This place is 1st class all the way. The service was above and beyond, extremely kind and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation, definitely the best place to stay in Zermatt. Plus great spa services and breakfast.

Excellent stay, wonderful hotel with nice amenities and attentive staff. Convenient location. Would stay here again. Note the rooms don’t have air conditioning and it gets pretty warm in August, but you can request a fan.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels in the world including Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. However, this hotel the Omnia was the BEST stay ever. Attention to detail in beautiful design (architecture, furnishings, even the soap dish which looks like TBM- Tunnel Boring Machine- and attentive service were totally exceptional. Now I am staying at Park Hyatt Zürich and it looks so ugly compared to the Omnia. They don’t have any fundamental philosophy about creating a space. At the Omnia, I made a last minute appointment for the spa, and they made it happen. Phillip noticed I was near the lobby and he ran to tell me the appointment was actually created. Pool and spa area were gorgeous and relaxing. The library with the fireplace was a nice touch. Their collections of art books was better than New York public library. I learned how the design affects humans while staying at the Omnia. Life and living can be a theee dimensional (or four) art. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay there! Best of luck to the designers, architectures, management team and all the employees.

This will officially be my first review. Ive been to a lot of hotels throughout my travels but this place ranks top 3 but will still be the first time I'm moved to leave a review. Every detail was thoughtout and the staff reaching out to me to help with getting to the property from train station was just a blessing after a long travel time. They made the effort at using my name the entire time. Welcomed with a drink and parted ways with chocolate...damn, so good. The views, the vibe and aesthic choices of the property, the center of town location, the people, the mountains, etc...again, I can't say enough. Zermatt was incredible but the hotel ameneties made it difficult to leave sometimes. I would leave early morning to explore and when I started back to the hotel I was equally eager to discover the property again and again. Thank you to the staff for making my first solo trip one of the most amazing trips ever.

The hotel was beautiful—clean and relaxing in a very zen way. What stood out the most was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Zermatt. Great location and delicious breakfasts too!

Everything was exemplary. Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay. The manager made it a point to introduce himself when we arrived. The room was 10/10, and the location is as good as it gets in Zermatt. Views of the town and the Matterhorn were breathtaking. I have been to Zermatt multiple times, and going forward, we will definitely be staying at The Omnia. It's everything you could ever ask for in a 5-Star, boutique hotel.

The stay at this hotel was simply wonderful, we chose it as part of our honeymoon, and I can only say that the service is spectacular, as are the hotel facilities, on our first night we had a small complaint with our room, so we only asked to be moved to another room, and our surprise was that they moved us to another room, much larger and with impressive views of the Matterhorn. Truly, many thanks to all who made our dream stay possible. And especially to Tob

We had the most amazing stay at the Omnia this weekend. The staff were extremely friendly and looked after our every need. Cant fault a thing! They were extremely thoughtful to make an anniversary weekend unforgettable. The Omnia has made us customers for life this weekend, and we will be back many times in the future.

It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

From the moment we arrived, till the we left firvour final ride to the station/transport, I felt like I was visiting my long lost Royal Family. Every interaction with our hosts and Omnia friends was magical and never did we ever hear the word NO for any request or need. Each and everyone of the team went over and above the normal efforts to assist. Each conversation or request ended with “is there anything else you need or that I can do for you?…) Nancy and I cant thank Christian, Anna and the entire team enough…. for all the warm hospitality and caring shown each and every day to us We hope to see you in February 2026 after the Milan Olympics!!!! Bravo!! Amazing work!

Everything was exemplary. Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay. The manager made it a point to introduce himself when we arrived. The room was 10/10, and the location is as good as it gets in Zermatt. Views of the town and the Matterhorn were breathtaking. I have been to Zermatt multiple times, and going forward, we will definitely be staying at The Omnia. It's everything you could ever ask for in a 5-Star, boutique hotel.

Excellent stay, wonderful hotel with nice amenities and attentive staff. Convenient location. Would stay here again. Note the rooms don’t have air conditioning and it gets pretty warm in August, but you can request a fan.

This was one of the worst hotels during my entire vacation in Switzerland. I have no idea how google put it as one of the luxurious hotel in Zermatt, this being at the worst location. It was NOT worth $900/night hotel and I feel very bad and sorry to have stayed. I skipped the 2nd night without even being compensated

The hotel was beautiful—clean and relaxing in a very zen way. What stood out the most was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Zermatt. Great location and delicious breakfasts too!

Wonderfull staff ..from pick up at train station to welcome at hotel and then stay and final good bye .. they really make you feel like king .. you feel like you are on vacation and small to small request has been fulfilled .. they all are super nice .. will come gain .. view is great and food is excellent

It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

Absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at. Entire staff is so friendly and helpful at every turn. The property is so unique!! Only 26 rooms so they don't give you a room number you get a letter and you have an actual key to the room. You simply ask for a drink and they have someone make it and bring it to you wherever you are. You feel like the only quest because you can go hours without seeing another one there. If you have the chance to stay here you 100% need to do so.
