The property is fairly new and nice in that respect. However, common areas often smelled like weed, and being right by the airport, you do hear flights coming in and out periodically. The biggest drawback for us though was that there was nothing available to make the kitchen area in the room actually useful—no dishes, silverware, coffee maker, nothing (and nothing at the front desk available to use). So the only difference from a normal hotel was basically having a bigger fridge. We booked this specifically to be able to prepare/eat our own food on our road trip, and there’s nothing in the area except other hotels and a gas station that only sold plastic spoons, so we were disappointed to not be able to utilize the kitchen as we had hoped.

OKAY THEY SHOW A FRIDGE ECT BUT YOU HAVE TO RENT THE PLATES AND COOKWARE. ITS NOT CHEAP. YOU ALSO HAVE TO RENT A COFFEE POT YOU DO NOT GET ANYTHING. THE ONLY GOOD THINGS IS ITS CLEAN. WATCH FOR THE POT HOLES.

Streamlined experience. Inexpensive, quiet, 5 minutes from the airport. Looked like the majority of guests were some type of contractor. Quiet with no frills. Clean. New. Comfy beds, pillows, soft towels. Kitchenette was spotless. Everything is new. The desk agent got us the key. That's it. Not really friendly or engaging.

Just the basics. Nothing fancy. Dis not like that there was no one in the office at 9pm. Had to call and wait 15 min for someone to come down and hand us a room key. Not very friendly. Shampoo and soap, no Kleenex, no conditioner or lotion.

Very modern, clean nice layout, close to the airport. Only problems were minimal staff / hard to reach and no amenities (no iron, shampoo, hair dryer, cups, ice, nothing in the kitchenette, etc.) Request for bedding was ignored.

This is a brand new hotel. Staff was amazing. The room was nice & comfortable. You have to bring or buy your own pots & pans, plates, cups, silverware etc. It was great what I needed for my 2 weeks in Indianapolis.

If you show up after nine, you have to wait 10 minutes in a locked lobby for someone to come down and let you in and check you in lady had a real bad attitude and rooms are filthy this is just one picture from underneath the soap and shampoo. They put it in the bathtub for you gross second picture is elevator. Nobody cleans that either.

When we arrived to check in nobody was there, we called and apparently she had left I guess no one covers for breaks so we had to wait even though we arrived when we said we would on the pre check in. Then they couldn't find out reservation. Staff doesn't seem to be well trained on the computer systems bc we had issues at check out as well. Sheets were stained with red dots like you see with bed bugs. Room has AC on 68 on arrival with inches of snow on the ground outside

The room was need and tidy. This is a newer hotel, and the appliances were all new as well. A full size fridge instead a dorm fridge was a nice option, and the electric burner pair instead of a hot plate would be useful if we needed it. The bathroom was clean and shiny, and the beds were made up perfectly. We were only there over night, but when we go back to Indianapolis, this hotel is right at the top of options!

Oh My Goodness! People are living here! It smelled like curry and fried chicken! The front desk was closed and we had to wait for someone to lift what looked like a security gate in order to simply check us in. The bed in our room was pushed so close to the wall that I had to crawl to get in rather than walk around. I had no space for my phone or a drink beside my bed. This is beyond bare bones hotel - it borders on hostel.

Parking was easy and secure. The only thing is tgey need bumpers at the corner foot of the beds. Kept hitting my knee on the corner. Everything e l se was perfect.

The beds were a little hard and walls were pretty thin so you could heat pretty much everything from the rooms around you. They only service the rooms every 14 days so if you needed something, you had to go to the front desk. Rumor is they charge for replacement/extra towels/washclothes/etc. Also, we had two rooms. In one room the microwave didn’t work and in the other room the a/c would get really loud when testing to keep the room cold.

Check-in was easy and it was so nice to deal with Pam. Nowadays customer service is usually found to be rude and depressing but not here— Pam had such a genuine smile and positive attitude that it set off the check in process perfectly. We need more Pams in this world. My wife and I were happy with the hotel and have no complaints, it was clean, we had great customer service- what more can you ask for.

The room was great. The problem was there was no one at the front desk. We had to use a phone to call someone. It took them awhile to arrive to give us our key. Then when checking out, there was no one at the front desk either. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Arrived after hours. QR code didn't work to get access. Nobody at the front desk. Dialing 0, as indicated did nothing. Sat on the floor in the 1st vestibule for almost 2 hours before an attendant let me in. Horrible experience.

It’s a new property, so there were a few minor inconveniences at check in, but the overall experience was great. The hotel was clean and had wonderful in-room accommodations (refrigerator, microwave, small stove, sink, etc.) Also, although the hotel was easy to see from the major road, there was no entrance to the property from this road, so we had to find a back road to navigate to the parking lot.

Convenient to car park for the airport. Rooms were clean and comfy. Has a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave for extended stay guest. I would recommend the hotel to add coffee maker and blow dryer to each of the rooms. Over-all very nice hotel for the value.

The property is very new and so it was pristine. The room was really great and the location is really convenient from I-70. The only caveat is that the front desk is only staffed from 9am-9pm. If you arrive outside of the time, you will need to call someone down to the desk. This will take a few minutes, so be prepared. Like a lot of properties these days, this one features EV car charging. I'm glad to say that this is a solid offering here. There are four stations operated by the Loop network.

New building in a complex of nearby hotels. Clean, comfortable and safe. The staff is limited but thats what keeps the cost down. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I would have appreciated a key drop to check out and maybe a cup of coffee in the morning, but I would stay here again.
