We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably.

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably.

Leider ist die Lage sehr laut, denn das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Schnellstraße und auch der nahegelegene McDonalds ist in den Abendstunden laut frequentiert. Daher war die Geräuschkulisse Abends leider sehr hoch. Da mein Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, musste ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wodurch die Nächte etwas schwierig waren. Die Zimmer an sich sind nicht modern, aber für wenige Übernachtungen ok. Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen auch ok. Nichts Besonderes sondern eine solide Auswahl. Am Abreisetag hatte ich Pech, da nicht schnell nachgelegt wurde und ich nicht viel zur Auswahl hatte. Ob es an meinem Besuchszeitpunkt oder dem Personal lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch mein Aufenthalt alles in allem ok war. Aufgrund der hohen Geräuschkulisse, würde ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Location was convenient for access to Sinsheim and Speyer. Not so good: very hot and no airconditioning and one small fan. Our room faced a busy road with large lorries moving late at night so keeping the windows open was not an option (we had asked in advance for a quiet room but this was the best we got). Only 2 small pillows on the beds. No in-room facilities - no kettle, no tea/coffee, no ice, no refrigerator, no iron or hair dryer, so very very basic.

Das Bad war nicht so sauber (Flecken und Schimmel an Rändern und der Badewanne) und keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Ungeschickt war auch, dass der Föhn immer einen konstanten manuellen Druck benötigt. Positiv: der Aufruf zu Nachhaltigkeit. Toll! Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert. Gratis Äpfel und Wasser auf dem Zimmer waren super!

Teppich viele Flecken. Bad/Dusche sehr verkalkt Dusche Trennwand...Fenstern waren noch die Abdrücke des vorigen zu sehen....Duschzeug war leer...auch am Waschbecken für die Hände. Frühstück sollte man darauf achten das die Speisen nicht alle sind ...zum Beispiel Brötchen dann erst gemacht bzw gebacken werden wenn sie alle sind ...Obst... Persal sehr nett .Parkplätze super.

*Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht familienfreundlich* Wir waren mit Kind unterwegs und hatten uns auf einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider war unser Zimmer (Nr. 203) direkt über dem Hoteleingang gelegen, was für sehr viel *Lärm durch vorbeifahrende Autos und rauchende Gäste bis spät in die Nacht* gesorgt hat – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Besonders enttäuschend war der Zustand des Badezimmers: *Schimmel an den Fugen und sogar an der Decke* ist inakzeptabel, vor allem, wenn man mit einem kleinen Kind reist. Insgesamt entspricht das Zimmer weder dem Standard, den man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde, noch war es hygienisch akzeptabel. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Zwar saniertes Bad aber Duschabtrennung und unterer Duschbereich Fliesenfugen waren total verschmutzt, Fön kaputt, an der Rückwand unterm Tisch nicht gründlich gereinigt (Getränk ist wohl jemandem runtergelaufen) Unten an der Rezeption zwar ein cooler Raum mit Motorradtheke und Autobildern aber leider als Abstellplatz für Kartons und Gerüppel vom Hotel genutzt. Nicht wirklich einladend!!!!!! Hotel Eingang ist auch als Durchgangsstraße z.b. von Mc.Donalds Besuchern genutzt. Sehr gefährlich vorallem für Kinder!!!!!

When I made the booking, the room says queen size bed. But when i check in, the young man at the reception told me that all rooms are left with two single beds. I dont want that. So he changed me to a better room with a king size bed. It is finally solved after some small argument. The young guy is nice anyway.

Wir waren auf Durchreise und haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Später Check in verlief reibungslos. Das anwesende Personal war durchweg nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sollten wir in Zukunft was in der Nähe zum übernachten suchen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir waren auf Durchreise und haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Später Check in verlief reibungslos. Das anwesende Personal war durchweg nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sollten wir in Zukunft was in der Nähe zum übernachten suchen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck ! Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Das Personal sorgte für einen hygienisch Zustand der Tische! Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet! In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es mehrere Restaurants!

We hebben dit hotel gekozen voor 2 overnachtingen op onze reis naar Oostenrijk en om Heidelberg te bezoeken. De keuze voor dit hotel vanwege prijs, service en locatie. Het is een net hotel, goede voorzieningen, een goed ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk personeel.

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably.

De kamer was groot en schoon zo ook de badkamer. Prettig personeel. Het was wel een drukte op straat tot 'snachts 2.00 uur.

Leider ist die Lage sehr laut, denn das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Schnellstraße und auch der nahegelegene McDonalds ist in den Abendstunden laut frequentiert. Daher war die Geräuschkulisse Abends leider sehr hoch. Da mein Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, musste ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wodurch die Nächte etwas schwierig waren. Die Zimmer an sich sind nicht modern, aber für wenige Übernachtungen ok. Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen auch ok. Nichts Besonderes sondern eine solide Auswahl. Am Abreisetag hatte ich Pech, da nicht schnell nachgelegt wurde und ich nicht viel zur Auswahl hatte. Ob es an meinem Besuchszeitpunkt oder dem Personal lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch mein Aufenthalt alles in allem ok war. Aufgrund der hohen Geräuschkulisse, würde ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Achat war durchschnittlich - eher einfache Unterkunft, entsprechend 2-3 Sterne. Die Zimmergrösse ist angenehm, die Dusche in die Badewanne ist veraltet, nicht mehr heutiger Standard ! Die Spannteppiche im Haus sind ebenfalls veraltet, sauber, einwenig abgenützt. Der Frühstückstisch war genügend und erfüllte den Bedarf. Der Preis mit 17 Euro ist jedoch etwas zu hoch ! 12-15 wäre genügend. Es ist verwirrend, dass verschiedene Zimmerpreise, sowie Frühstückspreise im Internet zu finden sind.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Good breakfast (optional) to start the day. Free parking was available outside (not always close to the hotel). Location was convenient for access to Sinsheim and Speyer. Not so good: very hot and no airconditioning and one small fan. Our room faced a busy road with large lorries moving late at night so keeping the windows open was not an option (we had asked in advance for a quiet room but this was the best we got). Only 2 small pillows on the beds. No in-room facilities - no kettle, no tea/coffee, no ice, no refrigerator, no iron or hair dryer, so very very basic.
