Room was extremely clean and very nice, there was a maintenence issue in my roon on arrival, the team were wuick to attend, it wasnt quickly resolvable so was offered an upgrade straight away. All staff were very friendly. The only aspect i found a little disappointing, which was most likely due to time of year but the bar was closed upstairs.

Brand new hotel. Everything was clean and new. Not far from the restaurants and shops. Parking is tricky. Look for white lines to park for free at night, there are only two across the streets to the left, everything else is yellow lines which means it’s for residents. The parking across the street inside of the garage is 41EUR which we didn’t pay because we got lucky with finding the spots within white lines. The pool on the top floor is narrow but long. Would stay there again.

The staff were really helpful after we had an issue with the A/C in our room and made sure we were moved to a more comfortable room. That issue was the only reason it wasn’t given 5 stars. The pool was really nice as an option to do some exercise or relax, if only a touch small so 2 people couldn’t comfortable swim lengths. Overall i would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. I stayed there for 9 nights, half of the time with my adult daughter and half as a solo work trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. I really enjoyed the neighbourhood which had families walking their children to school, a french bakery across the street, a great little Italian restaurant and some lively bars which were not threatening whatsoever. The metro was close by and an easy commute or walk to the duomo. The rooftop pool was a great feature which we were thrilled to have in mid-September although the limited number of loungers were in high demand. My only complaint would be that the mirrors in the washroom were a little dark with an odd colour and hard to do makeup. All in all, I would highly highly recommend this great little find in Milano!

Hotel is spotless ,staff are so helpful. The rooftop bar and pool are an added bonus . I kept extending my stay i enjoyed it so much. Good neighbourhood halfway between central station and Piazza del Duomo . I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Além disso todos os itens do minibar são cortesia do hotel, além de água e café a vontade. A academia é maravilhosa para um hotel, equipamentos novinhos. Amei e certamente voltaria.

The staff was very nice! They didn’t nickel and dime everything either. Rooms were very nice. The gym was a good size. It was a little warm as it is up on a patio facing east and it’s out doors. We were visiting during a short heat wave so normally I’m sure it’s super nice☺️ Pool was a great touch to cool down and have some cocktails and snacks. We will stay here again

This hotel wow. The rooms are amazing, loved the full length mirror, this hotel overall is great value for the price. It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Milan. The staff truly made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond with every request I had, no matter how big or small, and did it all with kindness and professionalism. I honestly can’t say enough good things…the level of care and attention was unmatched. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.

I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too!

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. I stayed there for 9 nights, half of the time with my adult daughter and half as a solo work trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. I really enjoyed the neighbourhood which had families walking their children to school, a french bakery across the street, a great little Italian restaurant and some lively bars which were not threatening whatsoever. The metro was close by and an easy commute or walk to the duomo. The rooftop pool was a great feature which we were thrilled to have in mid-September although the limited number of loungers were in high demand. My only complaint would be that the mirrors in the washroom were a little dark with an odd colour and hard to do makeup. All in all, I would highly highly recommend this great little find in Milano!

Hotel is spotless ,staff are so helpful. The rooftop bar and pool are an added bonus . I kept extending my stay i enjoyed it so much. Good neighbourhood halfway between central station and Piazza del Duomo . I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona.

It is a brand new hotel, rooms are very comfy, nice bed, nice washroom, staff is friendly and professional. We were reluctant to book there as the location did not seem central, however when we stayed there we were very satisfied with the neighbourhood. A few minutes walking there are a few lovely restaurants and the shopping street Buenes Aires is a few steps away . Also there is a subway station less than 5 minutes walk that we used for transport and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely go back there in my next

Absolut zu empfehlen. Hotel liegt außerhalb von der City (trotzdem war sehr viel los am Abend), wir waren gut zu Fuß unterwegs und konnten dadurch weniger touristische Spots sehen; schöne Gebäude, Parks und Cafés (direkt beim Hotel ein ganz tolles mit besten Croissants und Kaffee).

Hotel Nuevo, gimnasio y piscina muy agradables, personal muy atento, ubicación buena, no céntrica pero a 20 minutos paseando al Duomo, rodeada de restaurantes y bares. Habitación de buen tamaño y cama excelente ( me dieron una habitación Deluxe). Deben mejorar el desayuno, tiene calidad pero le falta variedad y cantidad, sobre todo por el precio pagado.

I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too!

Things you should know: 1. Uber doesn't work in Italy. They hate Uber. You put address and might get a driver but never come. Download “itTaxi”. 2. To go BGY airport (like me if you do), no train (even though the hotel rep may say so), There is a bus leaving front of the central station for 15 euro and takes abt 60 min. vs Taxi ll be 150 euro 3. Hotel says they offer a shuttle service which was my decision to pick this hotel (and my fault of assuming its cheaper and convenient) but the rep said “its 150 euro or more and a taxi would be cheaper”, so don’t fall for it or check if its important for you! ———— Pro: Close to station. Some restaurant but not one of those busy restaurant tourist street. Room I had had a balcony with table and chair. Loved it. Room is clean and modern! Staff was helpful in general. Gave us a welcome drink ticket. Cons: Staff is kind but not trained and sophisticated. I asked shuttle and restaurant, reply was robotic. After a few questions, replied staff change and new person dont even read previous message. Also at night I called and asked how to get to the airport. Just told me take train. I said please tell me the details, but she would only tell you to go the central station. I asked again for more info. She said she ll check and call me back but never did. Overall: good 3 star hotel. don't expect anything helpful but get nice room and polite and kind service. Expect to figure things out yourself is a safe bet.

The hotel and our stay was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our time in Milan. The room was clean, well maintained, and great design. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and a wonderful atmosphere. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which was a great way to relax during a hot week in Milan. Couldn’t say any more.
