O hotel informa que possui transporte para os parques. O transporte é apenas para Hollywood, Sea World e Universal em um único horário. O retorno dos parques também é em único horário, que é muito cedo. Quanto ao café da manhã, as fotos também enganam... a máquina de sucos não funcionou em nenhum dos 14 dias em que estivemos lá... há suco na geladeira, mas quase sempre só de maçã... geleia também era raridade... Quanto à limpeza, vimos muitas baratas francesinhas circulando no hotel e até mesmo no quarto. O ponto positivo do hotel é a localização.

The hotel was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, The rate for this hotel was great. The main reason I chose this particular hotel was because they advertised a free shuttle to the theme parks, which is true. HOWEVER, the hotel only offers one trip to Disney Hollywood Studios at 8:30 am, and one trip back to the hotel at 4:15. When I asked about the shuttle only going to one park, I was told that Disney had other means of transportation to go from park to park. While that is also true, it also takes a bit of time to traverse from one park to another. Bottom line, if you plan to use their shuttle service to go the Disney parks, it may not suit your needs. I know it did not suit ours and we had to drive back and forth each day. Just a warning ...

The place is pretty worn out, the lobby furniture was stained. Over all not as nice as I would have expected. She needs some work done. The staff was very nice except we wore looking for someplace to sit as a group, the pool was being painted so we tried to sit in the breakfast area and we were not permitted by the staff. We went out front and sat on curb. I would not use this property again.

Check in was easy. Parking is interesting. Only parking in frons or behind building. There was a truck with a boat trailer taking up all the parking near the door and had an extension cord plugged into the building. There was also a bus taking us spaces near the front. Breakfast sausage and what might have been eggs was frozen and heated, except on Monday where it was just frozen. Weekend seemed to have better control of the breakfast after 8am. The Monday guy seems bothered if he had to look away from his phone. Rooms are a little dated some of the furniture was broken, I reported it right away, Always look around you r room so you do not get charged for any damages you did not create.. I do not completely understand the need to have a jetted tub next to the bed and a bath tub in the next room that was allowed to be a shower only. The mirrors are a little creepy around the jetted tub, next to the bed. Nice location. Decently quiet throughout the night. Ceiling fan was a nice touch, helps circulate the air easily. Bed was ok, couch might have been a little more comfortable than the bed, but lots of pillows helped out.

It was very misleading when booking the hotel that part of the amenities was a hot tub included. It should not be listed if there is no hot tub on the property. As well the pool was dirty it had trash at the bottom. The staff is friendly. The area is convenient to stores and restaurants in the area. My only big complaint was booking a hotel with a hot tub close to the parks. I’d highly recommend updating the ammenties to where hot tubs are only subjective to the speciality rooms. I wouldn’t include as an amenity. Room is nice enough to lay my head down for the night.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the parks and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however they have little and therefore do not clean the room any day, we had to ask for it once because the room was already very dirty. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the dirtiness detracts from the quality. The breakfast included is not good, it is not varied at all and the only protein they offer is an egg that is made of flour and is frozen, as well as the meat they use. It has a bus to the parks but with a very reduced schedule and only to holywood studios and a return to epcot. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 stars. I think I prefer the comfort inn in Kissimee.

This is a bait and switch property- it was disgusting. The room we were given hadn’t been cleaned in years- dead bugs on the floor, mystery fluids on beds, shower was growing things… worst was the rotten food left in fridge. Breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired- again not as pictured. When we asked about the rooms cleanliness- we were told house keeping was out till 9am-( we got to hotel at 1 am)- and they never “cleaned” the room. Contacted the board of health cuz this place needs condemned….

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in, we were bitten up by bed bugs and we even took pictures and videos of the bugs on the bed. They bit my daughter on her face and I will never stay here again

Very old, smells terrible, we had a jetted tub in our room that look 45 mins to fill, drain In the was so full of visible hair that the tub would drain, so gross, carpet in room was so sticky your foot stuck to it. Do not book a room here!!!

I booked a room with a Jacuzzi when we got into the room. The rug was flooded with water, but Jacuzzi didn’t work then that night they booked us in another room and told us they were going to give us another Jacuzzi room the next day, which they did that that Jacuzzi did not work also the breakfast is were horrible, but I must confess the front desk people that work there was trying to accommodate us because Management was not on the scene. We finally left the hotel unsatisfied.

Carpets in rooms felt sticky, I had a jetted tub room and the jets did not work, but since only staying one night and used the tub late at night, was not worried about it. Needs update but overall was a decent stay

The outside of the property was dirty cigarette butts everywhere. Advertise hot tub and did not have one. The bed was very uncomfortable in the room had multiple issues in the room. Fan didn't work light fixture didn't work. All the sinks were clogged had to pull a hair ball out of the shower and water for the water to go down, The hot tub jets didn't work in spa tub.

