Wasn’t an horrible experience. Definitely a little dated. Beds were not the most comfortable and one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Come to find out the hot tub was broke and nothing was said about. No sign nothing. Felt that should have been communicated or something at least. Overall. Not the worst experience

Strange experience here…. 2nd floor room, no elevator. Left for a bit to get dinner and returned to getting key reprogrammed to get in. Sex toys in drawer by bed,…… maybe left by previous?? BUT with trucks parked adjacent to hotel we joked about rooms being rented by hour. Would not choose this particular place again……. Showed picture (but will not post here) to front desk people at check out just to let them know:). Otherwise hotel and room was clean..

The only negative at this hotel is the lack of an elevator. We walked the stairs with no problem but if we had been there a few weeks earlier after one of us had a medical procedure we would have been unable to go up the stairs

This was a great place to stay for one night on the way from Missouri to Wisconsin. NOTE: the hotel building is 2 stories, but no elevator. Request room on 1st floor if handicapped. Large pool with mildly chlorinated water (my son gets itchy in pools quickly, but not this one), under a broad chalet-style roof. Highly recommend!

The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The heating/cooling unit was quiet and effective. The staff was super friendly and helpful. East check in. Breakfast was hot, with a good variety from which to choose. Would definitely stay again.

We received the last available room that appeared to have not but updated in decades, and smelled very musty. The room was as clean as it could be, but felt dirty due to old stained grout, peeling leather couch, and smell. I woke up with some kind of a bug bite on my hand that itched terribly. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Lobby was updated and very clean, based on other reviews I’m guessing other rooms were fine. This one was not worth what we paid for it at all. To summarize my review, if they tell you it’s the last available room, skip it.

They do not have an elevator. We rolled in with a kid in a wheelchair and wasn't given an option with an Ada bathroom. Room had cracks in the tile, door trim and ceiling. The heater didn't shut off with the room thermostat so it was either hot or less hot.

Went to check in at this hotel and had the reservation/itinerary and they said they had no reservations for us after driving for over 12 hours. We are tired, agitate,etc. They could do nothing fur us. So there we lost our money!!. Very unprofessional

Checking in was upsetting. Two very very young employees checked me in - I’m blaming inexperience on this situation. I am a female traveling alone. When checking in I had two gentlemen behind me waiting to check in. The young male employee took my driver’s license and proceeded to read my full name and address out loud to the young female at the computer. He then took my phone number and read it out loud to her as well. I was in a state of shock, privacy and safety were of no concern to them. He then handed me my room key and stated the room number and directions loudly to me. Please train your employees privacy and safety.

Our first room had no cold water and the plugs in for the lights were not working correctly and the AC took a long time to cool the room. The next day we told the staff and they immediately gave us another room. The room had used the ozone which gave the room a clean, fresh smell. The staff was great and the room was great. Our stay could not have been better and we will return at a later date,
