Room looked recently updated, nice towels and sheets, great value for the night I was there. Was going to book the next town over which was closer to my destination, but based on good reviews and free parking, I went to this Best Western. For me, it was worth the extra few minutes of driving.

Initially I liked the price/value of this hotel. The room was good (slightly on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate) but there was a strong aroma of weed around the room. It so much in the room, but definitely noticeable. The breakfast was very good - a nice variety of hot and cold options, plus a fun espresso drink maker. But the downside in the 105 weather was that the pool was out of service. Apparently it had been out of service for a while and there was no expected reopening. So we cut our stay short and moved across the street to the Fairfield for the remaining 2 nights (a bit more expensive, but considerably nicer).

The one issue that kept me from rating Excellent is the lack of disinfecting wipes in the fitness room. Equipment needs to be wiped down after each use, but there were no supplies to do so.

It was all right. The breakfast was really good. No smart TV though. I didn’t have a lot of plugs in the room, but other than that not a lot of amenities in my opinion The swimming pool shut down way too early and closed at nine. It wasn’t even dark yet just a bunch of kids At the pool all day really Didn’t leave much option for the adults to get some QT Without a bunch of child camaraderie also the second story stair access doesn’t open no other way up, except the elevator and that one Spare access so that would have to go all the way up to the third floor down the second floor elevator go all the way around to the Lobby entrance I told the desk clerk and she just said and I quote “Oh, I know” And nothing else overall probably I’d give it a 5 1/2 out of 10 For the price

Room was clean, confortable bed. we didnt like that there was only one elevator for guest and employees. Breakfast was typically Beat Western ones. Breakfast room wasnt crowdy. We stayed three nights. Pool was small but okay.

Great location, easy off/on highway. Staff have been really nice & helpful. Breakfast was good, hot & fresh with a lot of choices. They have an espresso/hot chocolate/cappuccino machine in the breakfast area you can access anytime. I had 2 so far & they are good... cheese Omelettes, potatoes, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, hot & cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads & pastries, coffee, milk & juice. Room was clean & well stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner & body wash in the shower & a blow dryer. Bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator also.. nice pool with a nice shaded lawn area. I didn't see a hot tub... if you're checking in late at night you'll need to ring the four bell located to the left of the lobby doors. All room entrances are outside.

Checked into the room and is was meh nothing great about it. There was a big bottle on the bathroom counter of draino? The breakfast wasn’t bad but the front desk guy yelled at us because we were going to take it back to our room but I guess your not allowed even though nothing is posted that you have to eat it in the breakfast area. Then woke up to a roach crawling on our tv. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The worst stay I've had at any place. I checked in at 1030p on Thursday. Went into my room and it was not clean. Bed was still unmade, trash in room, bathroom dirty. They changed my room and it looked fine. Next morning I wake up and find a dead roach and hair on my towels. I complain to the property and they said they would reclean it but cant offer any compensation because it was booked through expedia. I return later to my room, bed was made, but the same towels still had hair on them. I complain and they just replaced the dirty towels. Last night i wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and find a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor. Hotel wasnt able to offer me anything except a discount next time I return. I will never return back to this hotel and I suggest no one else does.

We were not satisfied with room 111 because it had a terrible smell, similar to weed or meth. We politely asked a staff member if we could move to another room, but she informed us that there were no available rooms for the night. She did provide us with an unscented spray to use in the room, but unfortunately, the odor was still strong.

The bed was in a metal bedframe box, noisy and also very high off the ground, even for an average height person. In the morning, there were ants all over the bathroom counter in a second floor room. First time that I’ve had a bad experience at this Best Western Plus.

The rooms are trashy. They say all are non smoking but they all smell terribly of smoke. The staff was in able to provide me in getting a room without smoke smell. They promised me a refund but then changed because they said all the rooms are like that.

Check in day, there were some bugs flying around the room. Check out day, I woke up to a cockroach on the floor. Bedsheets looked and smelled like they weren’t washed prior to me checking in. Housekeeper walked in my room unannounced before checkout time despite having my “do not disturb” sign outside.

The room was clean and everything was okay. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable and the mattress or bed frame was VERY squeaky. If you move a lot in your sleep, this may not be the place for you.

