The hotel is beautiful. When you walk up the outside is clean. Walking into the lobby you can smell how clean it is. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel's locked door system adds to the comfort of security. The room and amenities are perfect. I've already planned my next stay here and told everyone to stay if they are heading this way.

Everything was new and clean! Definitely enjoyed the stay! All of the staff were very friendly! Felt safe because of the no entrance to the elevators, rooms, vending, and ice machine, unless you have a key card. And no entrance into the building at all at night, unless you have a key card. So you have to be a guest to have access. That’s a BIG PLUS for me!

Great location. I had plenty of dining options. It's close to the outlet mall, thats a plus. As for the room, it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I think I may have booked an accessible room by mistake because the bed was very low, but I made it work. I liked the fact that they provided some level of security with the key card system. The laundry room was excellent. I would stay here again if i decided to visit this area again.

Broken ice machine, no breakfast or coffee, but the hotel seems new. It kinda seems like an extended stay hotel. Room has full size fridge, stove and microwave.

We didn't have to adjust the temp. It was very comfy. We did wash clothes and very happy we didn't need a pocket full of quarters. We did need plates as well. The front desk gave us a room with everything. Very happy.

Staff is wonderful… great value! Only negative is the road leading to and entrance to the parking lot are in terrible condition. The parking lot entrance in particular is so bad I was afraid for my tires.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us. However, they do not allow cats on the property which was not as listed on your site. The room had a smell that was not good. There was no housekeeping staff so you had to go downstairs to get towels which was inconvenient. As well as no amenities in the room. No soap, hair dryer, lotion or anything to aide in your stay.

It' a pretty new building, so very clean, bright, updated and comfortable. The room was spotless and spacious. We needed

Hairs in shower, floors dirty-socks were nasty after walking around. People outside the room were partying all night loud enough to hear through thin windows and blinds were thin so had light shining through all night. No breakfast

No one at the office in the morning at 5:30. No breakfast. No ice bucket. Found trash in two different places in the room. Very small nightstand for 2 people

There was a dead German cockroach in our room. We discovered it immediately and left the room. The hotel manager refused to give us a refund.

Appreciate all the attention to details and no carpet throughout. Highly recommend this place for short and long stays.

The room seemed nice at first, but then I saw one of those little nasty roaches. I needed to check out early but no one was up front and the blinds were down at the desk when I needed to leave. I slipped the key under the blinds and left. Hopefully they will see I returned the key and get me checked out.

This hotel is fine if you know what you are getting. It is a totally bare-bones operation. There were no hand towels, no tissues, and the only wi-fi they provided was a public network with no password protection. But that is what they are offering in exchange for a lower price. So as long as you know what you are getting, it's fine. The building is brand-new. The room was clean. The area is quiet. It's a solid bare-bones operation or if you want an extended stay and are bringing your own amenities.

The room was clean; however, it was extremely noisy. People were loud and jumping above us, running in the halls all between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am. Would not stay here again.

Very basic hotel, which is fine. I like for my room to have blackout curtains, this room had blinds. At 2:30 in the morning, I will still awake because of the outside lights.

Hotel was fine. Easy check in and great area, the bed was horrible though. Room was great other than that. We stayed 1 night just passing through. Would stay again, just needed a better bed frame seems like it was broken and with no box spring the mattress just sank into the middle.

Coffee was an issue. No coffee pot on room. But you could purchase a coffee pot package. Also no hair dryer. No black out curtains so room stayed lit up like a darn Christmas tree all night. Dirty washcloth was hanging from my shower rod when I got there. So that was lovely. Just overall, not great.

Spacious, clean room. Front desk clerk was nice and helpful.

Noisy and uncomfortable beds The beds were very noisy and extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep well. The mattress felt worn out and every movement made noise. This seriously affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I'd give 5 stars but they do not provide shampoo,conditioner, and breakfast. There is no one working during 3 to 8 am so we couldn't formally checkout we just left our keys. The hotel was super clean. I wish I new the other things were not included because the price was almost the same as holiday inn which would have provided shampoo, conditioner and free breakfast.

The front office was closed during night hours.

The staff checked us in quickly and helped us with where to park. We were tired, it was late, she was great. The room was super clean. No hand towels, shampoo, etc., but you can ask for it if you need it and the price was excellent! Will stay here again.

The staff workers......Mr Jazz and Ms Christal were exceptionally hospitable. So helpful and informative. They really went above and beyond to assist. They were kind and engaged with me and other customers i saw them interact with. What a positive experience!!!!!! Thank you.

Staff very friendly and helpful

We were traveling to Gulf Shores we always stop in Pearl since its a little over half way. Pearl is great place, lots of resturants, Sam's Club, and outlet mall within 2 miles of hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We were given a handicap room and it was very spacious and lots of room for someone with a wheelchair or mobility device to move around in.

This property is very clean and modern. Easy to walk to restaurants.

Due to traffic and weather we were arriving late. I called the hotel and the front desk and she assured me she would be there to help. As she instructed everything went smooth. The room was very large and very clean. Location was super easy to get to, definitely pet friendly.

The easy way to find it and the value

good value for the price but you get what you pay for. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy. A number of people just hanging out IN their car in the property parking lot in the evening. The shades on the room windows do not block out much light so it’s light in the room at night. And relatively noisy. But what can you expect for the price?

If you plan on cooking in your room - a suite with a kitchen - you may be in for a surprise! Our room had sink, stove, refrigerator but not a pan/pot, dish or silver ware of any kind to utilize the kitchen. When I asked about renting some at the front desk I was told, " go to Dollar tree and buy some, it will be cheaper and you will then own them and can take them home with you." After checking everywhere on their website I found conflicting information about the kitchen packages. One place said you could rent kitchen package, another said the $90.67 rooms were stocked with kitchen package, yet another said nothing about kitchen package being in room. We have stayed at other suites with a kitchen and everything was in the room, available for use. Having said all that - The rooms appeared to be recently updated. The area is well kept, plenty of lighting, extra security with only key entry after dark. There are lots of food choices close by. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was above average and the mini sofa was clean and firm. We did not have a hand towel for the bathroom sink, but thankfully we did have 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. No iron, ironing board, blow dryer, klenex, shampoo/conditioner. If you are staying for an extended stay they charge a fee to swap out linens if it is less than 2 weeks, according to a posted sign. IF you just want a place to sleep - then it will suit your needs. IF you plan on cooking - it most likely will not.

This is a new hotel so yes it is updated. My main issue is that although the rooms have kitchenettes, which is why I booked here (thinking I would save money on eating out), THERE ARE NO COOKING UTENSILS OR DISHES. NOTHING. not a pot,pan, plate, cup, bowl, silverware, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COOK OR EAT WITH. Oh, but the front desk has these items FOR SALE at extra charge. I have stayed at many places with kitchenettes, and they have always had a few minimal items to cook with. And because there is no microwave in the room, without a pot you can’t even heat up water to make coffee. Unbelievable. Will not stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, however, there was not a hair dryer, hand towels or coffee maker in room. Coffee in the lobby was not available until 7am. Room had a kitchenette but nothing to utilize, i.e. plates, utensils, etc. Will not stay again.

This is advertised as extended stay with a kitchen. There was no coffee pot in the room and no coffee in the facility. I consider this a basic amenity.

Very nice suite for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed. No coffee maker or breakfast provided, so just be aware of that. Good security.
