The hotel felt half empty and when we checked in and we were given a room overlooking some outdoor steps. We asked if it was possible to have a room with a view. While showing us one someone went in our room and took the welcome chocolates.. very strange !! We decided against the £50+ to pay for the upgrade. Personally as a hotels.com vip member and the fact the hotel was not busy I would have expected maybe a better response to our request. Also we had 2 free drinks. Wine, Prosecco or a soft drink. My partner asked for a beer instead of wine but this was not possible !! Just felt the hotel could have been a little more flexible in their approach. The spa is lovely !

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We loved that we could use the complimentary snow card to visit the glacier, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Great place to have a nice time. Excellent environment and is close to St mortiz and Punt Muragl. Great staff and amenities.