Check in was was easy, we were given the wrong direction to the room and had to walk around the entire second floor to get to the room. Room looked recently updated, but the beds were the worst beds I've ever slept in at a Best Western Hotel. On a high platform style frame and the mattress cover was lumpy. The bed dips down so much as you get in that you almost fall off. The mattress was hard and had a big dip in the left side so the mattress hasn't been rotated since it was put on the bed. Plenty of towels, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room were a plus. Must have your room key for the elevator all the time and front door during late evening to after breakfast time. Breakfast was served on Sunday morning, omelets, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt and toast and assorted pastries. Juice and assorted coffee's. So a good selection. The staff was friendly and the room was at the end of the building, so it was pretty quiet. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again if the beds weren't so hard. It's two days and my back is still trying to recover from sleeping on that hard bed.

Rooms on the freeway side have an annoying level of road noise. Some rooms do not have a functional bathroom vent and door lock. The woman handling the breakfast area was a very good worker and deserves to work at a higher level of hotel. The hotel management was very accommodating in our request to move from the room with freeway noise to a quieter one. This involved giving us a larger room for the same price.

i paid online, and checked in and the lady at the counter asked me for deposit and i had no problem withat, but she refused to give a receipt. i paid her $200 and when i asked for a receipt she said she cant give me one because i paid through a 3rd party which was Expedia. now i dont have proof i paid anything

Overall, very happy. The first room wasn't two queens like we reserved but they changed rooms right away. The second room had a water leak because it has been raining like crazy. Again, they changed us right away and we understand so we are just happy they had an extra room and changed us quickly. Staff is always great. We loved the big bed

I was repeatedly locked out of my room (214) because of a defective lock. After it happened a second time I requested a different room with a working lock they told me that they were booked up (although the parking lot was half empty) When I told them I would contact Best Western I received a call from a woman who said I had to leave immediately forcing me to book another room at a different hotel. These Armenian operators are running your brand and Best Western's brand right into the ground. I will not stay at a Best Western or use your service again for business travel. Book this place at your own risk. If you can't get into your room or lock the door you may be evicted for complaining..

The room was very nice! Very clean and it had the "looks new" feel to it. However, the two ladies who worked at the front desk (the one who checked us in, in the evening, and another one at the later night shift) were not nice at all and were very rude! We've stayed at different hotels before but never came across really rude personnel before. The location is nice, and has lots of good restaurants nearby. The KP International place is a good place to visit. The breakfast was good too! The hotel is recommended, the hotel personnel could use improvement.

My main issue was with staff. They require a $200 deposit for a one night stay. I was paying cash s and after paying for the room cost and $200 deposit, I had to fight to get a receipt. I asked for mgr and had to raise my voice with her too, just to get a receipt for cash paid. There was a lot more but I would never ever stay there again.

Ice machines not turned on for easy use. Had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. Men trying to enter the elevator who do not have rooms at the hotel. Front desk person had to ask the man to leave. The outdoor garbage was full when I got there and still never picked up when I decided to leave. There was no outside lighting so I didn't feel very safe leaving or going to my room. I ended up leaving and went to another hotel.

Comfy bed and pillows. Room was clean. Only one bath towel was provided for two people. Breakfast was adequate, hot food was rather cold about 8:00 in the morning, next morning we ate at 6:30 and the food was much warmer. Will stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

They didn’t have the full breakfast everyday. Two days when we wanted to eat there they only had sausage One day sausage and potatoes. Biscuit and gravy and eggs were not available More bagels than bread available

Very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices- eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy along with the continental breakfast items. Thank you for a very nice stay!

To start off, work was being done in the hallway, fire alarm went off when we were only in our room for a few minutes. After investigating at the front desk, it was due to vacuuming by staff in the hall. That staff member we saw when exiting the room, did not speak English, tried to indicate that it was "ok", to be sure, we continued to the front desk downstairs. I thought the breakfast eggs were powdered, horrible. The English muffins was half hard and stuck together. Food needs work! Left without eating the second morning. The pillows were way too plump, gave me a neck ache. They were all the same thickness and firmness unlike other hotels which usually have different ones to choose. Definitely will not be back again. Disappointed.