I liked that it was low priced but the condition of the room was not so good. Room was clean but needed some maintenance help. Wall by the toilet had rust on the corners. 1st room they gave us the toilet didn't work. Second room was better. Staff was friendly and helped us.

The staff is going to charge you an extra 100$ just for putting a Visa card in as a placeholder for your room. Nowhere on the website is this policy stated. I started to cry and left the hotel to compose myself when the front desk threatened to remove me from the booking entirely. This is on MY BIRTHDAY!! Then when attempting to purchase an extra night, they called me the next day after already taking my money and told me the room was unavailable. Mind you I bought the extra day IN-PERSON! I didn’t receive my refund until days later. The staff are inept at their job. Be ready for extra charges and lack of customer service. I remained respectful with the staff, but they have no respect for paying customers.

I started to cry and left the hotel to compose myself when the front desk threatened to remove me from the booking entirely. This is on MY BIRTHDAY!! Then when attempting to purchase an extra night, they called me the next day after already taking my money and told me the room was unavailable. Mind you I bought the extra day IN-PERSON! I didn’t receive my refund until days later. The staff are inept at their job. Be ready for extra charges and lack of customer service. I remained respectful with the staff, but they have no respect for paying customers.

When we checked in & got to our room we saw that we were missing a pillow on one of the beds and only had 2 sets of towels. We booked the reservation for 4 people. My wife called the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow and 2 towel sets, and the representative (Genesis) was rude and unhelpful. She said that she did not have any other pillows, and for us to bring down our dirty towels and she would then give us more clean ones. Even though we had just checked into the room she was argumentative and told my wife that she is rude. It was a very surprising and unexpected reaction from a hotel employee. Especially since we had just gotten there. She told my wife that she would need to go down to get them.When my wife went down to the front desk to ask for the towels she asked why she was treated rudely and the representative engaged in another argument with my wife. She was yelling at her in what sounded like spanish language and my wife took the towels and walked away. It was very uncomfortable walking past the front desk until the next morning. We will not be staying at that hotel again.

The hotel tries to sell you a credit card upon checking in. You have to physically turn it down on their computer system while standing at the front desk. There is no room cleaning service unless you personally request it. You learn this after a day or two of not having your room attended to. Upon asking about it, I was referred to a small notice in basically fine print on a wall beside the check-in desk. The hotel was not prepared for the great amount of people during Christmas and New Year. Breakfast was a nightmare for us, fighting with the hotel manager and for every piece of food, as we were in a competition. The hotel manager was very unpolite with my wife and other guests, something I have never seen in my whole life as a guest in a hotel. After the holidays, things got a little better, but we still needed to ask several items for the breakfast, which were "hidden" in the kitchen or somewhere else. I definitely will not reccomend this hotel for my friends and after years as a client of Comfort Inn hotels, I will look for other hotels.

We checked in after midnight and all went straight to bed. Next day, my elderly mom with heart failure was first to shower. There wasn’t a bath mat visible. My mom entered the tub holding the railing and slipped/fell. The tub was slippery. She is badly injured. Went downstairs for a bag of ice. The man at the desk provided only a bag, said to get ice on 2nd floor. They didn’t ask if my elderly mom was ok, or offer to call an ambulance. We were on a short Disney trip for MNSSHP and instead of doing Disney we spent the night at a clinic. Next day we checked out and realized the bath mat was hidden behind the corner of the shower curtain, NOT in the shower. The hotel provided no resolution for this incident. Thankfully hotels.com was very helpful/understanding. The hotel itself is ok if you’re just in need of sleeping somewhere. However the humans working at the hotel are not helpful. They definitely don’t match the Disney-vibe, they barely match the human-vibe. Pick another hotel to stay at if you can.

el servicio de limpieza al parecer lo hacen cada 4 dias. Algo que me parece muy exagerado, ya que al llegar al hotel se paga por ese servicio, o sea, en 7 dias solo 1 vez limpiaron la habiación. En cuanto al desayuno, todos los dias teniamos que esperar a que rellenaran huevo y salchicha, ya que se habia acabado.

Check in was easy. Parking is interesting. Only parking in frons or behind building. There was a truck with a boat trailer taking up all the parking near the door and had an extension cord plugged into the building. There was also a bus taking us spaces near the front. Breakfast sausage and what might have been eggs was frozen and heated, except on Monday where it was just frozen. Weekend seemed to have better control of the breakfast after 8am. The Monday guy seems bothered if he had to look away from his phone. Rooms are a little dated some of the furniture was broken, I reported it right away, Always look around you r room so you do not get charged for any damages you did not create.. I do not completely understand the need to have a jetted tub next to the bed and a bath tub in the next room that was allowed to be a shower only. The mirrors are a little creepy around the jetted tub, next to the bed. Nice location. Decently quiet throughout the night. Ceiling fan was a nice touch, helps circulate the air easily. Bed was ok, couch might have been a little more comfortable than the bed, but lots of pillows helped out.
