Additionally, we kindly ask you to keep the noise level low after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. The community also sets quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask you to respect this rule.​ Self Check-In: This property has a self-check-in system. It is crucial that you carefully read the instructions that will be sent to you after completing the online check-in. These instructions include important details on how to access the property. Once you have completed the online check-in, the necessary entry codes will be sent to you. Please note that if you arrive after 8:00 PM, customer service support will not be available, so it is essential to review all the instructions ahead of time. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. In case of violation, a €150 penalty will be applied to cover the cost of additional cleaning to remove odors and repair any damages caused. No Pets Allowed: The entry of animals is not permitted. Mandatory Online Check-In: To access the property, it is necessary to complete an online check-in process. You will receive instructions prior to your arrival, and it is essential that you complete this process. Access to the property will not be allowed without completing the online check-in. Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be the guest's responsibility, and we expect it to be handled promptly and honestly.
