Closeness to food places. However the gym was horrible, there was water leaking in the gym and towels were left over the floor to soak up the water. Still tried to used the treadmills - none or them worked! The housekeeping service was early - by 9.30 they were knocking to do housekeeping and they did not leave enough towels for two person

I liked very much the cleanliness and organization of the hotel. (No overpowering disinfectant smells like at other hotels.) The two desk personnel I was attended by seemed robotic. I waited for the shuttle at the airport for 1 hour and 40 minutes and it did not arrive during that time (8:20pm to 9:40pm).

There was only one working elevator of 3. It took 10+ minutes to get on the elevator when waiting for it. There was only one stairwell, making it a task everyday to get up and out. It was not the cleanest at all. The lobby was the nicest thing. It was quiet though, and it had a lot of dining options.

I truly wish I had something positive to say about this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with an overpowering air freshener clearly masking something unpleasant. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom? Frightening. I skipped the shower entirely, fearing I’d need a tetanus shot after. A child pulled the fire alarm twice in the afternoon, forcing full evacuations. We looked at the pool, but the cloudy water made that an easy no. The hotel was packed with teenage boys, their families, and a multi-day church revival. At one point, a group of grown men were blasting music from a speaker in the lobby—it felt like no one was in charge. At 12:40 a.m., the teen baseball team above us was still loud. Our room phone didn’t work, and it took multiple tries to reach the front desk. I ended up going to the room myself—an adult finally intervened. Then my husband saw someone being handed a key to a room that was already occupied. Can you imagine waking up to a stranger entering your room? We tried to get ice before leaving. The signs said floors 2 and 4 had machines—floor 2’s didn’t work, and there was none on 4. The staff casually told us it was only on floor 8. With packed elevators, my husband eventually got ice from the breakfast area. Total chaos. Deeply disappointing. Never again.

I liked leaving. It was the worst experience ever I have stayed at motels with better quality and service. The room was absolutely flithy. The rugs have never been cleaned. The entire facility was filthy from the front dest to the elevators. I was switched rooms and the second room was no better. The woman at the desk looked bewildered with my concerns and seemed annoyed and upset. She hastly offered a refund and deactivated my room key before I could gather my family and belongings. Stay away!!!!

Very disappointed Not a very clean or maintained hotel. There was garbage and debris in the elevator when checking in and was still there at 10 am the next day The bathtub has black mold around the tub and having a bathtub one of my requests Overall the hotel room did not smell clean or feel clean. Worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel Breakfast was not worth the extra expense after the cost of this hotel It should not have Airport in the name as it cost us $60 to get there from the airport after shuttle hours as our flight was late

Building and pool is falling apart and not very clean. Staff is not friendly or very helpful. The bath tub was beyond gross and the ac didn’t work hardly at all. This property did not A/C on several of their rooms. While it 100 outside in the room I was in it is 80 degrees. There never a manager on duty after 7pm. The staff does not care to resolve the issue just shuffle you from room to room in hopes you won’t come back to front desk. The person that helped was the manager on property who arrive at front desk at 9pm. I won’t recommend this holiday inn to no one and hope they stay away if they want to have a pleasant stay.

There’s a line of 10 people looking to check into the hotel and only one attendant who doesn’t seem to be in any hurry. At this rate this is likely to take an hour just to check into the hotel!!! I chose this hotel so I can get a good night before an early flight but at this rate I’ll be lucky to get a couple of hours of sleep. Terrible experience!

Expect to take an hour to check in. They only have one person working even on Friday when he said they were sold out. It was ridiculous and they did nothing to help the situation. Don’t call the service desk either because they won’t answer. And definitely no ice in the machines.

The room was very good . The shuttle drivers need to be more careful about their time schedule . I waited for more than 90 minutes waiting for the shuttle at the airport. When i called the hotel . They transferred me to the shuttle service supervisor and he said that its free service and i could just go and take an uber and not to wait for the shuttle!! And he was rude ! I am sorry but this is not a free service, i paid for it . I paid the full price for the room and that’s included. If your hotel didnt have the shuttle service i would mot book the room and go to another hotel who has it ! Over all the hotel was good but the shuttle service need a professional workers

My room looked good and was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Considering the room included a couch, I felt I got a great deal for the price. I was super happy with the provided shampoo and body lotion. The shampoo was excellent—unlike those in many other hotels, it lathered well and effectively cleaned my hair. I usually bring my own shampoo, but this time, I didn’t need to use it. One area for improvement is the TV’s AirPlay functionality. Although the TV is AirPlay-capable, the internet settings menu was missing, making it impossible to use. The girl who checked me in was awesome and also pretty :) So that’s another reason to come back and stay there again!

