Remodel going on! Our room was old appeared bathroom had been remodeled but still a stale old room. Breakfast was ok but not replenished in a timely manner. Parking lot was dirty from construction! Not a good stay!

My stay is very enjoyable. The staff, Keith in particular, are very friendly and helpful. They are professional in all their interactions with me. Keith has been extremely helpful to me. He's kind and understanding. I hope the owner and management know who they have with him. He is definitely an asset. I love that I am able to have my pet with me too. There is a designated area for him to take care of business, they do ask we pick up after our fur babies. They provide the bags and have trash bins nearby for disposal. No problem for me to do that. Should be done anyway. They also gave me permission to let my grandchildren enjoy the pool. They had a great time! Thank you Keith! The room is quiet and comfortable. And there's plenty of parking that's easily accessed. The Hampton Inn is located near 2 shopping centers. The shopping centers have grocery store, Walmart, Lowe's, Shoe Carnival to mention a few. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. There's fast food and dine in close by. Some are in the shopping centers and some are not. The hospital is nearby as well. Hopefully no one will need to go there, puts a damper on a vacation. Overall, I recommend the Hampton Inn if you're in Frankfort Kentucky.

It was an ok stay. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. They are currently doing construction and the front entry to check in is blocked. Plumbing issues, toilet in room started running over after flushing and didnt stop. Flooded bathroom, we were able to lift lid and get it to stop. All pipes make horrible noises when water is turned on. My hope is that this will be remedied once remodeling is done? Front desk staff was nice but didn't seem surprised that we had the issues with the toilet.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is when you reserve and check in with four people there should already be enough towels in the bathroom for everyone. We only had three towels, of course we did go to the desk and get another towel but when you reserve for four that should have already been taken care of.

This place is an embarrassment to the Franchise. It is old, poorly maintained, and not even equipped. There were no lamps in our room. Mold in the shower. The place smelled of excessive deodorizer.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The bathroom faucet is situated in a weird spot which makes it difficult to wash your hands in the sink. The new stand up showers are very nice! They didn’t change the beds, so they are just as comfy as they always have been!

Four family couples on the Bourbon Trail as part of a family reunion stayed at the Frankfort Hampton. From check in to check out, the stay was enjoyed by all. We made use of the spacious lobby for gatherings in the evening. This Hampton is very clean, modern and comfortable. I intend to make this a hub for future trips in the area. The staff is friendly and the property reflects high standards in maintenance and cleanliness.

Room was a little hot for our taste. Digital check-in was a waste of time. I had go to the front desk anyways. Staff was rude about how long it took for us to return a cart. They came to our room after 15 minutes of checking in to retrieve the cart that had yet to be unloaded. Overall stay was pretty good. Room was clean.

We stayed here because we took the Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve tour - great and easy access to both. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would stay here again.

Great staff, clean rooms, easy to get to, but being right off I127, we heard emergency vehicles all afternoon and all night. Either a main thoroughfare to move emergency vehicles across town, or it’s close to a station or hospital. Never staying here again.

The hotel itself was good. The breakfast buffet was typical buffet food with some hot options. The fresh waffle maker was great and the waffles were delicious! Room was clean, staff was friendly. They are pet friendly however I heard dogs barking down the hall when I walking through. I wasn’t next to a noisy dog but if that’s a problem for you make sure you get a safe room. The pool was not open on memorial weekend but I wasn’t swimming I was there for the bourbon trail. Great location for that but someone cut off my catalytic converter when my SUV was parked in the second spot right in front of the Hotel! It happens I understand but there are no cameras and no security! Other than that my trip was fine. Try Davinci’s pizza it was outstanding and hit the bar at Apple Bees across the street Aleeah is a great bartender.
