We stayed at this resort and at arrival were told to drive all around to the marketplace to check in instead of at what looked like the front lobby. Took us 15 minutes to find it. Arcade area and guest service has very little AC and noticed there’s construction onsite. We were told they are building a second waterpark and would get $20 off per night. I wouldn’t book had I known this. While leaving to our room we were approached by the hotel staff offering us a future stay at another one of their resorts if we go there for 90 minutes we’d get a reduced price. This wasn’t the time for that as our family was tired from driving and needed to check in. We didn’t go to the waterpark we went to volcano bay instead which was the best part of our vacation. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. Lagoon pool area and slides were great! Lifegaurds on duty at all times and towels available. Pool did get warm as the day went on though. The arcade was great too although I feel like it should be included in the price or at least a credit of points to be given at check in. Negatives: hotel was under construction in the other pool area right outside our room so was noisy starting at like 8 am and was not a good view. Also, the ice macines were not working in each building.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. We were lured in by the price and that they provided complimentary shuttles to Disney parks and had a waterpark. After arriving we found out that the shuttles were not complimentary, only went to magic kingdom and Epcot and only went twice a day so we ended up paying $100 in Ubers to get back and forth which we didn’t plan for. The “waterpark” was a rusty playground with slides on it which was missing the bucket and roof on top and only open from 10-6. Huge disappointment. The pool area had little to no lifeguards and some were even playing basketball while one watched. They were always running out of towels and when we asked if they were getting more they laughed and said no and said the front desk could send towels to our room which made no sense. The staff were rude and I was hung up on twice by the front desk. The room was outdated with lights broken, the phone broken and the tv had 10 channels and on occasion no sound. They closed the front lobby/main entrance and made people go to the middle of the property to check in/out because it was their “off season” which made no sense. The marketplace dining options were all closed minus the pizza place because again “off season”. The main thing is they charge you $73 per night in resort fees for all the amenities that you couldn’t even use which is a joke. Learn from my mistakes and stay literally anywhere else. Not worth the price or the hassle.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. I was not informed prior to check-in that there would be ongoing construction on the property, which also meant one of the pools was closed. At check-in, I was reassured that I would not see or hear any of the noise, but this turned out to be completely false. The construction was taking place right outside my door, beginning as early as 7am on three of the four mornings I stayed. While I was offered a $20 per night credit, it did not come close to making up for the disruption. I would have appreciated honesty and transparency about the situation beforehand so I could have made an informed decision.

We were really surprised to find that a Hilton was in the condition it was in, in our hotel we had a leaky tub where it filled up the tub we needed to keep the stopper out for the tub to drain, one night we had to drive around for parking and had to park so far away in the lot across the street, my pillow case and top bed sheet had blood on it, had to call for towels and sheet to be change to have staff leave it in room for us to change ourselves, grounds at pool were dirty with leaves and chairs had bird crap on them, you get charged an addition parking fee per night along with another fee per night not included in your booking price, the booking picture is deceiving. We will never be booking here again and will be letting family and friends know our experience staying in this hotel.

We were placed in area 1. Which is right next to all the construction going on. I believe we were the only ones placed there. NEVER seen any other people going in or out of the rooms next or around us. 5am daily construction started VERY LOUDLY. Room phone had NO GUIDE on it so we could never call for questions etc. We told the front desk about it, nothing was done. We mentioned switching rooms, front desk said we would get a text, when I got the text I replied " yes, we want to change rooms." NOTHING was ever replied or done. My boys room floor smelled like dirty feet carpet. Their little tiny closet space had dust and some rotting of the wood. TV.s always gave us troubles. LUCKLY most of our days we were at the parks all day long. NEVER was able to eat the food there, everything was always closed. Uber eats drops off in the main lobby, and the main lobby people always offer a pick and drop off by workers but when they were radioed THEY NEVER ANSWER, so we had to walk from the front of the hotel all the way to the back of the hotel. The water park was always closed, we got there early one day and as soon as my boys were walking towards it they closed it. but it was ok, the water is very foggy and dirty. I honestly wish i could get my money back. They do offer a shuttle to the parks, but there is a fee for each adult of $13 each, and i believe $10 or so for each kid. Uber/lyft is CHEAPER.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The pool was dirty and full of bees. The room was leaking from the vent, the floor was coming apart, there was mold in the bathroom, and the floor seemed to never have been vacuumed or mopped.