I am a priority club member and I have stayed at this hotel before (years ago). But I will NEVER stay here again!!! My stay here was horrible. There was only one-person at the front desk at ALL times to check guests in on such a busy weekend as Memorial Day was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Please review the photos of the room. Shower curtain turned, outlet missing cover, the bath tube is yellow looking, water does not drain properly out of tub. This is NOT the holiday inn I am using to staying too. Because I paid through a third party, the clerk was not willing to enter my priority club number into the system so I can earn my reward points.

The entire experience from check in to check out was terrible. We waited over 2 hours for the shuttle to get us from the airport after being told 30 minutes. Numerous phone calls were made with no answer. When the driver finally arrived he was rude. We were moved to 3 different rooms on the account of the sheets being dirty. The refrigerator was broken and our food went bad. The gym cardio equipment didn’t work. We decided to check out early due to the problems we had and upon leaving we were told we needed to get out of the shuttle and when we were trying to figure out why the onsite manager Genesis was extremely rude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very nice though they were so busy and understaffed, they did a great job. The carpet in my room was really gross, old and made me uncomfortable to walk on without shoes but the rest of the room and property was nice! They could definitely use an extra front desk person at least on weekends. The poor guy working was SLAMMED and doing his very best!

Personally if you’re not of latin/hispanic descent, you may get cautious stares from other guests and staff. Upon check in, the receptionist was pleasant to the guests before myself and my friend; might I add, the guest was an older white male. He assisted the guest with finding his room and the elevator. When it was my turn to check in, he didn’t even greet me. He just asked for my name, ID, and credit card. After checking us in, he slid both my cards back to me— without a word spoken. He then slid the room cards and still, said nothing. Luckily I have enough common sense to figure where our room was, but that interaction was extremely unprofessional. Thankfully, the other staff were very pleasant. Then the tv in our room didn’t work, so we asked for assistance at the front desk. Someone came to check it out, said he would come back, but never did. Not sure how to the tubs look in other rooms, but the one in our room was obviously not kept up with. One of the lamps in our room blew out on our second day there. Also, our Key cards kept disconnecting from our door. Only good thing about this place is the location. As a black woman, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Hotel room was clean & property was nice. The bathroom door didn't lock at all. Breakfast option/cost just doesn't make sense. You can reserve in your booking for only 2 people( @ $15 or so), but for third person in a family, it is more than double ($16.34 for one person). You can't even take it to your room. On top of booking/reservation they charge extra convenience fee for Internet, usage of facilities- gym/laundry etc.. This is not good practise. Every time you step out, your room key gets deactivated, which is another hassle. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this place.

Carpets were disgusting throughout the whole hotel including the room. The bathroom needed upgrading The elevator had food on the floor. The bedding was nice and fresh but when I saw bug spray on the cart of one of the housekeeping staff I was worried about bugs so I did not sleep well because of seeing that Front desk man was very friendly Apparently if you book through Expedia you are not eligible for the continental breakfast. $16 is not worth it I basically paid 16 dollars for two cups of coffee

The TV was also useless and had no signal, and in addition they were short of staff. I would visit this Hotel again due to the location and the shopping area. The hotel room had a strong wet, musty smell, and the carpet was very dirty. The room and overall hotel also appeared outdated and in need of significant cleaning and renovation. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable and did not meet my expectations.

The ac didn’t work in the first two rooms we given The beds were very hard. Pillows were too soft. I ended up having to find a chiropractor for an adjustment. Over all not what I have come to expect from holiday inn brand hotel.

The staff at check in were super friendly. However the carpet had a moldy smell and there were pockets of dust around the corners of the room. Maybe a more thorough cleaning was needed.
