The beds were horrible worse I ever slept on if u want to call it sleeping woke up every hour.and I travel for a living.the lighting around the building barely works dark as can be.they said they had an ice machine look for it the room was just junk piled in there.just don't put money in too there too keep them up.days in use too be nice .

Super easy to find lots of parking

The pool didn’t open til 5 because the manager couldn’t clean it until then? The TV was broken and manager did nothing about it. The cement stairs were pulling away from the 2nd floor balcony. So unsafe. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Bugs under the chair and bed table.

First of all, don't bother pre-registering on-line with your ID and credit card. This does not streamline your registration when you get to the hotel because they ask for your credit card again anyway. The first room they put us in was dirty, so we went back to the desk and got a second room. The parking lot needs maintenance, and the hotel appears to be utilized by many people with diesel trucks who insist on idling them for at least an hour at 0'dark thirty before they leave for the day. Never again.

I like that they had a smoking room because I am a smoker! I did not like that the room was dirty, no vending machines on property, door was hard to get closed, and there was no coffe in the room at all! Would not recommend this site to anyone!

Had some remodel work going on, but really didn’t bother my stay. New look will be great

Good location and the room had been updated at one point but in our double bed room 1 mattress needed replacing, shower curtain had mold on it, coffee pot cleanliness was iffy and there was no information about breakfast times or anything else. There is a pool but we did not visit it. It was a fairly quiet stay with a lot of cable channel options and close to restaurants and stores.

Unfortunately, a common experience with the "cheaper" hotel chains Dirty room and exterior area Questionable traffic coming in and out of the parking lot No upgrades in many years

I really like the hotel. I thought it looked really nice even though I didn’t go swimming in the clean pool. I still loved it either way! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay here!

The room was recently renovated, was very clean, and smelled clean.

I have been trying to request a refund. I was in the room 20 mins and found bed bugs! Hotel was sketchy when we pulled up and with me having a restoration background i decided to start checking the beds and whatnot. The flooring was vinyl and had definite signs of water damage. Upon checking the beds i found bed bugs...see attached photos. Immediately we grabbed our stuff and got out of there. Ths staff tried moving us to a new room but i know if one room had them they probably all had them. I booked online so was told i had to request the refund online and have not heard back!

Walls were gross, window and curtains terrible shape, a roach in a drawer, room stunk, one lamp did not work, very, very outdated! Would have checked out immediately, but due to being tired from a 10 hr day of driving, and choosing the no refund option for a lower price we just slept a few hours and ran. Do not stay here.

There was mold on the shower curtain. A squashed bug on a lamp shade. And a used wash cloth hanging from the shower

Hair on the bed. Stains on the sheets. Towels used. I walked into the room, turned around, walked out. And they refused to fix the situation or refund me.

Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I arrived into Frankfort around 11pm, and checked into my room. I was given room 209 when I arrived to the room after checking in when I swiped my key card to enter the room there was already someone booked to that room. I went back to the office to let the man know that the room already had people in the room, despite being exhausted and ready to get some sleep I was calm about the situation but the man acted and treated me like it was my fault that the room already had people in the room. He gave me another room this time room 210. When we entered this room the beds was not made dirty towels on the floor and pop cans setting all over the dresser. I thought maybe someone was still using the room because that’s what it looked like it definitely had not been cleaned from the last people who stayed. There was roaches crawling on everything and the mini fridge was full of roaches and dead roaches. I went back to the front desk to let the man know that either someone was still booked to this room or it had not been cleaned. He stated that there was no one in that room and that it was fine for me to use. I could not make the man understand that the room was dirty and that the beds had not even been made from the last visitors. I returned back to the room to take photos to go show him and when I got back to the front desk to show him he told me that was the only room he had so I lost my $80 had to book new hotel denied refund

Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some dirty hotels in my day. It was unbelievable how everything was just horrid. Did actually no good to say anything they said it’s just the way it is etc. so I would not recommend to anybody .

Place had roaches! And food from other people that have stayed in the room before us, don’t clean under beds. Overall very dirty.

Room was clean very professional staff

Our room itself was clean, smelled good and we had no concerns about the cleanliness while staying. For the price and location, it was a good stay. Both staff members while checking in and out were friendly. We slept through the breakfast they offer so I cannot comment on that. Our room had a bolt lock and chain lock. It felt safe. The area was quiet and we experienced no disturbances like other reviews have noted.

The fridge didn’t work so it had to be replaced and the replacement wasn’t much better. The outlets were overloaded. The TV was very fuzzy and not a good Internet.

If you're expecting breakfast, don't. I've had better breakfast out of vending machines. Other than that the property is under renovation so there were some things that made it just an ok place to stay. Walls not finished being painted. Sockets without covers. First room the TV didn't work, the lamps had half the amount of bulbs needed and the air conditioner didn't work all that well. This did change a little when we complained and received a new room.

