The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super nice. The breakfast buffet was ok. They did have bacon which was a nice addition. The pool was an indoor/outdoor combo which was nice if you don’t like the sun. The gym was on the small side. I ended up walking outside since the temperature was nice, so I can’t speak about the available treadmill or other machine. Laundry was available and was reasonably priced. It was also convenient being able to park right outside our door while at the same time being able to access areas of the hotel without going outside. The lobby had fresh fruit available and I also think they had hot tea and coffee, but I can’t be sure about that.

There is not an elevator at this site. I had no clue until I checked in and had to drag two large suitcases up the stairs as well as my elderly mother had to go up and down the stairs. They were clean and had a good breakfast.

The room was below par. Carpet had stains, refrigerator was falling out of cabinet, bathroom looks like it was out of the 70s, when you ran water in the sink it wouldnt drain and smelled the room up like a porta potty. Told when we checked in they had a full breakfast, omlets, eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. They had eggs and sausage, the eggs looked like they were made of powder, bright yellow and the sausage was weird. Went down at 630 and the coffee was gone, had to ask the front desk to make more. I will never stay in a Best Western again.

When I checked in I couldn’t even see the receptionist. She was sitting in a corner behind the desk. The carpets were filthy. Our feet and socks were black from walking in our room. The bathroom is dingy and didn’t look clean to the point we wouldn’t shower there. There wasn’t hand soap so we had to use a facial cleanser bar to wash our hands.

Our room had stuff on the side of the bed, the couch and the bathroom sink that needed scrubbed off. The pool area was nice , but the pool water was really dirty. Breakfast was great!

A little oder of a property. Super clean. Huge room! Nice pool area. Really well stocked breakfast buffet inc!! It was giving clean 80’s vibe and I wasn’t hating it!! Front desk was super friendly! Enjoyed our very short stay only about 12 hrs. Would definitely stay again

One night stop over. All rooms on ground floor. Each room had two access doors, one from interior hallway and one to the parking area. No cable tv available, but, chrome cast was available to cast an app from the phone. A lot of activity in the parking area outside my room until midnight with guests talking loudly and carrying on. Didn’t feel real safe with the two room doors.

The hotel had hardly any guests the night I was there, bathroom had good amenities but the sink is outside of the bathroom and is immediately by the main door, HVAC had Constant Fan option, only clock in the room is on the microwave, good size fridge that had a small freezer section too (rare to find a freezer section), bed was a very lumpy uncomfortable worn out mattress.

10 channels on the tv that worked, 2 doors to access room, one from outside, one from interior hallway. Lots of extra noise/light due to this. If you’re sensitive to your personal security, especially if they stick you in back of the property, this isn’t a welcome feature.Other then those cons, nice place, conveniently located, good breakfast.

I would love to give the hotel an excellent rating. We will probably chose to stay here again on our trips south. But. The facility could use some updates and repairs and cleaning. We could see light all the way around the doors. There was thick dust on the TV mount. Noise traveled easily from the footsteps upstairs or, people in the hall talking. We really like the location and were so pleased to have ADA accommodations. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. The rate was reasonable. Overall, we liked staying here.

First night spent trying to flush toilet. Never really flushes but eventually recycles with clean water. Reported in the morning and they said they would get right on it. Came back tjat evening late and same issue, no note. Reported next morning when left and they said they would take cate of it. Came back to room late and still same thing. No note. Nothing Will not be going back.

Nice place to lay your head for the night. Was given key card for someone’s room. Good thing they weren’t naked when I opened the door to their surprise. Lmao. Other than that snafu at check in, place was ok. Clean and plenty of parking. We were towing a car trailer so I liked the availability to park near our room.

We Specifically stayed here for the morning breakfast included with the room. We arreived for breakfast approx 9:25 am and the steam tables were empty BUT still steaming. We spent over $45 next door at Waffle house. We periodically are in this area~we will be trying the motel right next door IF we are not compendated for these breakfasts. Jack & Jill Lane

I love this place always spotless! You can park right outside your door or in front of the hotel and walk thru the main lobby. They always have the best free breakfast with Biscuts & Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, Coffee, Waffles, yogurt and an assortment of juices! Staff is extraordinary friendly and the rooms are very quite.

The rooms were alright, really dark need brighter lights. Around the microwave area was sticky greasy feeling. The tv stand was dusty. Show curtains were small the floor got wet when showing. The pool was to cold they definitely need to either get a pool heater if they dont have one and if it did have one they need to turn it up. The breakfast breakfast was really good all but the bacon was really soggy needed cooked more. No towels in the pool area we had to go ask for some. Staff was really nice. Did like having the door on outside of room to parking and the door in room that goes in to the hotel .

Stayed here last year; very convenient location and rooms are fine. Arrived to find a sign on the check-in counter that management decided to only have the continental breakfast on Saturday Dec. 31 (and Sunday). We don't eat wheat and we had booked because of the full buffet breakfast. Needless to say, we didn't eat there. Disappointing at the least on that score; felt a little bait-and-switchy.
