Vi bodde på hotellet i januari månad 2022. Hotellet ligger precis vid vattnet, vid en kanal in från havet som vi hade balkongen emot. Bord och två stolar. Vattenskoter, snorkel- och dykturer bokas och utgår i direkt anslutning til hotellet. Bra utrustat kök med bord och två stolar. Sovrum med stor dubbelsäng och wc/ dusch på övre plan. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa , wc, kök och balkong på nedervåningen. Bäddsoffan fungerar bra till barn/ ungdom. Rent och snyggt hotell med pool. En restaurang med pub finns på gångavstånd mittemot hotellet tvärs över kanalen. Vi var två vuxna och två ungdomar i rummen och det fungerade bra.

I stayed at this hotel on May 15 and was very disappointed with my experience. I’ve stayed here three times before and never had issues like this, but this visit was completely different. The room was dirty when we arrived. There were dirty towels left on the floor, and the bathroom had bugs. I even grabbed a tissue and found worms on it. There were also a couple of small dirty towels in the bathroom that had worms on them as well. On top of that, the room only had one towel. When I called the front desk to request more, I was told I would need to go to the office myself to pick them up. I did not pick them up, but I was surprised they even expected guests to do that considering the condition of the room. For $330 a night, this felt like a complete rip-off. I expected a clean room and much better customer service. Very disappointing experience overall, especially since I had enjoyed my previous stays here.

Enjoyed our stay. Great venue and staff was attentive and caring.

We were a couple traveling with an adult family member and our room gave us privacy as the king size bed was upstairs with a full bathroom while the downstairs had a queen bed with half bath, kitchen, dining and a nice balcony looking over the water and boats passing by. Super clean unit with a kitchen equipped for 4 people. Plenty of parking. Too bad we were only there for a night as our final destination was key West. Next time we'll stay more nights!
