I reserved three rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, two of them had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the experience uncomfortable. The pool area was also a major letdown—it was in serious need of updates and maintenance. Most concerning was that the wheelchair assist chair was broken. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel, as accessibility is a priority for us. That said, the pool and pool area was in such poor condition that we wouldn’t have used it even if the chair had been working.

This hotel is getting a paint job. Once that gets done, will be a pretty place. Right now all the walls were prepped for painting. Breakfast was just ok. Had better. Room was wonderful. Clean and comfortable

Desk host were very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use more attention. There was old food on the floor behind the couch and ladybugs flying around the room and dead ladybugs around floorboards of room. Tub had a big chip in it.

Check in was very brief which was okay. Parking was okay and safe. The room had a view of a shipping container. The heater was super loud and kicked on loudly and shut off like it wouldn’t restart. It drowned out the tv and woke us up all throughout the night. When the heater wasn’t kicking on there was a horse walking around above us most of the night. The bed was creaky, uncomfortable with an uphill lump down the center. The tile floor was sticky and parts of the carpet were sticky and dirty. Breakfast was ok- except for the honey was old and grainy and the oatmeal was a brick. Not the quality for the price per night that was expected..

Stayed here one night as we were touring Buffalo Trace which is about 4-5 miles away. The room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Checkout time was noon which worked out great as we were able to leave and get in line for the gift store at Buffalo Trace by 730 am, then come back and shower and checkout for our tour later at 1130 am.

This hotel is starting to show its age but regardless my room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were better than average. Some minor issues in the room, HDMI cable was very loose causing the television to lose connectivity several times and the electric alarm clock began humming and making a high pitched noise during the night requiring it to be unplugged. Several dining options are within easy walking distance. I feel the price at this hotel is a little high.

Typical Holiday Inn Express. We did have a problem with our key cards not working. The staff was very nice about fixing it but it happened more that once. Pretty frustrating.

The night time staff was not as welcoming and friendly as the a.m. staff. They seemed very unapproachable and looked VERY unprofessional. They actually looked like 2 homeless guys that came in and sat behind the desk. I think they should have some sort of uniform or name tag to identify that they work there.

We arrived 40 minutes early and were told we couldn't check in until 3pm became there were no clean rooms yet. We stayed here a year ago and were told exactly the same thing. We unloaded our luggage and waited in the lobby in plain view of the front desk. We thought that the front desk person would have let us know as soon as a room was available. Not the case. We went to the desk at 3:10, waited several minutes while clerk finished a call then he said "what's the name, hon?" Not happy!

Person checking in spelled very strongly on Marijuana and while very friendly, came slowly walking in from smoking outside when he saw us arrive. We were a late check in, but it was the most unprofessional desk I had ever encountered at a Holiday Inn before. He looked like he could have been a guest or someone from off the streets. Breakfast the next morning was ok, but not great. Don't think I would probably stay here again after that experience.

The front lobby worker was dressed in a baggy t shirt and sweat pants. That should of been my first indication. I had requested a room with a roll away or cot or pull out bed. I was told i can pay extra for two queens. Customer service is horrible. No thank you, sorry, good afternoon... not even a smile. I was overcharged as well.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a great value and more than adequate. It was especially good when the young lady (Brittany?) who takes care of it on Fridays and Saturdays was there. She was very friendly and attentive to the items that needed to be replenished!

Check in was quick and easy. The room was average. Beds are small but fairly comfortable. Bathroom was good size but the bathtub needs to be updated. Breakfast was good but the dining room area is very small and crowded. The person in charge of keeping items stocked was overwhelmed. He was giving great effort but couldn’t keep up. The only real issue we had was being charged for snack items we did not get. Upon checking out I was told they couldn’t refund it since I booked through Hotels.com. Other than that it was a decent stay and I would return to this hotel again in the future.

Stayed here twice and each time it was up to high standards. They also have a lovely breakfast, omelets, pancakes, sausage/gravy, cereals, yogurt. I would definitely stay here again. Also, best pillows!

We came in town for a long weekend. Booked our reservation approx 7 weeks earlier. Never stayed at a Holiday Inn because always a tad bit out of our budget. They honored my specific room request. The room and bathroom were clean (and I am picky) Everything worked. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron were included in our room They provided breakfast, which was a real breakfast, not just and apple and bagel. One day was biscuits/gravy and scramble eggs and sausage. The next had omelet, bacon, and hash browns. Pancakes, toast, bagels cinnamon rolls, fruit and cereal. I would consider staying at Holiday Inn again