Beds were clean but very hard

It was tolerable. The shower curtain was too small so water would run onto the floor. The shower curtain rod fell off and I had to put it back on myself. The walls and ceilings must have been very thin as I heard people talking in the room next door late at night while trying to go to sleep, and I believe a heard of elephants were in the room above me.

Beds are harder than laying on a pile of bricks and you can hear absolutely everything. Cars going buy, other rooms toilet flushing, people walking on the second floor. Just a super uncomfortable stay but luckily just needed a room for the night so it did the job.

The mattresses were extremely used and offered little back support. Bathroom had exposed, broken tiles, tub extremely worn. Told that breakfast was from 7am to 9 am. The lobby was locked up tight when we arrived for breakfast at 7:05 am and no one was around. Another guest came to try the door again as we were leaving to get breakfast elsewhere. Not the best start to our day of travel.

Enjoyed the stay. Needs updated with new tv where it is not fuzzy, and needs more out it was a nice stay for a couple of nights.

There was a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. It was a Friday night and a very loud band played until around 10:30 pm. I was very tired and unable to sleep. The hotel was very conveniently located off the interstate. It was very clean. I very much appreciate that!

Bad TV or cable service. Lines in the TV. Coffee pot only worked when it wanted to. Microwave didn’t work at all, I didn’t even try the refrigerator. Very noisy with people banging on doors to get in.

This room came out of necessity due to a blown tire on our motorcycle. It was OK, for the price, staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

I did not like how the front desk service was, they were very rude. The whole place was gross and as smelled awful.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was low step in, but water pressure was fair. Problem with key card working. Couldn't get any help from front desk since door was locked and no one would respond. Inn is in a sketchy neighborhood so maybe that's why. Breakfast was terrible. Pretty much overripe bananas, cookies, sugary cereal. No coffee and no one to refill it. We stayed there because we were too tired to go further

Manager was very nice and helpful

Wanted to run my card for incidentals. Ran my credit card which I had turned off so it was declined. I had paid on 1/17/25 so why was this needed? i used another card which they said was just to keep on file. i already paid. Took too much time and ill say it again I already paid. No thank you. looks bad on both of you.

Stay itself and the room were nice enough. Didn't appreciate being woke up to banging on the door at 9am trying to do housekeeping. I acknowledged that I was still in the room and the knocking persisted. Then went to go take a shower at around 930 to find they SHUT THE WATER OFF to my room. Tried again at around 10am and it was back on but it was the most orange water I've ever seen... So if you're looking forward to sleeping in and showering when you wake up. Be prepared for housekeeping to want you out by 9 am when checkout is at 11...hotels.com app won't allow me to upload a picture for whatever reason. I didn't like any of it never stays again my husband fell and hurt his shoulder because the pain floor was wet and wasn't told and the first room was dirty

We stayed 2 nights . Last minute trip. On the first night housekeeping came in while we were gone and replaced towels and stole our ood and we told front desk to only get . We apologize. Never again .

Groups were hanging out between buildings with music playing, the smell of drugs were very strong. Definitely not a safe place for a family especially with children. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Felt very unsafe with groups just watching you and laughing .

The room was clean but the pictures they post are very deceiving. The location is not that great and people were blasting music and smoking weed in the parking lot. Would not recommend and will never stay again. Also the free breakfast is a joke it’s some cereal and milk or a bagel and you have to use cream cheese from a large container that other people use.

Just average, well used and a bit run down, that being said it was in a convenient location and the air conditioner worked well.

I was there with a weekend getaway with my daughter and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Very friendly and courteous as well. Great location for surrounding sites. Highly recommend and will stay again if I’m back in the area.

Breakfast was disappointing

I was very upset because of the fact there isn't any breakfast. It's says complimentary breakfast on the big sign outside

Room was fine but a bit dated. You know what you generally are going to get at a Days Inn. Breakfast was very disappointing. When we went, there was 1 piece of white bread (to toast), 3 mini muffins, a few packets of oatmeal and 2 types of cereal. That was about it. Coffee was warm but didn't really taste like coffee.

Website list a free breakfast. In reality they only offered a very limited continental breakfast. Deceiving info on website!

Ac was dysfunctional. Sub par breakfast.

Clock in room didn't work. One lamp in room didn't work. Chair at desk missing half of the seat padding. Electrical power strip on desk not plugged in. Breakfast not much selection: coffee, oj, pastries, jelly, butter but not much else. Toaster but no bread!

The room was clearly updated with new flooring, paint, sink. There was a huge stain on the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was non-existant. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy.

Dirty, homeless junk around. Staff too busy with personal phone call to help. Breakfast terrible.
