Right at Vitusha Boulevard is a big plus. Big minus is, the entrance has moved to the side road and taxi can not stop infront of the hotel. So, if you have luggage, be prepared to drag on a stone paved street. I broke wheels of my luggage while moving it from taxi to the hotel. I first used this hotel back in 2007 in it was one of the finest. Now, 2024, not much of the maintenance has been done and it is dated. Towels are worn and old. Everything looks like they were not replaced since opening the hotel, some 17 years back.

Great location - very central and only a few minutes from the Metro station with direct line to the airport. We had a great room and a very good bathroom. We had a large comfortable bed although the pillows could have been better quality. There was a lift available and the staff were very friendly. it was an easy walk to all the sights of Sofia both old and new town areas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants for evening meals but few of them seemed to be open for breakfast. Breakfast was not included in the hotel rate and we thought the 15 EUR was a bit pricey but we struggled to find any good local cafes nearby.

Morgenmadsrestauranten var lidt af en joke. Den hørte ikke direkte til hotellet. Man kunne vælge mellem fire faste buffettallerkener, og hver af de tre dage vi spiste der, manglede der noget på tallerkenen, og vi skulle anmode om at få det efterfølgende uden at få et sorry eller lignende. Man kunne kun få en kop kaffe og hvis man skulle have mere, skulle der betales ekstra. Man kunne heller ikke udskifte f.eks. ost med skinke, med mindre man ville betale ekstra. Personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten var direkte uhøflige, hvilket ikke kun vi syntes, men var også holdningen fra andre vi talte med på hotellet. Ellers ganske udmærket hotel uden at være prangende. Savner lidt en lobby, hvor man kan hænge ud.

L'albergo è in una posizione strategica, le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi e anche per le zone più distanti ci sono a pochi passi bus tram e metro. Molto pulito. La camera estremamente confortevole e piacevole. L'unica cosa da notare è che praticamente la hall è quasi inesistente ridotta solo al banco di reception e quindi magari non esattamente in linea con quello che ci si aspetta da un albergo di questa categoria. Anche il servizio Ci è sembrato freddo, ridotto solo alla formalità di check-in e check-out. Ma a parte questo siamo stati davvero bene e riteniamo sia una struttura da consigliare

Great little hotel! The location is perfect because it's right by the Pedestrian walkway with all sorts of shops and restaurants. The hotel has two parking spots in front. The front desk staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Try the fitness breakfast - it's a work of art. The room is on the small side but adequate with fridge, safe, and a large bathroom. The fixtures are modern and the water is hot. Loved it all!

Room was pretty and hotel is very conveniently located. Cleaning/housekeeping was spotless. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, good value, and staff are great. We thoroughly enjoyed a weekend in Sofia - there was plenty to do in terms of sightseeing, shopping, dining etc, and we found it much less expensive than most other European capitals. Highly recommended taking a walking tour with a local to see some hidden gems. On the other side of things - some aspects of the hotel are run down/poorly maintained. The elevator wasn’t working, black out curtains couldn’t be properly closed, shower heads weren’t working as they should, and the air con was weirdly located so one side of the room was freezing while the other was very hot.

Very central location in the middle of the main walking street. Free parking right outside the hotel, but limited number of them. Small hotel with few services. Breakfast is basic, and not buffet. Hotel restaurant is otherwise OK. Our room (executive) was fine and spacious.

This is an odd hotel. First of all the good bits. Staff are extremely helpful and the location is impossible to beat in Sofia. But the rooms are odd, a little dirty (net curtains stained, dusty surfaces, and on one morning little hot water. Breakfast wasn’t pleasant except the juice and coffee. Overall though the location made it all very tolerable

This is a cool, quirky hotel. The location is amazing and it’s quiet even though it’s on the main strip. I never had a problem with street noise I’ll list some pros first, then cons: Pros 1. Quiet 2. Big room 3. Main tourist street and walkable to everything 4. Lots of dining options around 5. Mini bar 6. Huge soaking tub if you are into that stuff. Cons- 1. No coffee maker in room 2. Hotel restaurant food was pretty good at dinner, but I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast 3. Bed was very hard and the pillows can’t be fluffed or adjusted. I have a bad neck, so I always have to fluff a pillow to get a comfortable spot. These pillows are a firm memory foam so they cannot be fluffed. 4. DO NOT share a room with a friend unless you enjoy watching one another shower and use the toilet. The shower is connected to the bedroom which is solid glass. So you can see everything going on in the bathroom from the bedroom. Maybe great for some honeymooners, but very awkward for anyone else.

