Eu e meu filho de 9 anos Fizemos uma viagem com a intenção de esquiar em zermatt por 6 dias. A cidade é incrível, sem carros, super tranquila e muito segura. O hotel nos recebeu muito bem, enviei um e-mail agendando o transfer da estação de trem, e deu super certo. O Davide falava português e me auxiliou em muita coisa, inclusive no contato com a Zermatters (escola de ski), também indicou a loja que o hotel tem parceria e desconto na locação dos equipamentos para hóspedes, indicou passeios, informou horários.. extremamente prestativo. Fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia em zermatt. Os restaurantes do hotel são muito bons, especialmente o prato pata negra. Café da manhã muito bom. Também havia um senhor que falava italiano, que trabalha nos restaurantes, muito atencioso e querido, nos chamava pelo nome. O hotel possui área reservada para guardar os equipamentos de ski, com armário, muito bem organizado. O hotel fica próximo a tudo, estações de trem, supermercado, loja de locação de equipamento, e estação de ski. Todos se esforçavam muito para ter a melhor comunicação/estadia. Não vemos a hora de voltar!!!

Excellent location, short walk to Sunnega ski gondola and train station. Attentive staff. Lap pool, hot tub, sauna, spa. Breakfast included. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Location is obviously the only thing going for this place. Terrible food. Hotel is old tired and needs a complete refurbishment. Is stuck in the 1990s is cheap for a reason. Could live with the old decor but the breakfast was really not up to standard. Not in the same league as the other four star hotels in town. Disappointing. Nice staff with very little to work with. Not a towel in sight in the pool area- have to bring from the room. Boot room big enough for 2 people with the smallest ski locker ever seen and a rule of no boots in the boot room! Serving spoons instead of dessert spoons faulty towers in many ways

Newly renovated, modern room. Excellent location, short walk to ski lift, ski rental and train station. In house restaurants, breakfast buffet included. Very attentive staff. Extensive spa services, lap swimming pool and saunas. We had a great time! Thank you!

4/5 overall! Great front desk staff and restaurant. Noisy due to nearby construction. No towels in pool area and no hotel shuttle but nearby bus route. It was overall good!

Hotel Mirabeau is located to allow convenient access to all Zermatt has to offer. Plus up with a pool and a jacuzzi and a on-site restaurant and this is the perfect oasis!!

Lovely experience. First of all: it's the people. the gentleman on the desk was really kind and covered everything well at check in, which was nice as I was arriving late and he brought me to the room = never had that done before. this actually seemed what I would have thought of as Swiss experience.. the precooked - Scrambled eggs were nicely done - a rarity in my experience. And included in the price. Exceptional cooked breakfast options - - - I think 6-8 different tureens! But maybe they should use plastic tongs as they get hot on top of I think were induction plates? Breakfast was included too. The Downsides: The room was small, but you get what you pay for and it was really all I wanted. I think every hotel room need a table and a chair - which my smallish room did not have. I think in most places an option on Low fat milk would be nice. Cereal was in an odd place at breakfast. Pet peeve, the Orangejuice tasted like "concentrated Orange Juice: whereas I think most people would expect "not from concentrate". One issue was vertical blinds in the room - - - this is a no-no. A Basic function of any hotel window should be a blackout capacity. Everything, aside from 1 issue, was scrupulously clean. Notwithstanding it was Zermatt, the pricing was I thought very good for what I got, Overall a really really good experience. I'd love to go back sometime. Really close to the train . Pool was really wonderful!

Freundlich wurden wir empfangen an der Reception. Die Skier wurden vom Personal in den Skiraum gebracht, während wir auf das Zimmer begleitet wurden. Grosses Zimmer angetroffen mit Badzimmer und seperater Toilettenraum. Einzig zu bemängeln war die Douchewand, welche schlecht am Rand der Wanne fest gehalten wurde, sodas Wasser auf den Boden rinnen konnte. An der Hauseigenen Bar wurden wir bestens betreut. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Abreise wurden wir mit dem Hauseigenen Elektromobil an den Bahnhof gebracht. War ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel

Excellent customer service and attention. My room was comfortable and clean. I had an incredible view of the mountains from my spacious balcony. The designer bath salts and lotions, and soft, fluffy robe were such a treat after an overnight hike and climb of Matterhorn. Breakfast was exceptional, and offered fresh fruit, and anything else you could imagine. A completely luxurious stay and I will certainly reserve here should ski season bring me back to Zermatt!

Zimmer alt aber in Ordnung, Pool und Whirlpool nicht sehr einladend und Whirlpool war immer von gleichen älteren Gästen über 1 Stunde besetzt. Service beim Frühstück sehr langsam und Buffet mit Angebot aus Gusseisen-Töpfen mit schweren Deckel total unpraktisch und nicht sehr gästefreundlich… Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher zu teuer!

