I was honestly surprised by this hotel in the best possible way. My wife and daughter loved it too! The lazy river ended up being a distraction. I wanted to go out and spend money, the kid wanted to play in the lazy river. We were looking for somewhere affordable for a four-day Labor Day weekend in Cocoa Beach. I was looking for cheap, not awesome, but this place ended up being a hidden gem. The building is older and has a few quirks, but it has been nicely remodeled. Everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy for the holiday weekend. We stayed in a king room with a pull-out sofa, which worked perfectly for our family. I was a little worried about the window AC units with Florida being around 95°F and incredibly humid (also 95%), but there was one in both the bedroom and living room — and they got COLD. I actually had to turn them up at night because the room was freezing. Breakfast each morning was great, lots of selection. The bar and grill had good food and drinks. The hotel location was perfect for Cocoa Beach, lots near by but far enough away from the main portions it was loud.We originally chose this hotel because of the price (I like cheap), but I would happily stay here again over many supposedly “nicer” properties. There really isn't anything bad I can say about our stay. Thank you for helping make our Cocoa Beach weekend such a great trip. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights here and they told me there will be no room cleaning. The hotel needs a little bit more attention on the ground floor rooms by cleaning the floor and fumigate better. When we went in the first thing kids do its to check if the floor its clean or not with a Clorox wipe and no, it needs to be moped better. The A/C its loud and one of the bed you can’t even move! Because it sounds like you will break it! The metal frame that holds the bed should be changed. Second day we found a huge cockroach in the sink, very big one. The breakfast its the same everyday never changed, the coffee was very good. I liked the pool, walking distance to the beach but no a Dog friendly one😖 had to drive like 30 minutes for a dog friendly beach.

Beds were not very comfortable, but we held low expectations for a hotel mattress. Breakfast could have been better but was good. Experience was next to none. Really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Staff were all amazing. Would definitely stay here again and again