I stayed at this resort for a week and was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived and was never properly cleaned during our stay. The floors were never swept, trash was not taken out, and there were no towels provided. The pool area was also very poorly maintained — the chairs were moldy and disgusting. I rented a cabana, but had to refuse it after seeing its condition: the flooring, couch, and overall space were dirty and poorly presented. This resort is in desperate need of upgrades and much better cleanliness standards. I stayed here in 2022, and while it wasn’t perfect back then, it was nowhere near as bad as it is now. Very disappointing experience.

Roaches in room - Floor hasn't been mopped in who knows how long bc I wiped up juice spilled and the cloth turned BLACK. I cleaned the whole floor so so we could walk barefoot on clean for.

Very unprofessional! Our room was full of lizards and spiders! The Floors were super dirty ! The wash clothes and towels were stinky and appeared to be dirty! House keeping was call to our room on the first day to clean and didn’t come until the third day ! Engineers were called for the lizards and didn’t come until the night before we left. We were here for 4 days and 3 nights and it was horrible ! We got a late check out and they locked us out of our room where we were left to stand for 30 minutes before “security” came to let us in. Then he advised us not to leave out again. Excuse me ?

I stayed here years ago when it was the Nickelodeon hotel. It has become so worn down. My kids loved the water park but I couldn't help but notice the moldy water slides, the nasty mini golf area and the crappy towel service. They handed out those small white towels with the blue stripe in the middle ( the same towels that the YMCA would pass out to members in the 1980s. They didn't have large towels that covered their rusty and moldy pool chairs. The rooms were clean and modern but everything else was dirty including the market place. I had breakfast and dinner there and I never saw anyone cleaning. I had to wipe down our own table. Once again, the kids loved it, which is why we went but as a parent and adult, the place is filthy overall.

The room was disgusting when we checked in. Counters where dirty with stuff stuck too them. The floors were peeling up from water damage and the room smelt of mold. To make matters worse, I reserve the room because it had a waterslide and waterpark in which I stated to the representative from hotels.com and upgrading my room as well as the people at the hotel but when I arrived upon my surprise for my son‘s birthday, the waterpark side of the hotel was completely closed. The whole reason we came there was for the waterpark and it was closed, so somebody could’ve told me that ahead of time when I was booking the room you could put on the website or something. Hey by the way, the waterpark is not accessible right now it’s under construction. I told my kid I was gonna take him for water slides, and we got no water slides. it was the worst weekend ever.

Close proximity to everything, staff nice and helpful… Around the property could of been better maintained (landscaping), pool area, patio chairs were moldy from weather and wear and tear, could of used a power wash..bumble bees in the sitting area by the pool made it difficult to sit and enjoy the sun and scenery, all three days the bees were a disturbance. Room was clean initially… however my toilet on day one had blood on the outside front of bowl (didn’t complain put on gloves and cleaned myself (like I said staff was really nice and friendly didn’t want to be a nuisance .… parts of the property is under construction is the reason I give grace and the kind, warm and helpful nature of the crew!! With minor improvements this place could be spectacular!!

Overall very family oriented. Staff were very helpful, very professional and responsive. Cleanliness was subpar. Our room had a lot of eyesores (worn out blankets, broken ceiling fan, chipped paint, dusty air vents, broken/chipped blinds) room was very spacious. Food options in the marketplace were horrible. Food was overpriced and not good at all.

