The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. We booked the jacuzzi, but it was cold upon arrival and only started warming up after 40 minutes—by then, our time was up as the next guests arrived. Breakfast was decent, with clean and simple options, but the coffee was awful. Staff were friendly, but service at the bar was slow, with long waits for drinks and the bill. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for one of the area’s most expensive hotels.

Pesimo Servicio en la piscina , cerraron el bar el dia sabado con 25 grados por limpieza a las 15 horas, ademas la persona Que estaba haciendo eso , de muy mala forma nos decia que ella No iba a abrir en mucho rato mas , decidimos irnos de la piscina , no consumir e irnos a un restaurant.

Lindo hotel, con bellas vistas al mar, habitaciones cómoda y funcionales, desayuno completo, y con buen servicio. Lamentablemente no estaba habilitada la piscina temperada ( lo cual no está informado en Ecpedia) y como alternativa te ofrecen un Jacuzzi exterior con horas, al cual no le cambian el agua y esta tiene un tono verdoso. Cabe señalar, que al precio pagado a Expedía a Chilenos hay que agregar el 19% de IVA

La piscina sucia y chica. Pelos en el agua y a café gaviota flotando, filtro apagado. El hotube lleno de gaviotas bañándose y sucio. Se cortó el agua en el baño de la habitación y hubo que esperar 30 hora a que lo arreglen. Me quedé con el shampoo en el pelo esperando 30 minutos. Mala presión en la ducha y wc se demoraba 10 minutos que llenara el estanque para tirar otra vez. Baños muy malos en instalaciones sanitarias. Habitaciones limpias. Las fotos dicen mucho más que la realidad. Relación precio realidad muy mala. Recepción muy amables.

The hotel has amazing views but other than that it’s really average. It’s not worth the money they are charging. The staff speaks very limited English and don’t have knowledge of the area. They didn’t know any of the restaurants around the hotel and were not able to provide any recommendations. One night nobody cleaned the room. The valet parking guys are asking the guests to pull out their car which can be challenging at times as the parking completely full.

Der Gast störte bei Bestellungen oder anderer Anliegen das Personal beim Unterhalten mit Kollegen oder aber war im Smartphone versunken - Ausnahme Ignacio und Martin! Keine Begrüßung und keine Verabschiedung! Keine oder keine ausreichende Anzahl von Badehandtüchern auf der Dachterrasse, erst nach 3-maliger Anfrage und 40 Min. später gab es diese. Wasser im Aussenpool verdreckt (Vogelkot). Zimmer hatte einen kaputten Sessel (nicht benutzbar). Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist miserabel!

rooms clean but sheets were never changed while we were there. the staff was excellent so welcoming smiling all the time. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel.

El hotel es cómodo, tiene una ubicación y una vista sensacional. Las habitaciones son silenciosas, las camas cómodas, y la ropa de cama está bien. La limpieza de la alfombra y los Muebles del dormitorio, así como en los pasillos, dejaba que desear, la caja de seguridad estaba bloqueada (no lista para ser usada), y debimos esperar un secador de pelo por más de 20 minutos cuando lo Solicitamos porque no había, y nos dijeron que no había para todos los dormitorios. La atención del bar es poco ágil y los precios de los tragos caros. Lo que comimos estaba rico. El estado de la terraza exterior en el último piso no es el que uno espera para un hotel de esta categoría: la piscina resquebrajada, los cojines sucios y algunos un poco rotos. La piscina climatizada muy agradable. Adán muy amable y atento.

Hotel muito bom, com vista linda para o Mar de dentro do quarto e das áreas comuns.. Ótima estrutura de piscina e bar no último andar, apesae de a piscina fria ser muito pequena. Restaurante com comida excelente e ótimas opções de bebida. Bar no terreo muito bom. Quarto espaçoso. Negativo: Localizado em Concon, distante do centro de Vina. Controle único de temperatura e pressao do chuveiro. Assim, só sai agua quente quando há baixíssima pressão, dificultando o banho.
Hotel muito bom, com vista linda para o Mar de dentro do quarto e das áreas comuns.. Ótima estrutura de piscina e bar no último andar, apesae de a piscina fria ser muito pequena. Restaurante com comida excelente e ótimas opções de bebida. Bar no terreo muito bom. Quarto espaçoso. Negativo: Localizado em Concon, distante do centro de Vina. The place is located on the side of a cliff and is very beautiful. The common areas of the hotel were very nice but the rooms are in need of an update. Otherwise the only issue was I got charges an extra tax/fee for not having a PIF document of some sort? I asked about it and nobody could verify why I was charged this fee. If it was legitimate, I should have been informed by the hotel ahead of time as this is an unusual fee that I have never paid in years of traveling the world. Otherwise I think the location was excellent and so were the amenities.