This is one of the best places webbed stay. We were concerned about noise since it is on a busy pedestrian street, but it was a non issue. They had excellent sound proofing. Very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out our stuff.

The hotel was located in a great area. The staff were great and helpful and it was very clean. The only problem is with the design of the room the bathroom door and the wall to the sleeping area is all glass. Unless you are using the room as a honeymoon room you would be inconvenienced. When showering and using the bathroom you are doing it in clear view of whoever else is staying in the room with you. I don’t know who came up with the design but I know he missed the point. When you use the bathroom in the middle of the night you are best to find your way in the dark. Once you turn the light to the bathroom your whole room becomes lit due to glass wall and door. Ridiculous.

Stayed at Les Fleurs twice in about a week's time, three nights total, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Both rooms I had were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was always warm and welcoming. The proximity to both the blue (National Palace of Culture station) and the yellow (Serdika station) subway lines made getting to the bus station or the airport very easy. Price was very reasonable considering its location on the lively and central Vitosha Blvd. Added the breakfast to my room, and was glad I did that, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! The staff was very nice and our room was ready much earlier than expected, which was nice after a long travel day. Walking distance to restaurants and shops!

I almost cancelled this reservation because of a review on here and I am so glad I didn't. Perfect location and I thought the room was lovely. The breakfast was more than enough, I am not sure why someone said they never got filled up. I ordered the club sandwich and it came with 4 sandwich halves and fried potatoes. I guess 2 sandwiches doesn't fill up everyone. Even the other options I could never finish. The only negative I can say is the staff was very cold, but I am used to that so it doesn't bother me.

The room was huge compared to so many European hotels. Being on the pedestrian street was amazing and the room was quiet. Sofia is a beautiful and vibrant city and this hotel is the perfect place to explore it from.

Great location - very central and only a few minutes from the Metro station with direct line to the airport. We had a great room and a very good bathroom. We had a large comfortable bed although the pillows could have been better quality. There was a lift available and the staff were very friendly. it was an easy walk to all the sights of Sofia both old and new town areas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants for evening meals but few of them seemed to be open for breakfast. Breakfast was not included in the hotel rate and we thought the 15 EUR was a bit pricey but we struggled to find any good local cafes nearby.

Morgenmadsrestauranten var lidt af en joke. Den hørte ikke direkte til hotellet. Man kunne vælge mellem fire faste buffettallerkener, og hver af de tre dage vi spiste der, manglede der noget på tallerkenen, og vi skulle anmode om at få det efterfølgende uden at få et sorry eller lignende. Man kunne kun få en kop kaffe og hvis man skulle have mere, skulle der betales ekstra. Man kunne heller ikke udskifte f.eks. ost med skinke, med mindre man ville betale ekstra. Personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten var direkte uhøflige, hvilket ikke kun vi syntes, men var også holdningen fra andre vi talte med på hotellet. Ellers ganske udmærket hotel uden at være prangende. Savner lidt en lobby, hvor man kan hænge ud.

breakfast is poor - staff does not understand English and the "fitness breakfast" consists of plain yoghourt, some sirup and 4 raspberries + granola (the granola was excellent) - the "sliced fruit platter" was a banana (with peel in one piece) - when I asked for the sliced fruit, or other fruit I received an apple cut in four pieces (unpeeled) - orange juice, from a carton or bottle, not freshly squeezed was only served upon request and the coffee was just ok. The location of the hotel is excellent and the allows access to all of downtown Sofia. The style of the decor is interesting and unique. The space was big enough and the bathroom comfortable. I would recommend that the hotel offers real coffee versus instant in the room.