The room itself was overall pretty clean, however, there were definite repairs that needed to be done in the room to the bathroom door and the kids bunk bed room. We had someone booked beside us that was extremely loud (at 12:30 am) and we could not get ahold of any staff to address the issue, so we had to do that ourself. A lot of the property also reeked of weed, which was absolutely disgusting. The food was sub par at best and extremely overpriced. The resort fee’s were not worth the amount they charge. The pool/ waterpark area was also pretty dirty with trash and used towels taking up the chairs. Overall I would rate this at the highest 4/10. The only thing good about the hotel was the bed was comfy and the resort sent text messages to check on the status of our stay.

The room is gross. Not unclean but the aesthetic is ugh. I walk in and the light flickers and when it’s on, it’s the dimmest yellow light. It doesn’t illuminate anything. The lighting in the rest of the room is also dim and yellow. There is no overhead lighting. There are gaps between one flooring type to another without a threshold to transition. That’s just poor craftsmanship. The thermostat is terrible. It was freezing at 72. I wanted to keep the AC but turn it up to 76. Nope, it’ll turn the heat on. Uhh I don’t want heat in the summer in florida…I ask for a shuttle to the pool and there was something wrong with the tires. It’s not clear how I can access the pool. The line for checking in took 30 min. The cleaning crew was extremely loud in the morning. I had a view of construction which added to the noise. I woke up with back pain from the bed. Overall a terrible stay and I will not be bad. The waterpark is not that worth it. The water is cold.

Love that it has water slides. I had chose a 2 bedroom for the kids bunk beds need more circulation in the room got super hot in there. They were fast to fix my fridge when it wasnt working but messed my food order up and made me wait with half the order to get cold while the fix it.

Nice room and lots of activities for kids but poorly maintained. They charge a resort fee but half the water slides were unusable the entire stay and we were told the putt-putt clubs were broken. The elevator in our building was also out. Breakfast buffet was $40 for 2 people and we barely ate; there is no smaller option for those that don’t eat much. The food court charges for packets of ketchup/sauce and there are no drink refills. The microwave was too small for a bag of popcorn and the bag burnt. Be careful booking through Expedia who tried to get the Manager to assist but the hotel would not work with us to change the dates of our stay so we ended up losing a night.

I’ve stayed here before and this is the worst experience we had. Check in was confusing. Made the line 3xs 25 min each time and was told they couldnt guarantee me in by check in time. When my room was ready, made the line again just to get keys. No pool towels, not enough room towels. The kids wanted ice cream and their “system” was down. I’m not sure what happened this time around but it’s usually not this chaotic.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We were so excited to spend some family time here for the weekend. But as soon as we checked in they got us for a timeshare spiel. Instantly we regretted it. They lied about several things. Simply don’t do it unless you want to waste 3 hours of your morning. Our suite was comfortable, clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The elevator closet to our room wasn’t working. A few areas were under construction. They have several restaurants on premises but they open late in the afternoon. We tried both the Asian and pizza but they were both subpar. The waterpark is honestly why we chose this hotel for the kids. The two jacuzzis were relaxing. The bar served great drinks. Unfortunately, the pool and the outdoor amenities constantly kept closing due to lightening. The pool towels were small, thin and dirty. There weren’t enough lounge chairs. Saw drunk adults and fighting over a lounge chair. Overall, we left early because the pool kept closing and the type of people staying there were unmannered. As a local I wouldn’t return to this hotel nor do I recommend it.

Can’t complain too much because it was so affordable… The only on site food available was the pizza and ice cream. No one was able to staff the burger, Mexican, and Asian places while we were there. Housekeeping left our door cracked open which was accessible to the street, the lifeguards wouldn’t let the kids play on the splash pad until noon, and the timeshare staff were harassing us -literally yelling at us down the hallway. “Not interested” means STOP asking.