Was such a lovely spot. Close to the station yet very quiet. Incredible breakfast. staff were Attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a luxurious stay with incredible views of the Matterhorn from the deluxe suite!

4/5 overall! Great front desk staff and restaurant. Noisy due to nearby construction. No towels in pool area and no hotel shuttle but nearby bus route. It was overall good!

Lovely experience. First of all: it's the people. the gentleman on the desk was really kind and covered everything well at check in, which was nice as I was arriving late and he brought me to the room = never had that done before. this actually seemed what I would have thought of as Swiss experience.. the precooked - Scrambled eggs were nicely done - a rarity in my experience. And included in the price. Exceptional cooked breakfast options - - - I think 6-8 different tureens! But maybe they should use plastic tongs as they get hot on top of I think were induction plates? Breakfast was included too. The Downsides: The room was small, but you get what you pay for and it was really all I wanted. I think every hotel room need a table and a chair - which my smallish room did not have. I think in most places an option on Low fat milk would be nice. Cereal was in an odd place at breakfast. Pet peeve, the Orangejuice tasted like "concentrated Orange Juice: whereas I think most people would expect "not from concentrate". One issue was vertical blinds in the room - - - this is a no-no. A Basic function of any hotel window should be a blackout capacity. Everything, aside from 1 issue, was scrupulously clean. Notwithstanding it was Zermatt, the pricing was I thought very good for what I got, Overall a really really good experience. I'd love to go back sometime. Really close to the train . Pool was really wonderful!

Very convenient location (4 min walk to the train station and 13 min walk to the ski lift); very friendly staff; there is even a piano in the dining area for guests to play. The only thing less ideal is that there are no plugs near the bed

Breakfast was great to begin my day. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are large and very clean. Very elegant looking restaurant lobby. Rooms are very spacious.

Eu e meu filho de 9 anos Fizemos uma viagem com a intenção de esquiar em zermatt por 6 dias. A cidade é incrível, sem carros, super tranquila e muito segura. O hotel nos recebeu muito bem, enviei um e-mail agendando o transfer da estação de trem, e deu super certo. O Davide falava português e me auxiliou em muita coisa, inclusive no contato com a Zermatters (escola de ski), também indicou a loja que o hotel tem parceria e desconto na locação dos equipamentos para hóspedes, indicou passeios, informou horários.. extremamente prestativo. Fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia em zermatt. Os restaurantes do hotel são muito bons, especialmente o prato pata negra. Café da manhã muito bom. Também havia um senhor que falava italiano, que trabalha nos restaurantes, muito atencioso e querido, nos chamava pelo nome. O hotel possui área reservada para guardar os equipamentos de ski, com armário, muito bem organizado. O hotel fica próximo a tudo, estações de trem, supermercado, loja de locação de equipamento, e estação de ski. Todos se esforçavam muito para ter a melhor comunicação/estadia. Não vemos a hora de voltar!!!

Great hotel and location. In general, the staff was friendly. Livia at the front desk was wonderful. Laura, on the other hand at the breakfast area was very rude and yelled at me and my friend in front of everyone for putting the wrong type of bread in the toaster and made sure to make us feel stupid by emphasize that the toaster was only for toasts. I can feel that she did it out of frustration but if this had happened before then put a sign specifying what type of bread needs to go in the toaster instead of yelling people at 8 in the morning, this happened in our last day and ruined our breakfast but our stay was pleasant and our dogs enjoyed the hotel as we did before this incident happened. Despite of this I can't recommend this hotel enough, our room was amazing we had 2 balconies. Thank you Livia as she gave us an upgrade.

From the very beginning, I liked Mirabeau. At check in, they upgraded my room. The desk clerk, Nadine, was friendly and helpful. She took me on a short tour of the facilities and to my room to show me how the buttons in the room work. The room was very nice and had a patio with a magnificent view. The breakfast buffet was free and high in quality with many choices. The waiters and dining room staff were energized, courteous, and eager to please. I left a 10 Euro tip at my table because I was so impressed. The one negative thing I experienced at Mirabeau was on my third and final morning. Checkout time is 11 am and I had the “no maid service” button lit on my door. I had planned to sleep until 10:45 am because I didn’t get to bed until 4 am. However, at 9:45 am, the maid knocked on my door and woke me up. She was probably anxious to get the room made up for the next occupant. But that’s no reason to disturb the present occupant (me!) I could certainly have used that extra hour of sleep because I was tired and had a headache all day and I had to limit my Zermatt activities all day. So, my rating of Mirabeau is 5 out of 5 stars … but if I ever experience that early wake up knock again, I will never return. Afterall, I rented that room thru 11 am, not 9:45 am.

