Gutes Hotel in Dietikon mit einem sehr guten Parkplatz Angebot. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist und man so wunderbar zum Zug gehen kann und dann vielleicht nach Zürich zu fahren. Das Zimmer war sauber Personal am Empfang sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We arrived and the room promised was unavailable. The staff was willing to move us to the only other choice, less than 80sf for 2. My daughter and I were willing to share a room but the bed was a small sized "full' bed. The onsite restaurants were all closed and there were no nearby options. Staff reported they were renovating. Key card was keyed to the wrong door. While waiting for a resolution a large group came in and many of their cards were wrong. Our only solution was to leave and find a new hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Wahrscheinlich war ich zur falschen Zeit im falschen Zimmer. Es waren Handwerker im Hotel tätig und es hatte kein Warmwasser, d.h. es kam nicht einfach kaltes Wasser sondern gar kein Wasser wenn man auf warm gestellt hat. Zimmer mit winzigem Fenster wirkte wie eine Gefängniszelle. In der Nacht wurde versucht meine Zimmertüre von aussen zu öffnen, zum Glück konnte man abschliessen. Stromleitungen sowie Steckdosen waren direkt im Kopfteil vom Bett - vielen Dank für die somit starke elektromagnetische Belastung und Beeinträchtigungen des Schlafes. Die Einfahrt und Garagenplätze extrem eng bemessen. Positiv war: hatte zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht.

Service staat hoog in het vaandel. Zeer vriendelijke dame (ik meen Italiaanse) aan de receptie maar ook bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was uitgebreidt en heerlijk. Ook diner opties waren zeer goed. Helaaaaaas kon je geen EK voetbal kijken in de bar.

Das Zimmer tipptopp sauber. Im Bad funktionierten von vier Spots nur zwei. Für den Lamellenstoren fehlte der Griff um diese zu verstellen. Die Lamellen waren waagrecht gestellt. Für Tags gut aber nachts konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden. Kein Nachtvorhang vorhanden. Beim Frst wäre ein zusätzliches dunkles Brot nett gewesen. Freundlicher und netter Empfang.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer schlechten Matratze und kleinen Kissen, sodass ich mit Schmerzen in den Schultern und im Nacken aufgewacht bin. Es gab kaum Platz, um rund um das Bett zu gehen, und sowohl ein Nachttisch als auch eine Nachttischlampe fehlten, ebenso wie eine Steckdose neben dem Bett zum Laden eines Mobiltelefons. Das Zimmer wirkte eher wie ein Einzelzimmer, in das einfach ein Doppelbett gestellt worden war. Zudem gab es keine Vorhänge oder Jalousien, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln – nur eine Gardine, durch die die Nachbarn problemlos hineinschauen konnten. Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Sad to say this has been the worst hotel experience, The rooms are like saunas in the summer with 40 degrees no air conditioning and no fan, rude and condescending front desk staff not helpful at all when we asked for a fan they said to take a cold shower instead. The air conditioning is somehow stronger in the hallway of the hotel but none in the rooms.

Es ist ein tolles ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Für meine Zwecke aber zu weit von der Stadt Zürich entfernt da man immer mit der Straßenbahn oder S Bahn fahren muss, die Kosten 27 Schweitzer Franken für eine 9 Uhr Karte. Wer in die Natur möchte ist dieses Hotel perfekt.