It has a lot of amenities and shops and food places all in one place! And they offer shuttles to all the parks so no need to stress in driving around and anywhere unless you want to explore on your own. Its close to everything you will ever need. And theybhave 2 bedroom and 3 bedrooms which are spacious and comfortable for families with kids.

Room was clean initially… however my toilet on day one had blood on the outside front of bowl (didn’t complain put on gloves and cleaned myself (like I said staff was really nice and friendly didn’t want to be a nuisance .… parts of the property is under construction is the reason I give grace and the kind, warm and helpful nature of the crew!! With minor improvements this place could be spectacular!!

The food is great,,, love the guava ribs, the kids love the burger , just wish there were more options during the week days,, i love my room very nice and comfy bed,,water park is great kids love it,, wish there was something more for adults though, however we had fun ,will surely go back

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. We were lured in by the price and that they provided complimentary shuttles to Disney parks and had a waterpark. After arriving we found out that the shuttles were not complimentary, only went to magic kingdom and Epcot and only went twice a day so we ended up paying $100 in Ubers to get back and forth which we didn’t plan for. The “waterpark” was a rusty playground with slides on it which was missing the bucket and roof on top and only open from 10-6. Huge disappointment. The pool area had little to no lifeguards and some were even playing basketball while one watched. They were always running out of towels and when we asked if they were getting more they laughed and said no and said the front desk could send towels to our room which made no sense. The staff were rude and I was hung up on twice by the front desk. The room was outdated with lights broken, the phone broken and the tv had 10 channels and on occasion no sound. They closed the front lobby/main entrance and made people go to the middle of the property to check in/out because it was their “off season” which made no sense. The marketplace dining options were all closed minus the pizza place because again “off season”. The main thing is they charge you $73 per night in resort fees for all the amenities that you couldn’t even use which is a joke. Learn from my mistakes and stay literally anywhere else. Not worth the price or the hassle.

This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn. My first time experience again was good so we decided to come back for a second time with our second child. There’s a few things that I did not like during my stay there this time around. In our suite, there were a few cracks and open walls and there was one morning we were eating breakfast and roaches came out from behind the tv wall. We called front desk and they hung up on us. Most towels we would receive in our room had stains on them so we would request multiple at once. There was also one night that our ac stopped working so we called in the morning for it to come get fixed. The staff member came, but they literally knocked once and just opened the door. I thought that was inappropriate. What if myself or one of my family members were getting dressed or something. The hotel is good, very family friendly my son enjoyed it, but they should definitely check out the bedrooms to fix those minor things and

The waterpark was an amazing touch, including the mall. I just really wish for my seven day stay there we should have been able to have breakfast included.( was overcharged for children under 11)The staff there are awesome. I even made a second reservation after my first two nights, and even tho the wait was long the service manager Jameil accommodated us with a free breakfast for the next morning for the trouble. Love it!

We had an excellent stay. This is an older hotel but very clean. People are cleaning 24/7. Food court was good. Coffee was excellent especially Karima in the ice cream shop. Property is very pet friendly.

Nice room and lots of activities for kids but poorly maintained. They charge a resort fee but half the water slides were unusable the entire stay and we were told the putt-putt clubs were broken. The elevator in our building was also out. Breakfast buffet was $40 for 2 people and we barely ate; there is no smaller option for those that don’t eat much. The food court charges for packets of ketchup/sauce and there are no drink refills. The microwave was too small for a bag of popcorn and the bag burnt. Be careful booking through Expedia who tried to get the Manager to assist but the hotel would not work with us to change the dates of our stay so we ended up losing a night.

Can’t complain too much because it was so affordable… The only on site food available was the pizza and ice cream. No one was able to staff the burger, Mexican, and Asian places while we were there. Housekeeping left our door cracked open which was accessible to the street, the lifeguards wouldn’t let the kids play on the splash pad until noon, and the timeshare staff were harassing us -literally yelling at us down the hallway. “Not interested” means STOP asking.