Loved the property. Nice rooms (we stayed in the junior suite), the spa and pool was a must after a long day of skiing, and location was very walkable. The only slight knock was the dining area staff (front desk was great) did not seem as friendly. Might have been an age thing as I was likely one of the younger guest (in my late twenties) but I felt a noticeable difference between how my wife and I were treated and the other couples.

Excellent customer service and attention. My room was comfortable and clean. I had an incredible view of the mountains from my spacious balcony. The designer bath salts and lotions, and soft, fluffy robe were such a treat after an overnight hike and climb of Matterhorn. Breakfast was exceptional, and offered fresh fruit, and anything else you could imagine. A completely luxurious stay and I will certainly reserve here should ski season bring me back to Zermatt!

Struttura ottima e vicina alla stazione di arrivo a Zermatt nonché agli impianti di risalita. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade di camera con balcone con vista Cervino. Molto bella e curata sebbene non ampia. Cortesia del personale ottima, colazione varia, ampia e ricca. Ambienti silenziosi. Consigliato!

Newly renovated, modern room. Excellent location, short walk to ski lift, ski rental and train station. In house restaurants, breakfast buffet included. Very attentive staff. Extensive spa services, lap swimming pool and saunas. We had a great time! Thank you!

Hotel bien reformado muy cerca de la estacion de tren de Zermatt pero lejos del Sunnega para subir a pistas asi como de la vida nocturna restaurantes y pubs/disco. Servivio muy amable , instalaciones muy correctas , habitacion muy muy grande para ser estacion de esqui y mobiliaro moderno. Desayuno excepcionalmete bueno por calidad de la cocina y del servicio. Un poco caro al tener una localizacion optima

Superb hotel in a great central location. Large room with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn ( we booked a superior room with Matterhorn view). Luxurious hotel with nice bar area and pool. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed staying here! We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room which was fabulous! Hotel is an easy walk to train station, which is great because Zermatt does not allow cars in the city…so everyone comes in on the train. Also breakfast is included so that is very convenient.

We loved our stay at Mirabeau. Staff friendly and helpful (especially William!), nice room and breakfast was decent. Just a few steps from ski bus stop and around 5 minute walk in boots to the Sunnegga funicular. We will certainly stay here again.

Zimmer alt aber in Ordnung, Pool und Whirlpool nicht sehr einladend und Whirlpool war immer von gleichen älteren Gästen über 1 Stunde besetzt. Service beim Frühstück sehr langsam und Buffet mit Angebot aus Gusseisen-Töpfen mit schweren Deckel total unpraktisch und nicht sehr gästefreundlich… Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher zu teuer!

Location is obviously the only thing going for this place. Terrible food. Hotel is old tired and needs a complete refurbishment. Is stuck in the 1990s is cheap for a reason. Could live with the old decor but the breakfast was really not up to standard. Not in the same league as the other four star hotels in town. Disappointing. Nice staff with very little to work with. Not a towel in sight in the pool area- have to bring from the room. Boot room big enough for 2 people with the smallest ski locker ever seen and a rule of no boots in the boot room! Serving spoons instead of dessert spoons faulty towers in many ways

We love everything about Le Mirabeau! We travelled to Zermatt for my husbands 50th birthday and could not have been happier with our hotel choice. It is the perfect location, extremely charming throughout, a cozy bar and generous breakfast buffet with staff always willing to make fresh items like omelettes. I left something in our room and they mailed it to me the day we left with no hassle. Our room was upgraded (thank you) and we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Lunch at the Bistro was quick and delicious. You will not regret staying here.

Excellent customer service and attention. My room was comfortable and clean. I had an incredible view of the mountains from my spacious balcony. The designer bath salts and lotions, and soft, fluffy robe were such a treat after an overnight hike and climb of Matterhorn. Breakfast was exceptional, and offered fresh fruit, and anything else you could imagine. A completely luxurious stay and I will certainly reserve here should ski season bring me back to Zermatt!

Struttura ottima e vicina alla stazione di arrivo a Zermatt nonché agli impianti di risalita. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade di camera con balcone con vista Cervino. Molto bella e curata sebbene non ampia. Cortesia del personale ottima, colazione varia, ampia e ricca. Ambienti silenziosi. Consigliato!

Keurig hotel. Perfect gelegen vlak bij het station. Goed ontbijt. Wel lastig om bij de kamer te komen. Vriendelijk personeel zelfs nog bereid om onze was op zondag te doen.

10/10. We had a fantastic stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room, and the views were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection each morning. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue, but on the warmer summer days, especially after a long hike, we definitely wished the room had A/C. Overall, we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Mirabeau Resort & Spa for 2 nights. It's a wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. They upgraded our room to a better one without us even asking, for which we are extremely grateful. We lived in a truly luxurious environment. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was stunning. Free transfer from the train station to the hotel. Decent breakfast. Excellent spa. The hotel is very well located, right in the center, yet on a quiet street. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