Pésimo, optamos por este hotel ya que por el precio nos imaginamos que sería una estadía perfecta, pero lamentablemente no fue así, llegamos y no había estacionamiento, los guardias no saben dar respuesta claras, me tuve que bajar para encontrar al botones que nos indicó dejar la llave. En la habitación el frigobar no funcionaba, y estaban todos los bebestible a temperatura ambiente por lo que no pudimos consumir nada, el colchón en mal estado, no era cómodo…y lo peor el ultimo día se cortó el agua repentinamente y mi marido no alcanzó a ducharse. No volvería

This is an amazing building in a unique location. "Scandinavian minimalist" architecture meets majestic Chilean coastline! Should be amazing, right? Mixed bag, really. Small rooms with great beds and amazing views. Bar staff is sooo friendly, restaurant staff not as much and everyone at the reception seem totally unhappy, bordering on rude. I'd point out the design and location as the biggest plusses for this hotel, which is very expensive by local standards and seem to attract people who fancy themselves very important and cool (!) Food is not bad, but so many good food options around town, especially if you have a car and can go a little further than walking distance.

Der Gast störte bei Bestellungen oder anderer Anliegen das Personal beim Unterhalten mit Kollegen oder aber war im Smartphone versunken - Ausnahme Ignacio und Martin! Keine Begrüßung und keine Verabschiedung! Keine oder keine ausreichende Anzahl von Badehandtüchern auf der Dachterrasse, erst nach 3-maliger Anfrage und 40 Min. später gab es diese. The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. The staff was wonderful! Ixchal, Josefa, Hugo and Claudio and all the rest really made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay. The food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were really yummy and the view is spectacular. We hope to return some day!

Recepcionista amable, nos ofreciô incluso late check out pero fue decepción saber que piscina era solo para mayores de 15 (iba con mi hijo de menos de 2 años y queria estar 20 minutitos que sea cada día en el agua con él), que sauna se pagaba aparte (primer hotel que veo que no lo incluye y eso que precio no es barato), fui sola y no se puede ni nadar, es pequeña, templada a fría más bien, sin vista por la humedad y llenisima de gente….. la cocina del restaurant es de mala calidad, me llegó plato casi frío y demoraron 24 minutos en calentarlo de nuevo, la atención de meseros es muy lenta y descuidada, en el bar tuve que yo misma limpiar la mesa, recoger platos anteriores y pararme a pedir que nos atendieran, que trajeran bebestibles pues nos dieron comida y olvidaron bebestibles, tener que pedir a tres personas la cuenta, o sea, absoluto abandono en el servicio y eso que le pedía al jefe que nos atendiera, y me decía “enseguida”. Te arruina todo. El segundo piso se escucha la música en vivo del bar muy fuerte. Reposeras de terraza oxidadas. Wc con problemas. Desayuno cumple pero sin sorprender, poca variedad. No hay atención ni ayuda del personal, con suerte logramos que nos dieran silla de bebes luego de pedirle a dos personas distintas. De verdad falta capacitación al personal y aumentar dotación pues se ven superados constantemente

This is an amazing building in a unique location. "Scandinavian minimalist" architecture meets majestic Chilean coastline! Should be amazing, right? Mixed bag, really. Small rooms with great beds and amazing views. Bar staff is sooo friendly, restaurant staff not as much and everyone at the reception seem totally unhappy, bordering on rude. I'd point out the design and location as the biggest plusses for this hotel, which is very expensive by local standards and seem to attract people who fancy themselves very important and cool (!) Hotel muito bom, com vista linda para o Mar de dentro do quarto e das áreas comuns.. Ótima estrutura de piscina e bar no último andar, apesae de a piscina fria ser muito pequena. Restaurante com comida excelente e ótimas opções de bebida. Bar no terreo muito bom. Quarto espaçoso. Negativo: Localizado em Concon, distante do centro de Vina. Controle único de temperatura e pressao do chuveiro. Assim, só sai agua quente quando há baixíssima pressão, dificultando o banho.

Foi incrível a estadia no Radisson. Passamos duas noites inesquecíveis comemorando o aniversário da esposa, com direito a mimo do hotel e tudo. O restaurante é divino, a comida é maravilhosa. Confesso que numa primeira impressão eu tive uma decepção, pois esperava ficar mais próximo a Vina Del Mar ou Valparaiso. Por sorte estávamos de carro e tivemos mobilidade para conhecer os dois locais indo pela via costenera e desfrutando das belas vistas pelo caminho. Mas só conhecemos mesmo e voltamos para curtir o hotel que fica localizado em Concon. Mas foi uma adaptação necessária e fundamental para valorizar o espaço em que estávamos hospedados. Pena não ter podido ficar pelo menos mais um dia.
