better location and breakfast.

The room had a smell of cigarettes, and the walls are very thin I could not sleep properly because of others talking next door. One of the lights was not working neither was the TV remote. The staff could’ve been more friendly. Overall it’s okay for what you pay for so I didn’t dislike the property. You get a free shuttle to and from the airport so that’s a good thing.

I used to love this place but I was upset to know they are charging for deposits now. I arrived to the hotel to only be told I had to pay a deposit when I did not have to pay one before. The lady at the front desk was rude. I am used to other hotels charging for deposits but this was a shocker.

I stayed at this hotel from November 1st to November 2nd and I made a $100 deposit at check-in. Now, 8 days later, this amount still has not been refunded to Maira Rezende Serrão’s credit card. I urgently request this refund, since you informed us that the refund would be processed within 3 days after check-out. We stayed at the hotel in Orlando and refund make before 24 hours. W Requedt urgently the refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I decided to stay here because I thought they had a complimentary shuttle. I even called before I booked to see how the shuttle service worked. The clerk explained for the Airport shuttle to just call when you arrived and also gave me some inaccurate information about the Cruise Port shuttle. When I got to FLL, I called the hotel to get picked up. It rang and rang and rang before it went to a non working VM. After 45 minutes, I caught a cab that cost me. When I got to the hotel, I told the desk about my frustration. She said there was something wrong with the phone, yet as I was checking in, I called again and it started ringing, but the clerk wouldn't answer it. As to the shuttle to the Cruise Port, they use a third party that costs. So my (complimentary) transportation cost me plus the room fee for a hotel room that should have cost far less.

Booked as a EconoLodge in June with Orbitz (Expedia). Was sold and changed to FT Laurderdale Garden Inn. Confirmed reservations with motel day before travel. The motel claimed I had no reservation. Spent two hours for Expedia to get them to give me a room (a lesser room than booked) at 3 am . Charged a service fee of $22.60 which is rediculous for this old motel. Room was clean. Expedia won't help. Will never use their apps again!!!

My check in was great. The man thaf helped me was very pleasant. I was having a rough day and he made it easier for me. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint was that the toilet didnt stop running after it was flushed. Other than that, i have no complaints

This property is the worst place to stay. Dirty bad manner staff and make credit card copies think this is illegal because they keep the copies without reason. I didn’t stay as soon as I saw the conditions this is a motel not a hotel so was wrongly placed at Expedia and want my money back. Stay away from this place

The property is really close to FLL airport so it's very convenient. They do have a shuttle but it's also only a 10$ ubre. The rooms are shabby but the beds were clean and you have what you need. We stayed two nights (once on the start of the trip and once at the end) and both times the floors were so sticky our feet were immediately black. The second night we had to stay in a smoking room on the first floor right on the street and it seemed undesirable for a mom and two daughters but we're from Chicago so we don't scare easily. That being said the chains on the doors are a joke and no extra protection. The neighborhood is fairly seedy; I only recommend if you need to fly out early in the a.m. Lots of hotels in FLL are 20 miles away for 300 bucks. We paid 150, a lot for what you get, but the staff was nice so ultimately it was fine. We always check for bedbugs and the beds seemed clean. Nothing in the way of breakfast and nothing walking distance either.

The room was clean and nice. New bathroom walls. The floor was not carpeted. They had a walk in shower. No continental breakfast, just juice and coffee until 9am.. i have have forgotten an item in my room called a couple of days later... The front office hasn't had anything turned in... in the last couple of days..... good thing it wasnt all that important..... The thing is try to pack everything up that you brought in cause you might not get it back. Front desk was very nice and helpful while i was there.
